I just bought a new Civic Sport Touring and I wanted to replace the orange side markers with Suma’s smoked out LED sequential markers, which entails soldering the wires to the blinker wires. No one wanted to do it because they didn’t want to be liable if something went wrong, as it voids part of the car’s warranty. I got NO fuss from these guys, they got me in within a week, only took about 45 minutes to do it, and I paid like $90. The markers look great and function perfectly! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Very price conscious. Some cars arent worth fixing

The staff are friendly and honest. They give estimates before beginning the work and as the inspection and/or repairs move along, no pun intended. We have found the actual bill is usually lower than the estimates.In late 2017, we bought filters they forgot to use, but we used them the next time. In 2018 we purchased a part and they were keeping it for the core refund because they had also purchased the same part (one of the two purchased wasnt a good part). Once I reminded them we had brought them the part initially, they recalled that was correct and gave me the core.Then we bought newer cars which didnt need repairs. Recently my newer car needed a repair, so we returned to them. We found the same things we did before, i.e., friendly and efficient staff, repair estimates upfront and progressively, a quick and good job, and prices lower than the estimates. We recommend them.

This place does it ALL! My wife and I have been going here for years. Rob ALWAYS takes care of us. Weve never been disappointed with the service or the value. Everyone there knows their stuff and is always available to help. We will never go anywhere else!

Took my car back to this shop “4” times as they could not figure out what’s wrong with it or why the engine light is blinking. They were nice enough to charge me $1000 though, even though my car still has the exact same problem. It was never fixed! Go to this shop if you want be screwed over.

We have 4 vehicles with 3 kids driving. We always have a vehicle going in for repair for something or other. There have been many times they made a much more advantageous fix instead of replacing things. They ALWAYS let me know if they find something else before they fix it and then they show it to me as well. They have never been anything but honest and forthwright with me and I will never go anywhere else.

They did a 4wheel alignment and did a very good job. My car feels like new. Honest and courteous. Highly recommend

Incredible customer service! My brakes went out the day before the 4th of July on my familys only car, and they made sure to fit us in that same day and get us back on the road when every other mechanic told us it would be at least a week! They genuinely take your needs into consideration and I couldnt ask for a better experience!

They get your car in within 1 to 2 weeks of calling for an appointment and kind of overcharge a little but now that Meineke is back Im sure they will go back to the regular prices.

My favorite repair shop anywhere. I take my Tundra there for all repair work and have never had a problem with them. Ive been using their services since they were All Tune. Had a Mercury Sable and an old SR5 Toyota pickup back then and every vehicle has always been fixed perfectly. THANKS GUYS!!

A few days ago, I brought my car in for an oil change, and to solve an issue involving my car indicating that there was an issue with the battery as it would die as I was driving. The mechanic told me that the battery was dead and they went ahead and diagnosed that a new battery needed to be put into my car along with the oil change and it was ready to go. When I started up the car to drive it home, the battery indicator light was still on, which meant that there were still further issues with the car after “supposedly” being fixed. After placing, and requiring payment for a new battery in the car, the mechanics looked at it again and it turns out that now I would ALSO need a whole new alternator. Not only was the issue never fixed, but I was now asked to spend more money to fix a problem that should have been solved initially, or at least tested to make sure everything was okay, before being charged to the customer. I would HIGHLY recommend finding another mechanic to fulfill your automotive needs.

I was on a trip from California to Wisconsin and my radiator failed in Sioux Falls. Cameron and his staff did a great job of diagnosing the problem quickly and getting it fixed at a fair price. We were able to get back on the road to continue our trip thanks to Ultimate Automotive. This is the place to go if you want to get it done right the first time. I wish my auto shop in California was as good!

Car was acting up, ended up just a fuse issue... fuse was only worth less than $10... they didnt charge me at all for labor because they said it doesnt feel right to charge labor for that minor work.... What a great people and way to do business. Been promoting them to all my family and friends!

Had my daughters car fixed here. I am out of town and all the communication was over the phone. Finished late on Friday. Because my daughter was working just up the street they delivered the car to her. I really appreciated that and thanks for going out of the way.

Not sure what just happened. They open at 7:30, but never answered my call. Dropped in and was barely greeted and didn’t ask if he could help me and I stood there for 3 minutes before I asked him for an oil change. He couldn’t help me until 2 pm. I said a lined an hour away and that wasn’t likely going to happen. He looked at me and said , “well, thanks for stopping in. ? If you had answered when I had called, I wouldn’t have had to stop in.

This is my new shop. Ive had them do a variety of things and always got a fair price. The works done fast and Cameron the front desk manager couldnt have been any nicer or more helpful. I will be back for sure.

Great fast reasonable service

Biggest rip off off a shop. Had my brother bring my truck in for an alinment while I was at work. They then proceeded to charge him $80 extra to tighten a few bolt that were supposedly loose. When he got it home there were still loose bolts so i wasnt really sure why I was charged for that. Wont be going back to this shop. ANY RECOMENDATIONS on a fair reliable shop?

I showed up unscheduled right at open on a Monday. Told them I was traveling through the city and my A/C isnt working, please take a look. They put me in immediately to take a look. I took out my laptop and they offered WiFi without me asking. When the issue couldnt be resolved inexpensively there, they charged the system and scheduled an appointment for me down the road with someone they trusted to see how the system is holding up after a few days.They were exactly what I was looking for, honest and experienced, looking to get me on the road more than take my money.Thanks a lot Cameron and the crew.
