He took responsibility for the missing service and made sure it got done, better later than never. Our salesperson (Mike Haggar) was great. We live 100 miles from the dealership, so he was considerate enough to email forms/info to us, and handle a lot of the process by phone to save us trips.On pick-up day, we were able to get through all of the paperwork from the trade-in to the lease, and into our new car in about an hour, which was great. We held on to our Odyssey for a long time, so it’s been about 10 years since we had a brand new car, so Mike walked us through all of the new technology on the new Pilot, so that I didn’t have to struggle when I got on the road. Thanks to Mike, it could not have gone more smoothly. After buying more than a dozen cars from Vern Eide, we continue to be very happy with the service we receive there.

Got there early they got my vehicle in early. They do a great job taking care of you. Clean nice lobby. Have four not five stars since the part is 37$ and for them to do it cost 300. But they check a ton of other stuff so it’s not unjustified. Just a easy to change and a cheap part. I would still have them work on other stuff.

I cannot say enough about the staff in the service department and the gentleman who gave me a shuttle ride to work (I did not ask him his name) recently when I had a nail in my tire on my way to work at 7:30 am. They got me in right away, dropped me off to work and got the leak fixed within a couple hours and called me to schedule a ride back. I am so impressed at how efficiently it was all done and at how friendly and helpful the staff were. Thank you!

I took my van in for an oil change servicing and I was in a time crunch. I dont live in Sioux Falls and I had an appointment at 1p. It was about 11:35a. I was told it would be about one hr. 15 min. I told the man about my other appt. and he said he thought they could get it done. It was done about 12:30p., they had washed it and cleaned it! I was very satisfied, especially with no appointment with them. Excellent service and very friendly staff, have always brought my van here for service.

I was extremely happy with the care I recently received from Vern Eide Honda. Rob was super kind and super helpful. He searched for the best price for a part that needed to be replaced, despite some places having it way overpriced due to a shortage. He was also just a pleasure to work with. I had to leave my car at the dealership for a couple days, and they gave me a nice car to drive around in the meantime. Also, they have Starbucks in their lobby. Even if you have to wait, its not all that bad. Highly recommend this place.

I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Passport and realized there was a tear in the leather seat once I got it home. It was a little long wait BUT....ended up well worth it when I went to get in my car, they had washed it cleaned off the dashboard! Showed up on a Saturday morning for an oil change, was told there were 6 cars ahead of me, and it may be a 2 hour wait. 45 minutes later, they were all done, handing me my keys with a smile. Great attitudes, good service, always have a good experience with these folks.

If anyone is looking for a new car, I recommend stopping by Vern Eide and speaking to Jill Baier! She was absolutely amazing! I was at the end of my rope with Billions. They were not helping me answer any of my lease end questions. Especially the excessive wear and tear questions. So I was stressing out majorly! I dont know much about cars and so for a dealership to not even help you out was extremely frustrating. So I went into Vern Eide with the intention of just asking a few questions, I was not overly hopeful at this point because my previous experiences with car dealerships were not the best. However, I walked in sat down for all of two minutes, Jill answered all my questions and made her magic work, and I didnt have to do anything else with Billions. It was a miracle in my eyes! A huge relief was off my shoulders. She didnt push me into a sale, like most sales people do. Jill was upfront and honest with everything and I could walk away feeling good about everything. My friend was recommending her to me for years and I wasnt sure if I wanted a Honda even, but I took the chance and boy am I sure glad that I did! Best vehicle buying/leasing experience I have ever had.

First time experience with the Express Service at Verne Eide Honda for our van and it went so smooth. Drove it right in, and Shaun the service rep greeted me with a smile and took care of me right away. He provided text updates on the status of the oil change/tire rotation, etc. It took about an hour, but the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I have brought previous vehicles to big town dealers for standard services before and I felt so out of place. But at Verne Eide, when I brought in my van, they treated me with small town feel customer service. I wasnt just another customer dropping off their vehicle for service. Verne Eide fixed my Air Conditioner in my Honda Ridgeline this week. The work was done promptly, and they even put air in a low tire that I failed to mention. The truck was even washed, which I appreciated a lot. The service person kept me informed about the status of the visit and the approximate cost. His attention was also nice! A job well done.

The Service Coordinator was personable and listened to the issues I had and what I expected. He worked to assist me in determining the parts needed to affect my repairs. He has ensured my parts for repair are ordered and will coordinate repairs when the parts arrive.

I was extremely pleased with Connors performance in assisting me and with the technicians work on my vehicle.

Connor was amazing at taking the time to explain the paddle feature on my new Pilot. He really was able to “dumb” it down for me to understand the use of them and how to shut it off if accidentally bumped, which I was doing. Kyle was also helpful at explaining the Gold package that I have.

On a trip passing through Sioux Falls and needed first oil change and car wash. I called and they explained that oil change was by walk in only. So when we arrived in Sioux Falls 2 hours later they changed oil rotated tires and washed the car. Great service👍

We recently had our car serviced at Vern Eide. I dropped the car off at 7 am and received a prompt ride to work by their excellent driver. When my car was done I received a text and the driver picked me up and took me to my car. There the staff were able to give me a discount on my bill and sent me text after the service to be sure everything was okay. Vern Eide is always a 5 star program in products and service!

Had a oil change done on the Acura RDX (Service A1). I would recommend taking your Acura to the Vern Eide Acura as they are more thorough with their work. My rear windshield wiper blade was not torn when I arrived but when the car was finished it was torn. They did informed me that it was torn however, they didnt bother to fix it or ask if I wanted it fixed. There is a greasy handprint on the passenger side of the vehicle now. Maybe they should do the service and then wash the car. My license plate got bent in the car wash; and the guy with the beer gut and the untucked shirt did not seem too thrilled that I called him out on it, if you hate your job then find a new one. Overall Im dissatisfied with the lousy work they did.

While traveling from Denver to Sioux Falls SD, our car broke down due to fuel issues over 4th of July weekend. We had our car towed to Vern Eide Honda. They were simplly amazing, always communicating with us in Colorado, and keeping us posted on what was happening with our car. We simply could not have been more pleased. They assisted us when we decided to have our car shipped home rather than drive it (even though it was completely repaired). They did several test drives several days in different conditions to make sure it was completely repaired.

These guys are always such sweethearts. I live in New Mexico but my folks are in Sioux Falls. Ended up buying my Civic through Vern Eide ( got to see my parents that way...) and stop by every once in a while.This trip was an oddity - caught what I think was some rebar in the undercarriage. Made a horrific noise, ::snicker:: my Fitbit thought I was working out due to my heart rate! So I thought Id better check with them that I hadnt damaged anything. She was fine, they gave her a check over, quick bath and vaccume - sent me on my way with a smile.Every time Im up there with the car I try to stop by, its just nice having a dealership that I can depend on to spot any troubles that may arise. Very efficient service. I was told on the phone that they had no record of my being in the Tire Program, but when I arrived the service agent - Darlo Verdoorn - looked into it and verified that Im all set. He was also great about reviewing the work done and explaining clearly when my next maintenance service would be and what would be done (45k service).Overall very satisfied. (But maybe the person who gave me the wrong information on the phone needs some assistance. Her misinformation caused some stress because Im just about due for the new tires!)

When I discovered Vern Eide Honda had the CR-V I was looking for, color and model, in stock, I called immediately and spoke with Gordy who was pleasant and helpful.
