I have been a customer for over 40 years. I’ve always had car insurance, home insurance, business insurance, and most recently a loan from the State Farm Bank. The one main stay is that I’ve never wanted to go anywhere else. Beth, Diana and the State Farm staff are the very best in Robertson County. I can call Diana up at any time if I have any question (as I did last week) and if she can’t help me immediately with an answer, she gets me the answer by end of day. She has even called me after hours to make sure I was taken care of. I do not feel like another number, I feel like they appreciate my business and I certainly appreciate them. Last week my automobile was hit in a parking lot and while my insurance was not needed, the insurance of the gentleman who hit me has not stepped up to the plate as quick as State Farm would have. When you walk into State Farm you are welcomed as part of the family and in today’s world that’s important.

I met with her and we have since bought and sold two houses and Ive been with her for the past 26 years. Over the past 10 years or so I have dealt directly with Diane Collier at State Farm, and she has handled all my insurance needs accurately and professionally which includes house, auto, and life insurance. No matter what the situation, Beth, Diane and the team at State Farm have taken care of every need. Ive thought at times about moving from one State Farm agency to another a little closer to home, but I dont want to give up that bond between us and the relationship weve put together.
