I use Redi for personal and business use. They are always up front and professional about their service. I have used them for about 9 years. I can not tell you how many times they have bailed me out out. I appreciate the work they do.

Took over an hour to locate a while they towed less than 24 hours ago. Charged me for 2 days storage even tho they had my vehicle for less than 24 hours. My vehicle sustained visible damage from the tow which also manifested as mechanical damage- My car shakes violently when driving down the road. My car was in excellent condition with no mechanical issues. After retrieving my vehicle, a local business gave me permission to park it in their lot. When I returned to get it, a truck from Redi Towing pulled in attempting to tow my vehicle once again. The manager of the business gave me permission to leave my vehicle there overnight. Redi Towing was attempting to tow it again simply bc they recognized the vehicle! Absolute crooks!

Thank you! Last night my car lock froze and I couldn’t get into my car in the cold. Other companies were not answering. I was stressed. Travis answered right away, came quickly, was kind and helped! I got in my car and on my way with no worries. Thank you so much!!

If jesus was a tow truck driver, his name would be Casey, and hed tow for Redi Towing Sioux Falls.What ended up being the most prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service I have ever received from a tow company.20 minutes after I made the phone call, I was back on the road after leaving the key on in my moto ignition.If I ever break down in Sioux Falls again, Im callin you Casey!Hopefully you wont be at your kids soccer game this time🤣

Awsome company to Deal with Fast and courteous service

We were stranded on the side of I-90 on a Sunday with our camper and 4 kids. It was Sooo stressful. We had called 3 other tow companies. The first couldnt help us, second was at least 3 hours out. Mind you our trucks engine blew and it was over 90 degrees. Redi was there in a half hour. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our kids loved them and thought the tow trucks were the best!

We were in an accident on I 90 we were rear ended and the towing company that took the car did not tell us that we needed to remove our personal items at that time so we didn’t we live in Rapid City and this happened in Sioux Falls we asked to get our stuff out of the car on the weekdays that they were open the lady was very rude and very rude to the register owner told us we had to call for an appointment the next day to get our stuff out so we did and then that guy told Us to come at one And would only let us get out medical food and clothes we had tools battery jumper and etc. in the car that we could not take with no way to get back to Sioux Falls to get it out later

My experience with them was very unprofessional. They did not reveal pricing until after the service was complete. When I called to talk about pricing they proceeded to call me a jackass. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Towed my car after a crash on the interstate. Was kind of expensive for a tow (+300) but since I paid I was able to leave and come back that day to retrieve my belongings out of my totalled car. Even though it was after hours they still came out and let me in. The two workers I met were both pretty nice guys, though say they have bad experiences with clients as most are stressed and upset over a crash and unexpected financial stress.

Had $70 in my vehicle that was hidden, got my car back and it was gone. Having the audacity to do so is disgusting.

Manager is very rude, no customer service experience at all. It’s sad that businesses like this are still in business. He Just treats others like trash it’s pathetic. I hope no one else will have to deal with his disrespectful attitude.

Horrible customer service. -5 stars if that was possible. Cant be bother to post their correct hours and front office lady unprofessionally and rudely informed that it only takes a phone call because any normal person would call a business that clearly has their business hours posted and shows them closed. Then while still trying to discuss the issue with her even more unprofessionally says oh its 5 oclock now thats another $50 then actually walks away from the counter. If you have a choice I recommend that you never use this business for anything and hopefully never encounter this woman.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a rip. They didnt have the correct days/hours posted and yet they still had the nads to charge me for four entire days during a holiday and weekend. They expected me to call them and ask them if they were open while they were obviously closed according to their posted hours. These guys definitely know how to run a good business.

Between the bad prices and the unbelievably rude people that work there this place is horrible.The woman who answers the phone should find a job that keeps her from interacting with any people. She is much more interested in being rude than being in any way helpful.

Great service from great people that really care

I managed to back my car in to a ditch and with rear wheel drive get perfectly stuck in the muck. Called Redi. They were there in 20 minutes and had me out and back on the road in 15. Highly recommend!

Ive used Redi Towing a few times that I have been in a bind. They were quick and professional each time. I have their number saved in case I need to use them in the future because I know I can count on them.

My car has to get towed too often and I decided to try these guys due to the stars they have for service. Wosrst idea ever. They charged me 4 times what the last company did for less work. I have never heard of such high prices for a tow company. Save yourself a few hundred and call anyone else!

They towed my sons car after his accident without his permission then charged him $150 to get it back. He didnt have a chance to say he had me coming with the trailer. Least they could have done was tow it to his house not their yard. I hope no one ever gets screwed by these idiots again!

Pathetic do not use this service!! My insurance called them and what a mistake waited an hour and still no show. I was told we were next then i was told hes just dropping one off and 45 minutes later i call back and he has some excuse. I said where is he coming from canada and i guess i hurt his little feelings and he says fine find someone else and he leaves me and my granddaugther high and dry. get a backbone jerk. A reputable company would just say well we are a little backed up sorry but no mr attitude threatens to call the police even can you say loser. i only gave it one star because it wouldnt let me give it zero!!

They towed my car TWICE IN 2 MONTHS on behalf of someones vindictiveness. Now I cant afford to get it back. They should know that sitting there making money off the backs of the bruised is a disgusting trait.

Im from Tucson az n they picked up my jeep for a carrier comp. From the air port n they are still the only ones out of the brokerage company, carrier company that has talked to me about this situation and I still dont have my jeep but redi has great customer service and are ready to help me with whatever they can thank you guys keep up the good workCant say that for the other two partiesIf Im ever there again and need help I know who to call

Extortionists when they towed a disabled car from a parking lot. Charged double the going rate for the tow and won’t allow it to be released until the insane fee is paid in cash.
