Great experience. Recently, we got four new Yokohama tires, ball joints, tie rod ends, and an alignment for our Toyota Sequoia. A couple days after, it began pulling hard to the left at interstate speeds. I took it back, they verified a good alignment, and pin pointed the issue being with one of the two front tires. They replaced both of them under warranty free of charge, and in a timely manner. Mitch was beyond helpful, and Kevin does fantastic work.

Update: I was sure my alignment got off from some pot holes when I went out of town so I took it back to get it checked, possibly redone. They checked it out and said it was still good. They said no charge. I cannot recommend this place enough!Great customer service! They did exactly what I needed done, nothing more, nothing less. Cheaper than I anticipated. Clean lobby and polite to customers. Will be getting my business for any other vehicle tire needs! Also recommended them to friends.

Gateway is great for the general things. Theyre professional and straightforward. Once they even looked at my car to try to determine the issue and, despite taking an hour to look at, they didnt charge me anything. Id give four stars but you have to plan to be there for 3 hours or so. This is similar(or better) compared to Walmart in my experience, but it still stinks to have to wait so long. If you can leave your car and pick up later or another day, its ideal. Prices might be a little higher but I trust them with my vehicle more than other places.

I sent my son to Gateway because a trusted there service. Well today my son had a screw in his tire and had to get it fixed right away. Tire center was not overly busy at the time. Service department fixed tire and failed to fill all there tires to balance psi on all tires. Also it was raining at the time and windows where left down after servicing vehicle. A little better attention to details is required.

DO NOT go here for alignment on your vehicle. We put new tires on our car and had a 4 wheel alignment done or so we thought about 5 months ago. At our oil change and tire rotation our mechanic told us we needed to get the alignment checked because one of the tires was wearing more than the others. I called to inquire about it and was told the previous alignment was not still under warranty but they could check it if we brought it by. He also told me that he bet I was using an oil change place right down the road because they tell a lot of people wrong information. I explained that was not where we had gone. My daughter took it by and the checking he did was just walking around the car feeling of the inside of each tire. Didn’t put it back on the machine or anything. He did tell my daughter he didn’t know who was doing our oil change and tire rotation but they didn’t know what they were talking about. Told her that only one tire was wearing different and that was because it had been on the front and was the primary pulling tire. Took it to a trusted shop the next day and when he put it on the alignment machine there was red all over the screen meaning it was not properly aligned!!! We only went to gateway because of convenience with my daughter being in Starkville all the time. Lesson learned!! From now on we will drive the distance to have someone we trust do it the right way the first time!!!!’ And maybe Terry at gateway should learn not to talk bad about other shops when his shop doesn’t even do their work properly!!!!😡😡😡

Toyota dealership told me twice I needed my brakes replaced. Brought my car to gateway and they let me know they most definitely did not need to be replaced yet and from a mechanical standpoint I had plenty of brakes left. Instead of worrying about making money they worry about their customers. Will be coming here for service from now on.

I had the best experience here, they were incredibly friendly and had me in and out in no time! I would definitely recommend bringing your business here next time you have any type of car troubles at all and they will be happy to help.

Gateway is great! Terry and the rest of the guys do a great job. I had a flat tire at 5:00 in the afternoon and had three dogs in the car with me. I got to Gateway and had no leashes, as we were not planning on getting out anywhere! No problem, the guys left the dogs in the car, with the air conditioner blowing, and fixed the flat in ten minutes! Great place!

I have purchased my last set of tires at this location. The abuse given to customers is beyond compare. There is one employee who should not be allowed to interact with customers. If he sees me stopping at this location, he will put down everything so he can irritate me. I do not need this abuse.

Had a blow out 25 miles away.. Called several locations for a tire that would fit on my car but nobody had one.. So I called Gateway Tire and spoke to Tom and asked if he had a tire to fit my car.. He said that he had 8 in stock.. Had the wrecker company bring my wife and I all the way to Gateway and within 30 min we were back on the road headed home.. Thank You Tom and everyone at Gateway way for turning a bad situation into a story we can tell our kids and grandkids..

Came in with a tire that had a hole in the sidewall needed a new one. Hard tire to find! but they surprisingly had exact tire in stock and got me out in under 30 mins! Very customer oriented!

Customer service sucked. I parked went inside and the first they said was basically we are booked for today f off. And I giving the two older men the benefit of the doubt asked if I could make an appointment for tomorrow and they laughed at me and said they don’t do appointments and they open at 7:00 and are booked for the day by 9:00. Then I just tuned around and walked out. Went down the street to Castrol instead. I will recommend to everyone I know not to go to this location.

Went here to a have a clunking wheel checked. Was told that I had to purchase 4 new tires for them to diagnose the issue. I didnt want to purchase tires at the time and it Obviously wasnt a tire issue. They refused to diagnose it until I purchased tires! Went somewhere else and found out I had a failing ball joint and the entire wheel couldve come off. Apparently they care more about money than fixing problems.

If I could give no stars, I would. I was there for an hour and a half and asked how much longer. I was told mine was the next to go in. I sat and watched two more vehicles moved in before mine and was toldhe didnt see it was a number 5 in the back. So why was the second one moved in?? This makes me feel like I was pushed back because I was here with a black guy and Im a white lady. Pissed to the max!! Never again. NooneN should be treated this way.

My wife went to get to tires on the back of her truck at Gateway tires in Starkville.They messed over her.Dave the mechanic changed her tires and broke the sensor in her tire and after she paid for the tires he said by the way this was rolling around in tire the sensor light was not on when she got there it was not broken Dave broke it and was going to charge $40 to fix what he broke i guess this is how they do women at Gateway in Starkville Women please beware

Went with son in law who had bad ball joints on his truck, service was friendly, quick, and seemed reasonable. No complaints.

I went there due to two screws in my tire. Usually when I go in for a patch to places they always tell me I need a new tire! Gateway checked the tire and told me only 1 screw went through and only charged me for one patch! They were honest and fast! I waited for my car and it took them about 30 minutes and there were others there before me.

The staff here are so welcoming and do a wonderful job. They always remember my name and are always courteous with everyone that walks through their doors.

I went to this place to fix my car and the mechanics gave me one price which was $128.00 so, I came back to fix my car but the man working there (clerk) he told be different price ($278) and it was too high. After a few minute argue he lowered his price too $198. And still they will overcharging me from the real price they told me. The worker in the front desk was so rude and got angry on me after he got caught that he was cheating. I will never go this place again and don’t recommend anyone to go this place. They has no respect for their customer, money minded people out there.

Gateway has the worst customer service! Even after agreeing with me that a lug nut, which they said was damaged and charged me to replace and install without telling me before I went to pick it up, broke while it was being turned to the right (which is the direction you turn them to put them on), the representative just wanted me out of the office, and refused to resolve the issue. I refuse to pay for something that Gateway broke and say nothing about it. I know they deal with a lot of college kids here who dont know better, but that is no excuse charge customers for their mistakes!

The reception guys are friendly and know what most problems are. However, whenever I have a mechanic job...they are not fixed properly and you have to go back again for a repair or go somewhere else.

Service is SLOW!! if they give you a time add an hour. They told me 2 hours while I waited with 2 small children for an oil change and 1 tire, 2 1/2 hours later still no car. They said another 15-20 minutes. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else!!!
