Do not do business with this company! Same situation as - Ron Vanhoorn - My vehicle was stolen and picked up by this company when found, I live a hour away and called the company before leaving work early to make it in time before they closed to get my stolen vehicle back, they refused to give me the condition of the car. When I arrived and paid $160 to get my vehicle, I realized it was sitting on 2 by 4s, not drivable at all! The whole axel was off, then they tried to get me to pay more money to have the vehicle towed, I requested a refund for my money and for them to keep the vehicle since it was severely totaled! The lady at the desk was very condescending and rude, completely unable empathize in the situation. Her nasty attitude should not be acceptable in a customer service position. The owner I’m assuming (Patrick) after looking at the car agreed to a refund upon receiving the title, made him aware I don’t live in town and would not be able to bring it back right away. He told me when I bring it in, I’ll receive a refund. Once I got time away from my hectic work schedule I called for my refund and exchange of title, he went back on our agreement. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve dealt with, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Way to high priced most expensive in town other then 2 other towing companies and the gal that runs the front is not caring at all just wants money and says one thing on the phone and then when you get there its a different price and also only tow company in town that I know of that only except cash not even debit. August 17th they made a lot of money that night and day.

Do not use this business. They were asked to tow the vehicle to a specific body shop. Instead they towed it to there impound lot so they can charge storage over the weekend and second tow charge on Monday. Spoke with Patrick who was rude and unsympathetic.

My stolen car was towed by them and impounded there. Once i was notified where my vehicle was I called there asking about my vehicle. They would not even give me any details about the shape or condition the vehicle was in or if it even had a key in the ignition. Costed me and extra $69.26 to have them help me load the vehicle on my car trailer. The lady at the front desk was rude and short whenever she spoke. Zero percent empathetic on how i trying to work with them from a 125 miles away. Took complete advantage of my on the loading charge, after gouging me on the towing and impound fees...They are not friendly at all.....If it was possible to give a zero rating i would....

They left the lights on in my brothers car so they could charge an additional $50. So I used the same truck they just towed a few months back (that went great) to jump start it. Depends on the guy and circumstances, I guess...

Called around and this towing place was the quickest and the cheapest around. They came right away. The towing driver was a younger guy, don’t remember his name:( since it was in the beginning of August, 2017 but he was EXTREMELY nice and understanding! This place should be shut down. they buckled and dimed a friend of mine beyond believe. They charged him $50 to get his ID OUT OF THE Van sitting in there lot. the battery was dead they charged him $53 to jump it. A total of over $300 since Sunday afternoon. I would not us them if my life depended on it. I will be spreading this all over social Media.

This place sucks. A bunch of crooks. Had my vehicle towed due to a “no-fault=I didn’t get a citation” accident. When I Called to get it moved to body shop. Gave credit card over phone charge went through no problem then I get a call back that I have to go there with cash because it was an impound even though I requested the tow and the info clearly stated I requested the tow. I kept asking why it was an impound-couldn’t tell me. I’m guessing it was because the bill was over $600. Also I don’t have an issue with storage fees. I get that’s how they make money. But this was shady. I will NEVER call these crooks again. Lady at the front desk very nice and professional. I have no reference to other employees such as drivers but the guy in the back office was yelling something like a degenerate while I was standing there My opinion is All American Towing is shady. Call somebody else.

My friends daughter had her car towed due to it was taken by unauthorized person, but that person was found in her car sleeping, so we paid to get car but battery was dead, her mom went and bought a new battery , was told by the female at the desk that yes they would help us put it in since they never told us the battery was dead , we had no tools and se needed car out by 530 it was 5 , they come out unhook the old battery partially, then some guy runs out telling us its not his problem nor his job to do battery, so dont know what to tell you, he said wa e sill tow it to the street u figure it out from there... that was very rude, and had they let us know when we called to get pricing to get out we could have came with a new battery and tools to do it yourself but they did not give us any of that info, the car was in good running shape when it was taken, the employees were very rude , treating my friends daughter like a criminal. Will make sure I let everyone I know unless its necessary, never use this towing company.

Overall, great company to work with. I’ve had multiple experiences with the company and have never been disappointed. The most recent instance occurred during negative temperatures that caused our truck to gel up while driving (damn diesels!). All American was prompt to respond and pick us up on the side of the road when we needed it most. Ryan is always great to work with, regardless the crappy situations I’m in, and Patrick is usually friendly. Hopefully I won’t need to call anytime soon, but when I do, I know All American has me covered.

My car was ticketed, towed and impounded due to a snow alert during an April blizzard. This was obviously a bad experience, so please do not assume I am just lashing out because of my trouble with the city. I would like to point out a couple of unpleasant parts of the All American experience that I believe could easily be improved upon.First off, they offer hours from 8 am to 8 pm to pick up your vehicle. This is fairly convenient, but by the time I got home from work, realized my vehicle was missing, called the police, and arranged for transportation to the impound lot, I was low on time. I arrived at 7:55 pm to find the employees leaving the lot. I greatly appreciate them returning to allow me to retrieve my vehicle. However, had I been just a few seconds later, I would have been out of luck until the next day. So consider yourself warned if you are running late.Payment was straightforward (CASH ONLY!), but I was really not impressed with what happened next. The employee motioned toward the side, indicating that I guess thats where my car was. I walked out toward what appeared to be an electrical wire storage area, and the gate began to open. I was then faced with a large lot full of cars, with no directions as to where my vehicle was parked.The lot was a complete swamp! Standing water in huge puddles over half the ground, mushy mud over the rest. By the time I walked through this mess and found my car, my feet were soaked and my dress shoes were ruined. I nearly got stuck in the mud trying to leave. Getting a car towed is punishment enough. This was cruel and unusual.I have my doubts All American Towing will do anything about my complaints. However, I hope perhaps someone from the city will see this and encourage them to clean up this storage area. I believe any company doing contract work with the city should be held to higher standards than this.

The guys were reluctant to come out for some reason but eventually did. Got me going again after a little while but were definitely not friendly, inexperienced too. Cheap though so thats a good thing or it would have been 2 or 3 stars.

They came out in the cold and changed my tire on the side of the road. My spare was rusted under my van and they got it down for me. great service and quick.

These guys are great guys. Ive bought a few cars from them in the past and they have taken very good care of me and my family. I have also used them to tow me and some friends out of some sticky situations where a pickup just wouldnt do. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Bought a car from them that was rekeyed. Instead of doing it correctly so that there wouldnt be issues with the cars anti theft system, they did it the cheap way & Ive had nothing but issues. They refuse to return phone calls, Theyre rude and dishonest. They have no intentions on doing good business whatsoever so steer clear if possible!

After calling around to a few tow companies, and getting no answer at all by some, I finally reached All American. They quoted me both the cheapest price and the quickest wait time. Theres a bad review on here from a Alyssa Anderson who says the company is horrible to do business with. I know the person she is talking about and hes actually a very nice young man and she is using her own person experience of having her car towed due to her car loan company requesting repossession and taking it out on a poor guy just trying to do his job. pay your car payments and things like this wont happen. this is a really good company to do business with because theyre time efficient and they care for their customers needs and by customer I mean who is paying them for their services.

This place is awesome, both the shackles on the front axle on my travel trailer sheared off and was immobilized 40 miles east of Sioux Falls. They quoted me the best price, and a timely recovery. The whole team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though the entire ordeal wasnt fast or easy, they made the entire process as painless as possible. They even reccomended Camping World as the place to take it instead of just back to there shop. Thank you to everyone that helped. It was very much appreciated. Today went smooth as always that’s why I’ve always stuck with them have used others not that their bad just every time their nice good guys to deal with on the phone and when they move anything use them for couple cars a few times and also my tool boxAgain great group of people will always use them !!!

Great guys to work with, I needed a payloader hauled from Nebraska to Sioux Falls and the guys were competitive on price. They sent their driver mark out to get it done and he worked well into the night to make it happen. We had some snags but nothing the guys from all American couldn’t handle. I had Patrick hauling some garbage trucks for me and although it was a smelly job he busted his buns and got it done for us and quickly too! I’ve used their service to get my keys unlocked from in my pickup by a guy named Ryan, he was friendly and great to deal with. Every time I come to the counter there Kimmi greets everyone with a smile no matter how good or bad her day has been and its very refreshing! All in all it’s a great company to do business with and I can’t count how many times they’ve saved my butt!

Could not have asked for a better experienc! My wife and I were stranded out in the countryside 50 miles south of Sioux Falls at 12:40 early yesterday morning. We found All American Towing through Google and gave them a call. The dispatcher was polite and genuinely empathic, he told us hed immediately get a truck in route to us. 20 minutes later the driver himself called us to say hed arrive in approximately 30 minutes. By 1:30 he made it to us and quickly removed the stuck wheel and even threw the spare on for me after I offered to do so. Mark (the driver) just like the dispatcher was very friendly and informational/helpful. All American and its employees certainly put customer service/satisfaction before anything else and I can not thank them enough for all they did. An hour away, middle of the night and freezing cold out but we were treated kindly and greeted by a smiling face... Without question will recommend to anyone I know that is looking for a tow or roadside assistance!!

First off I would like to say that Patrick at all American towing was very helpful, kind, and understanding during my experience and this review should not reflect his work or participation. I was towed on an early Saturday morning from a snow alert on Thursday that I did not realize extended through the weekend. This was entirely my fault and I am fully responsible to pay for the towing service. I called All American towing on Saturday and was forwarded to their messaging system which indicated to leave a message in their mailbox; which of course was full and was indicated to try again later. I called numerous times throughout the weekend with no response and no call back. I then googled their company online which indicated they were a 24 hour service. Luckily I was not stranded on the side of the road in freezing weather because all American towing would leave me for dead. I then assumed they must be closed on the weekends, despite their claims of 24 hour service, and decided I would call 8 am on Monday morning. All while figuring if a company doesnt respond while holding your car, they must not charge for the weekend. I called at 8 am and tried explaining my situation and was rudely responded to and when asking for a manager was hung up on. I then preceded to call again with no answer-then I finally got a hold of Patrick. He was incredibly kind and tried to do all he could. They continued to tell me that I had never called them, that their mailbox was never full, and that maybe I could talk to my insurance company about coverage. (I sent them screen shots of my phone log which showed phone calls to their company on both Saturday and sunday) Basically this company decided to blame others and put more work on me than doing anything about the situation. I wanted to know what THEY would do to reconcile the problem and instead I was told to blame my cell phone company. Incredibly frustrated, I decided this was not worth the stress and raising my blood pressure that I called a cab to bring me to their location. Once I got there and my cab left, they told me it was cash only. So after numerous hours on the phone the price was stated that I owed but they neglected to tell me cash only and they do not have an onsite ATM. I then asked for a ride considering they have my car and my cab had left. They said no. So I then had to call another cab find a bank and incur transaction fees on top of my 2 cab rides. Then when they finally were going to let me have my car back they said go through the gate and find your car in the lot. With no direction in 12 degree South Dakota weather I searched for my car. I have never experienced a more piss poor managed company with absolutely no trace of integrity. I would be ashamed to work for such business and I hope this will deter future customers. Theres no reasoning with unreasonable people.In response to their erroneous reply- please see above. Not once did I raise my voice or use profane language, nor did I say that I was not willing to pay the tow service. Nor did I say they need a trolley service. They said they would send me a refund check, but nothing yet! Their reply alone shows what kind of company they are. Sad, but a good read!

I have called All American Towing many times (mostly because I lock my keys in the car). I have had to have a couple cars towed as well. Every interaction with this company is professional, and I always get the impression that they take training very seriously. As a result, All American Towing is the only company I call when I need their services.

I work for a company who sells used vehicles we called All American Towing(10/12) to tow vehicle to Mark Juhl for repair for a new customer; we gave special instructions for DRIVER to contact customer residence 500 ft from location of car to get keys. Driver didnt get keys drug vehicle on trailer and delivered to shop. Since we had no keys we tried to get some made but local locksmith couldnt program key. We contacted the tow company again to request driver go back to customer residence for the keys; this was completed Friday evening (10/14). The driver didnt drop the keys at the shop until (10/17) after we called them due to the shop still not having the keys.I called the tow shop to speak with supervisor spoke to male who just made excuses for them dropping the ball. He said the shop was closed and other excuses, but the shop has a night drop there is not excuses. They also seemed not to have any sense of urgency about the situation. The customer is completed upset and wanting to return vehicle which is a huge financial loss.Update: I was contacted by All American in an effort to resolve above stated situation. They have offered to help with getting vehicle back to the customer. I have decided not to remove this post due to the overall impact to our customer and a 3 day delay on repairs due to lack of keys. Appreciation for the follow up and effort in helping the customer get vehicle returned.

We ran out of gas heading east on I-90 at 11 pm on Easter evening. Within 20 or so minutes, All American Towing had delivered fuel and we were back on the road. Highly recommended!

I had called roadside assistance to get a jump start due to it being extremely cold outside and they called these guys. I had an estimate of about 2 hours wait time. 3 and a half hours later, they still hadnt showed up and not a single call that either the insurance company or myself made had been answered. Not a very reliable company. First time that I had gone through them and probably the last time. It has now been 10 and a half hours and still no sign of them.

They have helped me alot over the years of living around sioux falls from roadside help to getting my keys out of my car plenty of times. Fast friendly and recommended.

All American towing? More like all American rip off artists. Charged me $3200 to tow a semi trailer 35 miles. Do not deal with them as they are complete scammers and will rip you off at every turn!!!!!

Horrible my mothers vam was parked on the side of the road before it snowed walked down to get it the next morning cop was there with tow truck on the way so she called me to tow it with my truck but they towed it anyway. All american promised to have it delivered to her house and theg never did. She is now locked out with out a van and is expected to pay a towcharge. They have her van down at their lot which is bs it should have been dropped off right away like they promised. I dont recomend
