Today was my first visit with Designer Dentistry and I loved it! Their office was clean and decorated in a fun way. The staff was very nice and explained everything they were doing and made sure I understood everything they did and all the options I had.

The workers here are amazing and super kind. They always do a great job of explaining everything that is going on and truly care about you as an individual. Ive been to other dentists that have made visiting the dentist not a very enjoyable experience, but Ive never had any issues here. They were also great with my child. I plan on going to Designer Dentistry and Smiles for as long as we are able.

They fit me in on short notice, and it was a great experience - I felt comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in! The lady up front took the time to review my treatment and make sure I understood everything, including finances. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back!

I had 2 crowns put on and everything went really well. Absolutely no waiting. They got me right in and started the work right away. The crowns fit well and I couldnt tell the difference between them and the other teeth.

Hands down one of THE BEST offices I have ever been in. Quality dental work, little to no wait, accepted my insurance. The biggest PLUS was that I had ZERO pain. My kids and I LOVE it here!!!Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

My uncle Johnny is OBSESSED with this dentist. He begs to swing by for a cleaning every. single. time. hes in town visiting.

If you want to be sold something you dont need, have them do a poor job doing it, and to top it off be charged another 295.00 @ 3 months after you settled the agreed upon bill because they misunderstood your insurance. Yeah it is a great place. I was a customer there for about 10 years just for cleanings, after my first crown I will never step foot in there office again

Cassie was very helpful and helped me get my billing issues cleared up right away. She even called me on her day off which was going above and beyond. The staff is so friendly and professional as well. Definitely appreciate their hard work! Thanks guys!

Jenn S at the counter was helpful with future appointments and billing questions. Also at the counter, Alicia invited us to the office baseball game which was nice since we are new to the area. Jenn P was informative about what was going to happen during my visit. Jackie answered all of my questions and proper hygiene and took care while doing my cleaning. All together, the ladies in the office are great and we will recommend you to family and friends!

If you have dentist office fear, come here! I have been with the team here at DDS for 12 years after not visiting ANY dentist for 6 years prior out of fear. When I moved to Sioux Falls and decided I HAD to go see the dentist, I read good things about them. And I found out for myself it is true. Absolutely amazing care and service. They have dealt with my fear, with my high gag reflex, my anxiety, my teeth. And I can honestly say, I enjoy going to the dentist now. The client is first; relationships are important. In all of it, I have appreciated Jenn S. helping me get my appointments scheduled...and even re-scheduled when conflicts arise. They are accommodating and skilled. I have been to several dentists in the past and have had lots of dental work done. My experiences at Designer Dentistry and Smiles have (by far) been the best! Dr. Z and Jenn made my long appointment enjoyable...or at least as enjoyable as going to the dentist can be! I was repeatedly asked if I was comfortable and if I needed anything. I also appreciated being included in conversation rather than spoken over as if I wasnt there.

Very impressed with the staff and the knowledge of the dentists. My son is 10 and had a wonderful experience at the dentist and the knowledge of the hygienist and the passion she did with my son was amazing! Highly recommended

Its no surprise that typically going to the dentist is not the most fun or pleasant way to spend the afternoon, but Designer Dentistry & Smiles made the entire experience exceptional. Throughout the process, I was given a clear picture and expectation of what was going to happen and what was needed. The treatment plan was also describe in detail and was super affordable.

She was very friendly and made me feel right at home. She was knowledgeable and helpful, and she went over many great options and ideas with me. Worst dentist Ive ever been to. They charge you up front for work that has not been done and refuse to refund you for multiple months(after tax time). They expect you to continue to get work done when youve maxed out your insurance benefits for the year and cant understand why you want to wait until the next year for another visit. And the most disgusting part of all ..after switching to a new dentist I was told that some of the dental work designer dentistry had claimed to do and I was charged for was not complete.

The office presents and over all great environment, you cant help but feel right at home from the minute you walk in the door. The staff are great, very warm and friendly. My last check up was very efficient and thorough and I feel like I was well looked after. I highly recommend them.

I have always been very loyal to my dentists in the past, however for a personal reason I decided that my son, Trenton and myself would switch from our Madison dentist to Designer Dentistry & Smiles. We did so about 2 years ago, we have been extremely happy. My son (9 years old) does not mind going to the dentist anymore. The staff especially Kelsie always has a smile on her face and like the rest of the team is very caring and helpful. They go above and beyond where my dentists in the past have not.
