The tow driver that I had was friendly and explained the process to me. He would get 5 stars for customer service. My issue came after my car left the lot. The driver wore his dirty gloves to open my vehicle when he dropped it off at the dealership and touched the interior. The dealership sent me pictures of the mess. My car is in almost perfect condition without even a door ding. I recently had it detailed and ceramic coated. I called the company and the receptionist was kind and listened. She handled our interaction very professionally. She had another individual return my call and I was not impressed with him. He wanted me to bring my car to their shop so they could clean it. I wasnt comfortable with just anyone using whatever chemicals they had on hand to clean it. The company did offer a solution but I chose to take care of it myself. The regular staff at A Plus were great, management could take a lesson from them, and they should be more careful with customers vehicles.

They towed my car after an accident. Were great about keeping my possessions secure. Even checked it for me one last time and found my wallet and held it until I could get there to pick it up. Thanks!

Guess we woke the guy up and he was very rude upon answering the phone being out of state he questioned us and then said he wouldnt make it until 8 or 9 in the morning which would have been 7 hours later. Sad thing was he was only 0.2 miles away from us. I dont recommend to anyone!!!!!

My truck was towed from an empty parking lot, I called A plus and the person who answered was distracted and asked to call me back in 10 minutes. I said sure. No call back. I call again, I ask if they have my truck and the guy says we open at 11 and your welcome to come and check.He should be able to tell me if they do or dont have my truck over the phone.I did just receive a call from A plus. The man was very helpful to me. Turns out they do not hav my truck and he was able to give me the phone number to call to locate it. Thank you A plus for your help today. Better late than never!

Had vehicle towed while all vehicles around me only got a warning. When I called after hours to get my vehicle I was told it to be 127$ and to come down and grab it. Upon arriving, the supervisor there contradicts me being able to pick up my much needed vehicle, and now says I need to wait until the morning and be forced to pay another 40$ for them to hold it overnight. Was lied too and had to drive all across town twice because they see fit to do business that way apparently.

Predatory towers. Towed a friends legally parked motorcycle because they had a work order to do so. BS. They were towing it within the time frame it was allowed to be parked there. They probably just sit in the parking lot and wait (common practice in the joke of a business). Tow driver was unprofessional and aggressive. He refused to give the bike back unless my friend paid him. Dont let these people walk all over your rights and extort you!

Great service! My daughter was stranded along side the interstate and it was late at night. I called Triple A and within 20min she was rescued and called me to tell me my daughter was safe and not worry. This business is a 5 star rating. Friendly, honest and very reasonable service charges. Their team has GREAT customer service! One of many examples, (but this one just happened today) a customer was in our business and a driver was present to drop another vehicle and our customer was in need a tow. He offered on the spot!!! (Despite the crazy snow schedule they must be having!) So helpful! Thankful for their prompt service and great staff!

Driver sped up to not let me in on purpose. I had my blinker on the whole time.The A + driver then just got in the turning lane and gave me the bird. So that was some sweet driving at 7am traffic. The truck was a 4door dodge so be careful when you come across this guy

I was in a real jam with a flat tire when it was very cold at night too. I have emergency roadside service through my insurance company. They were having an issue getting someone to come out after hours and these folks came out within a hour and had me good to go on my donut spare in less than 10 min. Great service.

I had called AAA due to a flat tire. AAA got the location mixed up, and it was only discovered by Blake at A Plus Towing after an hour when he arrived at the incorrect location. It was an incredibly busy day for them, but Blake quickly figured out a solution. The technician showed up and talked me through the steps of the tire change as he was doing it. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!

This is the worth place ever. If you want your interior ruined because they purposely roll down the windows while raining this is the place. They won’t answer your calls and they say they’ll be there to roll up the windows and they won’t even do that.

Couldnt get a hold of anybody when I needed my car back. Finally contacted someone and was agreed to meet at the shop at 4:30 to get my car back, but ended up sitting in my car until 5:30 before someone got there. The front door is always unlocked though so anyone can go inside.

Called A-Plus Towing. I had a car full of kids, so I was trying to arrange a ride for the kids separately. My ride showed up before the tow truck did, so we waited around for a few minutes before I decided to call the guy and ask him if it was OK if I left my vehicle there. I have never been in a situation like this, so I was asking him for help on what to do. He made it sound like it wasn’t a big deal, and just asked to take my credit card number and leave the keys on the seat. Within 15 minutes of me leaving with my kids, a police officer had ticketed the car, called another tow company in, and they STILL beat the A-Plus towing guy there. Took less than 15 mins for the police to get a tow, it took over an hour to get A-Plus there. Would have been nice to have a more helpful operator that could have steered me in the right direction, or even if they would have showed up within a decent time frame.

Worst towing company Ive ever used. The driver swore at me multiple times and threatened to dump my car in the parking lot if I didnt like it.

AAA uses A plus towing as one of the companies they contract out to. I called to have my rear wheel drive BMW 528i towed and made it clear to the AAA representative that I would need a flat bet truck, as my car cannot be towed wth the drive wheels on the ground and the front clearance is to low for it to be lifted from the rear. She obliged me, telling me a flat bed would be sent. Turns out the AAA rep did her job as expected, but A plus towing still sent a regular tow truck. As I told him I would need a flat bed he said its 20 bucks cash if you want a flat bed. Now obviously this type of behavior is fraudulent as the flatbed tow was fully covered by my AAA Plus plan. He refused to send a flat bed and left, yelling obscenities on his way out of the parking lot. Another 2 hours later I finally got a flat bed. Please note that after confirming with a different AAA rep the tow did in fact note a flat bed was required, and A plus towinga behavior was totally unprofessional and fraudulent.

A+ Plus not only showed up to tow my car, the person who came, Victor, fixed the problem that Subaru couldnt fix in two visits! They had me buy a new battery. Victor showed me the loose fuse that he tightened with a screwdriver, didnt charge for the fix, and I didnt need a tow!
