This was not the worst experience ever, but it definately reinforced my ideas of what ive come to expect from auto body shops. i was early and they took almost 30 min from the scheduled time to get my car done. This I could of overlooked, but the cost is the main issue. It costs me about $22 for my oil and on a bad day $14 for my filter. So $22+$14=$36. Lets say there is some labor costs which i understand, but my final bill was $87.10? I cant fathom why or how they come up with such an egregious price. Were arent even in the same ball park. I guess I will go back to changing it myself as this has been a good reminder.I guess they charged me $21.99 to tell me what I already knew about my car looking at the bill. This just makes me sick to my stomach. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Brought a tire in that had a puncture in it. I thought a simple plug would be possible. They said that they could not handle a hole that big... It was not that big... They recommended I should go down to Graham tire and maybe they could fix it. So thats what I did, and Grahams fixed it in literally 5 minutes.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! HORRIBLE MECHANICS!!!! THEY LIE AND COST WAY TOO MUCH!!! I got my catalytic converter replaced here it costed me well over $1000. NOT EVEN A YEAR later I’m having to get it replaced again. They told me they replaced it with a new one my mechanic is telling me there is no way it was new and that they did a horrible job putting it back in. The honey comb in the converter is loose and just jumping around in there. Very disappointed and I would never refer somebody to these scumbags. Was visiting Sioux Falls from St Paul after having my oil changed at Firestone in St. Paul. I was suddenly 1.5 qts low according to my onboard computer. The Tires Plus crew were empathetic, kind and immediately took my car in to check for leaks and top off the oil. This is the kind of service that stands out.

Nice guys and I thought the work was fine at first. Had my f350 tires rotated before a long trip and ended up losing a back wheel cause of loose lugs cost me over $2000 in damage and towing.Go somewhere else or watch them put your tires back on

Not only is their customer service and vehicle work excellent the amenities in their waiting area are great! Quality service, been going here for 9 years and have never had to take my car back for the same problem after they worked on it. Free WiFi, water, coffee and TV with chairs to sit. I have noticed along term employees, it is nice to always see the same people.

Absolutely horrible. Girlfriends car broke down in Sioux Falls while she lives almost an hour away. After 4 days without service she finally got her car “repaired.” Then on her way back home the engine broke down. Tired Plus didn’t take any responsibility even though they claimed to do an engine check and didn’t find any issues and refused to tow my girlfriend back home in NEGATIVE DEGREE WEATHER. We will be contacted the BBB about this business for endangering my girlfriend by failing to properly repair her vehicle

Had a good experience at TiresPlus Sioux Falls. I paid Billion Chevrolet to inspect the front and they said I needed to replace the front brake pads. I took the Chevrolet HHR to TiresPlus who inspected the car for free and they told me there is more wear on the pads with 6mm remaining on the front so they saved me $320. Reading online it said brake pads should be replaced at 2-3mm remaining.

Never really went inside or spoke to anyone, my husband did. But he did mention that guy who helped him was friendly and had good customer service. Went there to get a new tire and have it mounted on a rim, he was told it would take an hour. I think it was about half an hour later we got a call it was ready so that saved us some time. Not saying that this will be the case all the time and be prepared to wait an hour or more depending on your vehicle needs whether it tire or maintenance

While traveling home from MT to NJ I was losing air in one of my brand new tires. Tires Plus was the only tire repair shop open in Sioux Falls that I could find. Went in at opening time and explained the problem to a very courteous man. Although I had 3 cars ahead of me they found the problem and repaired the tire in an hour. Nice people and the cost of repair was only $20.

I am from out of town, Louisville, KY. Had a rental car with some nails in the tire. Stopped by Saturday afternoon and made an appointment for Sunday AM. Returned on Sunday and while it wasnt the outcome I wanted....had to purchase a tire for a rental car, oh well!. The two fellas that I dealt with were beyond exceptional. They explained everything and advised me because it was a rental situation. Very knowledgeable about that as well as the tire business. Kept me advised every step of the way. It is a shame I live over 1,000 miles away. Otherwise, I would be a new customer for them.

I was broke down with a failed fan clutch and a waterpump while traveling through Sioux Falls SD Saturday night. I called right away on Sunday morning to see if they could help me. They got me right in and went above and beyond to locate parts that were needed. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. As a mechanic myself, i feel the price and time to do the job was within industry standards. Being it was a Sunday morning when most repair shops were closed, i appreciate tires plus being open to not only to get me back on the road, but likely many others in the same situation. I went in for an A/C recharge two months ago, they called me four hours later and told me that I had a lower line A/C leak. To this day my A/C is working fine. No leak at all! They tried to charge me over $600 more. I’m so disappointed with them.

Beware they will try to sell you the highest price tires that they can. The staff seems to have little knowledge about tires.

I was headed back home & needed to get a tire patched on the car. I stopped at Tires Plus to get it looked at. The worker said there were other cars ahead of me that needed to get looked at. He said that I could come back tomorrow. Apparently he didnt understand when I told him that I wasnt local. What a joke. Piss poor customer service. I know it doesnt take long to patch a tire. But apparently at this Tires Plus it wouldve been a major inconvenience to get done.

I had my tire on low pressure and they were pretty busy but they still were able to take a look and because of the minimum of amount of time spent they didnt change me anything.

Gary and the staff at Tires Plus are amazing. Helpful, friendly and straight forward honest. The found me new tires in my price range which were great tires and hundreds less than every other place I called in Sioux Falls. They also discovered other issues with my vehicle that were very dangerous. Gary put a quote together quickly and it was very reasonable for price to fix and had it fixed in just a couple of hours. Came in for a flat tire and they couldn’t even patch the tire. Told my husband and I that they don’t patch tires we would have to buy a new one. When asked what the cost of a new one would be he informed us they didn’t have the right size of tire. Poor poor customer service, facilities, and helpful hand. Would not suggest this place unless you want to be stranded and left helpless.

I really like the people over here! Out of all the tire places in Sioux falls this is hands down the best! I have gone in for a quick tire repair and for a full tire replacement and the service has never changed. The prices are fare (call around and get quotes) they wont be the cheapest but they will be the cheapest with the best quality.

Came in just before closing on a Sunday night and Jeremy and crew were gracious and SO helpful and willing to work late! Able to fix our tire so we could return to Rapid City early in the morning.

Been here twice now and will probably keep going back. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They explain everything fully. They were also able to get me in on short notice without hesitation despite having a full schedule. Much appreciated.

Very knowledgeable and HONEST staff! A very rare thing to find these days. I do a lot of my own auto repairs but sometimes time or lack of space forces me to hire a mechanic. Being knowledgeable in auto repair, sometimes I will ask them things I already know just to see if they will suggest or charge me for work I know I dont need done just to test their integrity, but they never do. They are very thorough, competent, and true professionals in my opinion.

I received multiple phone calls keeping me informed on everything that was going on with my car repairs (3 different problems) and the price estimations for it all. I really appreciated that! And everything was explained thoroughly. Also the guys were really nice! I believe they did their best to save me money. I had an overall great experience with Tires Plus and Im thankful for that.

They are conveniently open on Sunday. We bought tires on Sunday after waking up to find a flat. The man working was really nice and my wife actually left her phone and he called us immediately and met us outside with it in hand. Worth paying a little extra for the tires for the great service.

Limped in on a spare after shredding a tire... they got me in immediately, by the time I had a cup of coffee my car was ready to go and I was out the door for under a hundred bucks. Good crew.

I have been pleased with the products and the price. I was able to get a new tire for under $100 and they scrape the corrosion off and painted on a Rubber seal. I also got an email for an oil change for 18.99 which was very helpful. The staff has been very informative and thoroughly explaining things to me and my options.

Updated review: I spoke with Joe explained my whole situation and he was willing to hear my side of the story and made it right with me and helped to earn my trust again.Not happy about the service charge. I have been a loyal customer for years. The aluminum stem on my passenger tire needed to get fixed and was told specially it could be replaced and no need for the sensor part of it. I waited 15 minutes and it was determine they were unable to repair the aluminum stem and that they would need to replace the whole tire sensor part of it. I was told that they didn’t have the the part at their location and they would need to order it in from one of the parts store in town, but then another 10 mins later told they all of sudden had a part laying around. I’m questioning the true value of it? As it was a generic part, which came to $82.50. The repair can to a total of $108.90, which seems very unreasonable. I never saw the damage part and was told by a local guy the aluminum stem could of been replaced unless the sensor part of it was damaged by the person trying to fix the stem. I went online and saw you could get a pack of 4 of half the price and even Walmart in town could do the entire job for $30.00. Get real guys not everyone is made of money. It just hurts to see the level of not caring for a loyal customer and doing the right thing. This whole situation is making me less likely to get my rear tires replaced at your store and doing any type of service there.

I dont take my car anywhere else for oil changes, and I always come here for any issues with my tires. I am a female so sometimes you get those businesses that will swindle you. They are honest and up front about everything and will work with you. They even offer a 6 month financing card to help with those larger expenses.

Ill tell ya, open on a Sunday, they called a tow for me, got my car right in and gave me an estimated finish time of 4:30, was done and out the door by 3:30, Id recommend this place to anyone, tires, brakes, bearings, anything your car needs!

My service adviser took the time to inform me about items Ill likely need to address in the near future, including how much it would cost, without making me feel pressured into having the work done right then. I went back to them when I needed a new battery and had the same great experience.

Great service. Honest Prices. Ive had them do work on about 6 cars for me. Everything from alignments to replacing struts and tires. Very good management that leads by example. (The GM has rung me up on the register on many occasions) FYI: Youll need to ask for the cheap tires if you want them, these guys will first try to sell you the quality ones first. =)

I have bought tires from here and I recently had my brakes checked. The team here was awesome. I had some frequent squealing and want to be sure I wasnt neglecting my pads and rotors. They squeezed me in on a Saturday and were honest about the results of the inspection. My pads and rotors are in great shape and they didnt charge for the inspection. Ill be back!

I went in there about an hour after they opened for them to take a look at my car to see if they can tell me why it is shaking while I drive it. It took them 4 hours to be able to look at it before taking 15 minutes for them to tell me that they have to realign the tires for 45 minutes. After that they didnt even fix the problem as it was still happening. After all of the 5 hours waiting the only reason I didnt give them 1 star is because the mechanic that was in there was actually friendly with everything and did the stuff that he could.

We were on a road trip last week (we live in Georgia) and had an unexpected car issue. I walked into their shop at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. They were not busy at that point, my problem was diagnosed quickly, and then repaired by a wonderful mechanic. They also discovered that my tires (which had been rotated.aligned less then 3K earlier) had started cupping terribly. They fixed the busted power steering hose Friday evening, let me have the car that night, and then I took it back for 2 new tires Saturday morning. Our family was back on the road by 9:30 a.m. Pretty much the entire staff helped us--Nick, Micah, Travis, Jordan, Mike, and Jeff. We would highly recommend.

Brakes started to make a grinding noise on a road trip. We stopped in Sioux Falls and called Tires Plus to see if they could take us that day. Brought our car in and it was all fixed in about two hours and we were able to be on the road again. Very nice service!

The temperature was -14 the morning our car wouldnt start. We were in town for a funeral and scheduled to go back to Rapid City that afternoon. We called a towing service and they selected Tires Plus as the place nearest to us to get it in. When we arrived the road service company that found us the towing company had not notified Tires Plus we were coming. Naturally with the weather so cold they were backed up and the shop was full with other vehicles needing work. They promised to do their best but I wasnt very enthusiastic about our chances. Miraculously, they were able to get other cars taken care of and out the door and ours was brought into the shop much sooner than I thought possible. Then it turned out the intake manifold gasket had shrunk with the cold and was leaking coolant into the cylinders. Big problem. The mechanic, Joel, was a young guy but was familiar with this problem having made this repair several times before. He promised to get right at it and the service guys got the parts ordered, at about 5:00 pm no less.They closed at 7:00 pm but Joel stayed late to finish the job, on the night before Christmas eve.We were able to stay with relatives and picked the car up the next morning.This is service above and beyond the call and certainly not what you usually run into these days.I cant say enough about how impressed I am and would recommend these guys to anyone needing any type of car service.Job well done!

I feel like I got ripped off here! I bought a three year alignment package and after a year and a half they tell me that I need 1300 dollars of repair work before they can do an alignment! I feel like that I got screwed and that I paid about 170 dollars for a service that they wont let me use! I wonder how many other people they have screwed with this service! However, I did get in contact with the BBB in Tennessee where the Sioux Falls BBB claimed there headquarters were and let them know what was going on and how I felt, and he was understanding of my situation and he did give me a partial refund which is WAY better then the manager of the Sioux Falls store who just wanted to argue with me and make it sound like I owed HIM money!!!

Me and my girlfriend are traveling across country in a van, about 1000 miles into our trip our break line blew in sioux falls. It was about 6pm so everything else was closed but Micheal the mechanic here and the manager stayed late to patch my line. The brakes wouldnt bleed properly so we had to stay the night in the lot but again Michael came in early to work on our van. After a few hours they realized they didnt have the gm specific tool to finish the job and sent me a mile or so down the road to the dealership. They did all of this work free of charge while the dealership bled the brakes and charged me $150. This was my one and most likely only visit to a tires plus but I will recommend to anyone, thanks for the help.

Purchased a set of 60,000 mile warranty tires and they made it less than 30,000 miles. They offered to give me a small discount off another of the same set?? Seriously? They only last 30,000 miles, who in their right mind would buy another set. The manager was very rude and said it was because of how I drive. How would he know how I drive and my last set of 60,000 mile tires lasted 66,000 miles. Tires plus also said my vehicle had other problems like a bad battery and bad shocks which I had checked out by another mechanic who found no problems. Im still driving with them almost 4 years later. Tires Plus has very poor business practices and I would never recommend them.

Tires plus went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a flat tire issue. Upon changing out my rims. The technician took the extra time to path ny tires to eliminate my sensor failure.Will be returning for future work

Tires plus lies. When I was told I needed new tires, a set of 4, I was told that itd be eligible for a $60 rebate. After I got my new tires they said my tires werent eligible. Scandalous business practice. I wouldve shoped around if I didnt think itd be getting a deal. BE CAREFUL. My first and last time going there

Went in for new brakes, since mine were making noises when I stopped. They did a free inspection, but didnt find anything. They easily couldve just changed the brakes and charged me a couple hundred bucks, but they choose to be honest. Ill be back
