Without being mind I do not recommend this place because of how slow they are, the store can be empty and however it takes more than ten minutes, they even gave me a ticket for waiting so long for them and I had put money in the parking lot but as they take a long time that It was my result to pay a ticket and the store is empty, thank God I have little to go from that insurance

It was good...

Came from Westfield to make a payment . Got to the door at 4:39. I called in advance to confirm closing was at 5 pm. There were 3 people in the office . I knocked on the door to be ignored until they finally used the hand across the neck motions to let me know they were closed. Very rude and unprofessional.

My experience at CHI Insurance in the Springfield office was very pleasant. The staff was very professional and they acknowledge you right when you walk into the office. Leaving out of that office with a low insurance rate for the year was amazing and seeing an office of only females they deserve the respect from anyone who walks into the doors and should be patient. And should meet the manager Abby, she was very helpful and explained everything step by step.

If you would like to pay 200% the rate of other agencies with 300% minimum down payment. Head on down to economy insurance, or across the st to theyre competitors which charge exactly the same... well minus 5 dollars to keep that super competitive edge. Waaayyy over priced. Basic coverage should never cost 1,200 a month for a 13 year old beater. With a flawless record.

Ive Been with cherniak insurance for over 30 yrs and Im not too happy that they are now together with the economy insurance but I have been there so long and pay a good price for 2 car insurance cant complaint as of yet.I recommended to people who have no access to other insurances .

In my opinion in my experience this last time I went there and they were little nobody had attitude and I waited too long to be taking care of when there was only one person in line
