Mr. Antel could not disappoint more. Allstate in general, but his particular way he addressed me was so rude. It was so unprofessional. I take full responsibility for what lead up to this. I’m not here to publicly speak of our finances during this rough time, but my policy did lapse. As soon as I got the money, I jumped on the app and paid my bill. We did not receive any call, automated or other, about the fact we were dropped not just lapsed. We received no mail. We received no email. Our agent, who we’d spoken to before, didn’t ask if there was something wrong or we forgot or anything. When I emailed him after paying all this asking about the reinstatement, his email back was short, direct, and rude. Point blank. Didn’t even sign his name at the end as a professional business man should. I have proof on these too. So I got mad. We are out that money and he couldn’t have cared less. The one thing that would have made this situation no big deal is if he would’ve shown the slightest bit of good customer service. Compassion. Instead he made your company look like fools by emailing me AGAIN telling me I should have called him about the paying instead of “doing whatever I wanted”. It’s 2021. I’m 31. I pay things online. That’s how I was raised. Again, I have the emails still. Mine too. I’ll put my rudeness out there. I’m not innocent. But this man is supposed to be professional and he showed us, the three week post op from major surgery woman and my husband a member of the United States Air Force, that Allstate absolutely does not put you in good hands. Very disappointed. Allstate should think about how they want to be portrayed to the public.

I have had Allstate for years for my home and auto coverage, but Greg was great in getting me set up with some additional coverage for a new venture my family is taking. Would recommend him and Allstate to anyone!

Everything so far has been great. Greg is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have.

I’ve called twice. Both times I was left being made to feel like an inconvenience. Not sure if they are all that interested in helping people out. The last time I was told they would update if I “if they got to it” after being yelled at for saying people at Allstate sent information to the wrong address with the mortgage company. I know I was curt after being yelled at, but seriously the lack of professionalism had me shocked that Allstate hired the guy.

I absolutely love our Allstate insurance!! Wonderful people and customer service. Great prices too that don’t go up every 6 months. You guys are amazing 😊

I chose to call Greg first because he was a Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce member, but it did not take me long to switch to Allstate for my home and auto coverage because of his quick follow through and attention to detail. I requested quotes online from several different companies and Allstate not only got my message to Greg quickly, but the corporate office called later in the day to make sure I was connected with a local agent. Other companies either didn’t reach out until I contacted them directly or didn’t follow up after offering an initial quote. If you want to make sure you are valued as a customer and offered competitive rates, give his office a call.

Greg and Jessica are an amazing team. Jessica always returned my calls and did the necessary follow up and kept me updated throughout the process. They are both amazing and you wont be disappointed with the service they provide. It was and is a pleasure doing business with the Antals!

Greg spent a lot time helping me transition from previous insurance company we have used for 20 plus years. Love all policies are on one and can pay once a month! Saving hundreds on the house insurance a lone! I keep telling friends and family they need to give Greg at Allstate a call.

Greg Antal did a great job of not only beating our rates from our previous insurance company but answered a phone call at 7AM to set an appointment around our schedule. I would recommend him and his agency to anyone who is looking for great rates, and a good explanation of the benefits available, even if you work a lot of hours and need help during non-business hours! Way to go Greg. He even followed up making sure we understood everything and had no additional questions.

Would definitely recommend Allstate with Greg, unfortunately had to file a claim, the process has been great so far!! Has always answered all my questions promptly as well!!! Definitely dont feel like just a number on a file!!!
