Good if you want cheap insurance but it’s a hassle if you need them to pay. No auto body companies in Springfield even take their claims because they are trash. Canceling my policy immediately and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE UNLESS YOUR JUST LOOKING FOR LIABILITY. Their full coverage is a joke. Waste of money and time. Company is so far below average. TOTALLY DISCUSSED WITH THEIR BUSINESS. The 1 star is only because their prices are ok and it wouldn’t let me give 0 stars

The staff is real nice. The insurance company they represent is the worse I have ever seen. DO NOT EVER USE UNIQUE INS. They have horrible reviews. It took 9 months to pay off on our claim and then they kept 20 percent because we did not fix the car. They never answer the phone, are rude, and make up the rules so they dont have to pay. Never use Unique Ins.
