Dr Brower is great and all the staff there are friendly and welcoming. They make sure your comfortable and know what’s going on with the plan you set up for your care. Definitely recommend this office!

The best dentist. I love the personnel. Super friendly and comforting. The procedure was very quick and professional. I did not have but only mild pain. Less than normal. Well today I would not want to do over. But I am glad I went through it with these great people. Would totally recommend to everyone who needs dental work. Dentist is one of my top 3 fears and then helped me through it.

These people are sweethearts. I love them like a 2nd family. One may think that all dentists are roughly the same and existing merely to maintain teeth. Dr. Brower, however, made me believe in angels. The kind that grant wishes. I am a 10 now, but use to be a 3. I am handsome now, and so can you! I asked them if they can help fix my personality like they did my teeth, but I guess that technology doesn’t exist yet.

Had my wisdom teeth pulled out today, and I was prepared for a really painful experience. I hardly felt a thing, and it was over really fast. They really take care of you here.

I am very anxious about going into the dentist. I went in knowing I would have to have two teeth pulled and I was very very anxious. The staff did everything they could and made me calm and they were so friendly and so helpful. Then the dentist came in and he was so compassionate and understanding and encouraging and through the procedure everything was said and done and I felt like I was scared for nothing. I really really do recommend this dentist and his group to anybody I haven’t been to the dentist very much and I suffer from malnutrition nutrition so I have bad teeth and I have never once been judged; I’ve only been encouraged, educated, and helpful.

Very Painful Experience and They dont seem to care about whats is causing your pain. Recently had some teeth removed and I was sitting in chair and my whole face had blood running down it and after that they sent me out door with blood dripping out my mouth, there was so much blood I couldnt even drive home. Would Not Recommend to Anyone!!!

I used to love Smiles for Siouxland until our last appointment. Me and my son both had appointments and during my sons appointment the dental assistant found some of his images were missing and my insurance will only pay for it once a year or 2 years can’t remember which but it was showing it would have to be an out of pocket expense that I could not do that day. So when the assistant went to talk to the dentist he informed her I either pay for it again or my family needed to find a new dentist. Needless to say we left before his appointment was over and didn’t stay for mine! Before I would always recommend Smiles for Siouxland because the staff was so friendly and gentle with all my kids and made us feel welcome now I would not recommend them to anyone just for the simple fact is the dentist we were dealing with instead of taking responsibility for them loosing the images they already took or even understanding that as a mother of 4 working hard and living pay check to pay check couldn’t afford an out of pocket expense at that very moment with no warning or anything took this opportunity to make me feel like I am a horrible person for not having an extra almost $200 to pay for new images right that moment. I would avoid this dentist!In response to your response it had not been years since I was there this just happened like a month ago, my insurance did pay for the images and yes you guys lost them according to your staff and Robert was there as well when I left and told him I would be changing dentist that day! Robert and the ladies out front along with the dental assistant kept apologizing for they way the doctor treated me and my son. Again you try to put it off as it was someone else’s mistake when I fact it was your office that lost the images. The files were listed but they were empty.

Very thorough dental care…..I’ve been to other dentists in the past and they were no where near as thorough as Smiles for Siouxland. They are excellent!!

They got me in on very short notice. They were very thorough with what they could do for my problem, discussing different options, including future possible health issues and the costs of the various options.

From the entrance down to getting my teeth worked on I was treated wonderfully. The environment was friendly. No one had an attitude. Lastly my teeth were worked on correctly. I dont think you can get service anywhere else like here in Sioux Falls.

This is a very professional office. Dr. Brower is conscientious and careful, and he explains procedures well. The dental hygienists are highly proficient, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

WORST experience ever, Dr. Brower aka Josh Brower was very rough with my mouth, was getting frustrated/hostile with me and his assistant, all because i couldn’t breathe with the rubber flap on my nose and she was forgetting to hold the air on his mirror so he could see. He made me leave with gunk like cement still on the back of my front teeth, i asked him to fix it, he tried, i could still feel it and told him that, and he told me that’s the “best” he can do and made me leave. Regardless of how i may of sounded with some of my words, you FINISH what you started, especially when it’s health related and i paid over 150 dollars to have this done AFTER insurance.

Got my wife the Groupon 50 units for 250 of dysport.Turns out to be 25 units of botox for 250.... Be warnedThe doctor tried to up sale her right off the bat. Pointing out where she could use more botox after shorting her on the 50 units... And then made remarks about work she has done elsewhere when she didnt ask their opinion. Will not be returning.Responding to our feedback. This is the wife speaking for herself. Your bedside manor STINKS!! You are very RUDE!! Have a nice day.

The first time I scheduled an appointment with them I went in 20 minutes earlier and waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time to get in. Then they took me back to get x-rays after within the 40 minutes past my scheduled time. I was sitting in the chair to get my teeth cleaned and waiting another 30 minutes for that. They tell me they can’t do my cleaning due to no dental hygienist available to do so? Weird. So I had to reschedule. I rescheduled with them and I went in giving them another chance to prove me wrong and they end up telling me that somehow my appointment wasn’t confirmed when I received their text about my appointment date and time. I will no longer go here. I am very and truly upset with this kind of customer service, specially trying to be a new client of theirs.

First appointment. Hygienist, Assistant, and Dentist were very kind, honest, and helpful when explaining my treatment plan and listening to my concerns. Unlike most places I didnt feel overwhelmed with things I needed to do right away and the plan seemed affordable and at a safe pace.

Appointment started on time, staff were friendly and explained what was going to take place. My concerns were listened to and taken into consideration.

Dr. Brower claims its a fake review. 1st of all I was scammed a lot of $ being charged for 90 min.of laughing gas that I paid over 200.00 up front but only actually had it about 20 min. And only refunded me 26.00.2ndly I went there requesting a certain type of work done IF my insurance covers it. I was told on 2 visits it did. The day of procedure Dr. Brower gave me something different. I had other options such as my parents dentist in Mexico. Not sure why I was misled.

I will never go back to this place. The staff are really nice overall but Dr Browse is probably the WORST person Ive dealth with. He has no bedside manners and does not care for his patients. I have only had bad experiences with him. Rude and disrespectful. Again, the rest of the staff is great but its not worth it.

Staff is very friendly but my cleaning wasnt any better than I couldve done myself at home. Disappointed that I didnt get my moneys worth I feel. My husband has also had a very hard time getting his appointments made. He calls sets up appointments and then they have no record of it and he has to reschedule. His cleanings have also been similarly simple and very light. If we are going to dentist we want to feel like our mouths have been thoroughly cleaned and given attention to detail. I appreciate the very nice and friendly service but I want a deep clean of my teeth as well.

Best cleaning to date

I have had extensive implant work done in the past and was very pleased with the results. Today I again had a bridge removed and implants inserted. I am looking forward to a great result and preservation of quality of life.

I was greeted with very friendly people and well accommodated with my dental needs. They had squeezed me in on their schedule as a walk-in and they had informed me of the priorities of my dental health and all of my options to going about it. I scheduled the appointment the next day and had finished the session in an very efficient manner. I would recommend going here for your dental needs.

We loved them. Was very kind and explained what was going on. Was very gentle to my daughter whom was the patient. She was happy. Even verified that there was an earlier time available after we had made the appointment if we wanted in sooner.

I like the dentist. But have a struggle with students a bit. They are all very nice and friendly. I know EVERYONE has to learn. I am good with that. Dr Brower is good. Just over extended. It took 3 tries to get my crown mold done. My mouth was sore after. The overall confidence seems less than what I expected. He is an amazing teacher, but I do get a little worried sometimes. Kind of like a Guinea pig.Permanent crown placed and was off in less than 18 hours. 😕😕😕 feeling disappointed.

So disappointing!! For the thousands of dollars we have spent on my husbands teeth! This has been going on for years, YES YEARS if it’s not one thing it’s another procedure. WHEN will this ever end!!! And the staff! This is the greeting he got at his last appointment. Hello trouble!!! Really!!! I wasn’t amused!!!

We were impressed with the service we received at Smiles for Siouxland. My wife and I were especially impressed that the Dr. Tuttle is willing to try an innovative procedure to save a couple of our crowns! A previous dentist told us that crown replacement was the only option. In our estimation, the calls for a five star rating.

I’ve gone to Smiles for Siouxland for 5-6 years and have had some major work done and they have never hurt me! I also purchased their insurance plan and it’s saved me a lot of money.

Crown fell out less than 5 months after it was completed.Dentist seemed to be struggling during most of the procedure with various issues. The biggest issue seemed to happen when the dental assistant inadvertently pulled the build up needed for the new crown off while removing (hammering off) the temporary crown. This issue meant the new crown would no longer fit as it was made specifically for the build up and my tooth. After some tense moments and quiet whispering between the dentist and assistant, they did some modifications on the fly and stuck it in place. After it was all finished I was assured all was well. 5 months later it just came loose, a day before I was leaving on a week vacation. I called in that same day and the male receptionist told me that they had no appointments available, I could come in and wait, and they would try to work me in. The icing on the cake was when at the end of the call the receptionist told me it was actually my fault that the crown came off and it happened because I did not come in for my 6-month cleaning?(it had only been in place 5 months) At that point I decided I should find a different dentist as I was no longer comfortable with their office. A couple weeks later I went to another dentist in town and was told the crown could not be replaced as the tooth was damaged beyond repair, $1400 wasted. I do not usually leave reviews but they sent me 11 emails requesting feedback.

Excellent care and follow up. we were able to utilize all or most of my dental benefits that were expiring in 2018. Shall complete my final crowns in 2019. Thanks again for the team service. Hours were convenient with my work schedule... Thanks again Harvey

If I could give one trillion stars I would with a smile, went in to have my left and right upper wisdom teeth removed took a total of 2 minutes to pull them and was completely painless process as they told me. Also the staff were very nice and walked me through everything that was going to be done.

I went in for an Implant and I have to admit I dreaded it, and the waiting time takes awhile so that made me more anxious, but the actual Hands-On work didnt take long, Dr. Bower and his assistants did a good job. And all of them at Smiles for Siouxland were very friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience with Dr. Kristina Harvan she was super great and explained everything to me and gave me multiple options when it came to treatment! It really feels like I can get everything all in one place. I asked about orthodontics and she was able to have another doctor Dr. Josh Brower come in and speak with me about my treatment. My favorite part about my appointment is the convenient hours and friendly faces. I can now schedule Botox and lip injections with her to coincide with my cleanings and ortho visits! All around great CONVENIENT experience.

This was the best dental experience I have had in my life. I have waited over 40 years for something like affordable implants. With the little to no pain in less than two hours step out of the dentist chair with the biting and chewing power that makes a person feel like they could bite the bumper off of a car. TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! IF YOU SUFFER FROM DENTAL ISSUES OR LOOSE DENTURES, THIS DENTIST, STAFF AND AFFORDABILITY ARE THE LAST STOP YOUR SMILE WILL EVER MAKE!!!!

I contacted Smiles For Siouxland on a Monday night at about 5pm and had an appointment an hour later. I had A LOT of dental work to be done and I was so embarrassed by it, but everybody there made me know that they would do whatever it took to get my dental needs taken care of. I never was afraid to go back for future appointments(about 8 of them) because I knew I was in such great hands. They work with absolutely everyone, no matter how big or small the issue is. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to everyone I know because of the quality of service I received, they have night and weekend appointments available, and you can tell that everybody there loves their job. I will continue to use Sioux Falls Dental Health for all of my dental care needs, as long as I am in the area.

Everyone here is amazing! Having three high energy children, its usually a hassle going anywhere, but the staff here is always so patient with us and kind to my kids. Appointments are quick and painless! I will definitely recommend to others.

Just following up after getting 12 crowns- I had a crown come out but was able to re-cement it in at my follow-up appointment. SFS offered to get me in ASAP, after I told them and the follow-up along with the re-cementing went smoothly. Since then I have now gone a few days and have had absolutely NO issues with any of my 12 new crowns. I would highly recommend Smiles For Siouxland to anyone needing dental work. Dr Brower is ranked in the top 50 in the US in his field and I can see why! I neglected my teeth for a few years and worried it would be much worse than it was. X-ray’s went well, hygienist was a little rough on the gums by poking them. Fluoride was left on the lip and made them sticky. Cleaning did make the teeth feel clean.

I am really glad I chose Sioux Falls Dental health. They were really genuine and they were like family to me when ever I had my appointment with them. and I really feel good about my teeth now I feel like They have gotten a lot better throughout the time that I had braces. I was looking for a new Dentist and was referred to this clinic. I am very apprehensive about going to the dentist! I called and left a message as the office was closed. The receptionist got right back to me the following day! I explained my situation and she got me right in! I have seen both Dr O and Dr Brower!! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by the friendly front desk staff and my fear was put to ease by the hygienist and dental assistant!
