Excellent storage facility. I was pleasantly surprised to find the unit very clean, the facility well-maintained, and great security. The owner is a super nice guy that answered all of my questions patiently and told me about the area. Do not hesitate to trust S&J with your prized possessions!

My unit was used for, college dormitory items.It was secure, clean, well lit, and reasonable. The location was great! Its only 8 or 9 min from Sioux falls Regional Airport.I would highly recommend, this storage facility. #professionalism

Clear of trash and different sized units

We rented a unit for a short time from S & J Self Storage after our uncle died. Access to the unit was easy 24/7! The facility is fairly new. There were a few issues with water - but this has been a very wet spring. When I let the owners know they contacted me immediately to talk about where the problem was, when it happened, etc. so they could try to pinpoint and fix the issue. They were also very flexible in working with us on a vacate date since we werent sure. They were easy to contact - via email and phone - and very responsive.I would recommend them for your storage needs and would use them again if the need arises.

Very clean and well maintained
