I have used Eastgate several times for jumpstarts/unlock/tire changes & i usually get the same Gentleman (his name slips my mind) but he is always very nice. I had to use them today for my 15 year daughter who had a flat & he met us put the doughnut on & even explained to her the difference she will feel in driving & the safety of speed, ect...Thanks Eastgate

I had to call Eastgate Towing last week about a car that was towed to their facility. The woman I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable, giving us all the information we needed about next steps and was considerate of our time - helping us not to have to make multiple trips out there, when we could consolidate into one, if we did things in the right order. I appreciated her smart advice and helpfulness.

The person who helped us was a pleasant individual and was actually 20 minutes earlier then what he had said. Appreciate it.

Only take cash for city tows.Parked car tightly between 2 others so had to jump inside window to get anything out.Left headlights on after towing so the battery was dead.Do not recommend!

All about the money not a bit concerned about the customer. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone that might need a little understanding and respect. Was told the owners were very kind and helpful but wasnt even allowed to speak to them upon request! My daughter was denied her car seats and property unless she paid almost 2000$ for a vehicle she was unaware was even in their possession. They can keep it and the stuff inside for that kind of greed. Not everyone in Sioux falls has class or is considerate of a persons circumstances!

Amazing company!! They were prompt, friendly and extremely customer service orientated. Treated me with kindness and went out of their way to help ensure I was taken care of. I had my car towed to a repair shop and the next day they called the repair shop to ensure the receipt was in my car and to save it for me. Very impressive, honest, trustworthy company. I am recommending them to everyone.

Very satisfied with Eastgate Towing. They were very prompt in coming to my vehicle after my call. The driver even checked my battery to see if it was a quick minor fix I might be able to do myself before loading it up and bringing it to the mechanic. If I could give them zero stars that would be correct. Bridget, that seems to run the show over there is one of the worst human beings Ive ever encountered in business. I dont know how they make it but it certainly isnt on goodwill or trying to help people out of a bad situation. I just still cannot believe how poorly we were treated down there, what they demanded and how we even got out of there with our skin. Absolute worst towing company in Sioux Falls. With the most terrible human beings Ive ever dealt with.

They were exactly the type of people I wanted to work with when my tire blew out at 6:30AM on the way to work. The person on the phone answered all my questions and quickly took my information. The serviceman who changed my tire got there in a reasonable time, had a great attitude, and took care of everything quickly. They made it a painless and calm affair which helps when youre panicking about work.

Charged way too much for simply pulling my sons car out of the ditch ... three times more than I have ever been charged for a tow by anyone. Didnt even need to take the vehicle anywhere.

Their hookers are legal! Great service, the guy who came and helped me out was super nice and he was quick to get me off the interstate. Being my first time outta Iowa and breaking down I was freaking out and they were such a blessing! I accidentally over paid and first thing the next morning they sent me a text about me over paying and had me come pick up the extra cash, which is very suprising, but so wonderful!!! I would recommend them to anyone in the area!!

Id rather put no stars but I had to put at least one in order to write this.What kind of company is only open for 1.5 hours on any given day? I understand its a ma pop company and you can set your own hours but at least mention pickup hours on the website. It says in more than one place this is a 24/7 tow company. Really? An hour and a half???

If I could give a worse score I would. They chain smoke in the building it smells so bad. Car accident put me in the hospital and they charged me almost 100 dollars more than other companies just for the tow alone. Then charged 35 a day when I wasnt able to get it out.

Been dealing with them for years on and off. Use to work nextdoor as well. Anyways whenever Ive needed a tow I call Eastgate Towing.I called them last week for a neighbor due to language barrier who lost a wheel down the street from there and they were there within a couple minutes and promptly towed it over to his house. The neighbor was very happy as well.After the neighbors Insurance company looked at his car yesterday his insurance company asked me to have it towed to the body shop and when asked who I thought I would call and I said Eastgate Towing and the Progressive senior adjuster locally said they use them all the time so just have them haul it and theyd tie up the loose ends.I will continue using and recommending them. You treat them with respect you get respect in return which is pretty much the same anywhere you go in life these days. Never had a negative experience as others have complained about and I dont see how others could unless they were being rude.

Everyone was friendly, but i was extremely put off by the cigarette smoke the was so thick that I ended up with a headache. My clothes and hair stunk from cigarettes and I was not in the office very long. There were even children present in the smoke filled office. Even our vehicle smelled like cigarettes. Again the employees were friendly, it is just the extreme amount of cigarette smoke that I object to.

I will never ever use this company. my daughter had someone hit her who was suppose to have insurance my daughter was put in hospital tell she got her injury settled i called down to make sure daughters car can be paid for they said need claim number i said if the ladie didnt have insurance i wanted to make sure storage wasnt wracked up they said with claim number car would be fine. .The ladie was getting realy rude when i explained the car was sentimental and there was no way i was going to loose it for my daughter she said claim number would save it .gave her the claim number thinking we were ok a week latter the insurance company gave us the claim number they told us the person had no insurance it expired in dec . so when we tried to get her things out of car my grandbabys stuff out of trunk they said we would have to have all the storage and towing fees . what a bunch of cold hearted people and to lie to someone like that who is explaining how important it is we could make sure we could get car and she basically told me who cares,
