Quick, thoroug pleasant experience. The dental hygienist was super friendly without overwhelming me. She was very accommodating to my general health requirements to make the appointment successful. The Dentist checked everything over thoroughly as well. The lobby was quiet and the restroom clean. I only have two complaints. The intake paperwork update took over an hour to complete, and I had all of the information handy to complete it. The building layout was an open design for the hygienist stations, meaning one could hear many conversations, cleaning equipment and other machines going on top of each other. It was fair to describe it as noisy. Over all, the skill and demeanor of the staff definitely made up for the drawbacks.

Staff were professional and friendly. My tech was very knowledgeable in her field of study as well as attentive to my dental needs. She provided a lot of helpful and preventive information. The dentist displayed the same professional, friendly and attentive qualities. She discussed her assessment of my future dental needs and made suggestions on continuing my care while living on the road as a nomad traveller. These two functioned like a well oil machine. As a result, I claim both as my personal dental care providers, and look forward to future visits.

EXCELLENT dental office. I am new to the area and didnt have a dentist and reached out to Dr. Hruby on a Sunday regarding swelling in my jaw. Dr. Hruby responded and gave me direction that he would take care of me first thing the morning. Went to the office and received top notch care from the front desk, hygienist and most especially Dr. Hruby. Dr. Hruby explained my dental procedure (root canal) and was gentle and kind. His staff explained everything and took superb care of me. My family has a new dental practice! Thank you!!!!

They are thorough and patient, always do a good job, dont make me feel bad about not flossing enough - but always encourage me to floss more, and they always offer to schedule my next appt right away, which is very nice for me, as well as for them.

Awesome experience. They talk to you like a person and explain what they are doing and why. Although I always forget that its impossible to talk with tools and a suction straw in your mouth. Its hard for all of us not to laugh. Definitely recommend for anyone that doesnt like the dentist.

My wife called while i was at work to schedule me an appointment and was told a cleaning would be $120.00. They failed to mention that i had to do a whole exam and xrays and more prior to the cleaning that would cost me $500.00. I found all of this out after they had put me in the chair and started poking around in my mouth. They chose to work with me and we worked out something so that i wouldnt leave without some sort of service done on my teeth. Ill probably go back but they need to be up front with people about everything.

My dental hygienist Katie was great but I almost left without seeing her since I felt so uncomfortable in the waiting room. Three other patients - with no masks required. The receptionist and billing person were behind plexiglass but no masks. So surprising for a medical office.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly. This was my second visit. First time teeth were cleaned and the gal was AWESOME and gentle as i have sensitive teeth. Dr. Tuttle has been my dentist both times and he is phenomenal! Did you know if you need a crown they prepare your tooth and make the crown right there SAME DAY.....NO temporary crown. I had this done, too! LOL. I could not be more pleased! This is definitely the place to come for dentistry work.

I arrived about 10 minutes early for a cleaning and was taken back almost immediately. Alyssa, the Dental Hygienist who cleaned my teeth, was very friendly and courteous. The cleaning went very smoothly even though I have what I would imagine is not a very easy set of teeth to clean. The care Ive received here from everyone is top notch.

First I would like to compliment the entire staff on their friendliness from check in to the insurance desk. Jennifer the hygienist is very sweet and thoughtful. She thoroughly explained concerns. Dr Bolen was awesome even though she had to recommend 2crowns. They worked me in earlier than my appointment and I had quick and painless dental work. Thank you for making a difficult time manageable!The crowns were prepared and placed the same day within the 3 hour appointment and no discomfort like I have experienced with previous crowns!

Honestly I wanted to give 5 stars as the place was great ,staff was awesome and only reason I didnt is because I was referred to a different company to have a tooth pulled that wanted more out of pocket than if I paid cash elsewhere including my insurance as well.

This is the dentist office to use!!!! The experience from being greeted to walking out the door is absolutely fabulous. All the staff are good at what they do with an attitude of being happy to care for your every need. They are very aware of discomfort you may experience and make sure they make that part as comfortable as possible. I had a bad set of teeth when I started seeing them, Ive had a wisdom tooth extracted, a root canal, 5 cavities filled and 2 bridges done, my mouth is the best its been since I was a kid and Im 53 years old.

10/10 would recommend this dentist office. My last visit, I had a bunch of things come up and they easily found a time that worked for me and tried to fit me in. The office has a great environment and everyone was very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Every person that worked with me or I came in contact with had a big smile on their face and you could truly see they cared. My hygienist was pretty cool too...I think her name was Bretni. The office was very clean and all of my questions were answered. Overall a great place to go!

I lost a filling over the weekend. I wasnt experiencing any pain but it was something I knew needed immediate attention. I contacted Family Dentistry for an appointment. With the covid 19 issue I was concerned it would be quite a wait. They made arrangements to be seen within 4 days. I made my initial appointment today. It is a bit more of an issue than I thought. It will require a crown. The initial base was completed today and I will be back on Wednesday to finish the procedure. Thanks Family Dentistry for your prompted attention to my Needs!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! To start off this place lacks in professionalism across the board. I was not taken back on time for my appointment. While I was in the chair I over heard employees talking negatively about another patient that was in their office at the time. This was a HUGE turnoff and left me wondering what was being said about me while there or what will be said after I leave. Turns out one of the voices gossiping in the hallway turned out to be the female dentist who came in to check my teeth. She proceeded to talk at me about what dental work I will need done as opposed to listening to my opinions or what I would be comfortable with. She came across very fake. I would advise people look else where unless you want bad customer service and for staff to talk about you for their own entertainment. You are better going to a chain like Aspen Dental. At least there you will be treated with respect.

Extremely efficient setting with patient care being first priority. Thorough exam, images, cleaning, and final discussions with the provider. Kari was interested in any & all concerns with my current oral health and plans for the time in between appointments. Recommend!

I was very nervous about visiting a dentist and self conscious of my teeth, but the staff was so kind and caring! From the front desk staff to the hygienist and dentist, they all made me feel so welcome and reassured me that I would be taken care of. Everyone was so knowledgeable and was sure to explain everything so I could understand what needed to be done & in what order things should be taken care of. I will absolutely be back for future services and recommend them to everyone!

Doctor Wilcox and the lady nurse that worked on me were the best. I got my wisdom tooth pulled out and they made my experience as comfortable and easy as possible. I felt very little pain. They helped me through the whole process. Id highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dentist. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Id say this was by far the best care Ive recieved by a doctor/dentist! Definitely a place if go for myself and my children!

Words can not explain the amazing service I had a Family Dentistry. Everyone in the office took their time to make me feel comfortable. I have very bad dental anxiety and they took their time and explain every step to me. I had met every doctor in the office and they were all so nice. Doctor Held took great care of me and made it easy to get my treatment done. I would recommend this office to everyone and I will for sure be continuing my care and my sons care at this office.

I just came out of there and honestly it is probably the best dentist I’ve went to, granted it’s been a WHILE since I’ve been to one. But this one didn’t have the sketchy vibe I’ve always felt with dentists, it was really comfortable from start to finish. Not sure of the names of the two who helped me but they did great and filled me in on some info about my teeth and we’ve scheduled future appts. 10/10 would dentist there again.

From the receptionist, hygentist, and doctor, Family Dentistry is an all around professional dental office. I have lived all over the country and this is by far the best place I have been for getting my teeth cleaned. The lady that cleaned my teeth, Alyssa, was a professional that made my fear of the dentist go instantly away. I would highly recommend this place to people of all ages.
