Great experience! The lady was very precise and took her time to make sure they were good and I love them!

I get it, when the shop is busy the nail tech works faster, but in this case she did not even look at my nails while doing them. Look at this thumb nail... are you kidding me? I have gel polish on my cuticles and excess blobs of the stuff they put over the acrylic nails underneath the nail too hard to pick out. I dont even know where to go to get them fixed. I will not be returning.

Came in at 1pm. Was told to come back at 2:15pm. We came back. We get it. They get busy. Well, we sat with our feet soaking in cold water for 45 minutes before someone even acknowledged that we had been waiting. 2 other groups with appointments came in at 2:30pm. Just after 3pm, they came to do our pedicures. 20 minutes later, we were done. Every other person was getting solid pedicures where they took their time to do them and we were rushed out because a group of teenage girls came in for pedicures. I completely understand being busy, but stop overlooking if you dont have the staff to do the business. We left disappointed to say the least.

The worst nails place ever. Do not waste your time and money. I came in at 10am wanting a pedicure with acrylic nails added. The lady didnnt know what she was doing, after working on my for about one hour she told me she can’t do it and that she is busy so she will wipe everything off with free of charge: wasted my time. I will never use this business again. STAY AWAY

Was in on a Wednesday with a wedding party that they were clearly were clearlynot prepared for even though we had made reservations 4 weeks prior and no one had written down. NOT impressed at all with my nail job to begin with. so on Friday morning my nail broke (it was lifting by Thursday btw) So I came back on Friday around 1:30 p.m. they said theyre too busy to fix it cant fix it today. Its one nail for God sakes. So when I explained to them it was my sons wedding tomorrow they just shrugged their shoulders and said oh come back at 6 I said I cant they said cant help me. when I was getting my nails done I asked for my nails to be short so they dont get caught on things at work the male technician told me basically no short, Last time I checked they were my nails and I was paying him to do my nails so I should have had a choice on how short they are. There were others in the wedding party thet were very discouraged and very disappointed with their service. also a lot of uneven lumpy nails. never again!!! rated 2 out of 5 in my opinion! To top it all off they left one of the bridesmaids in the pedicure tub for over an hour, she was the 1st one for the pedicures and they kept walking by her like she wasnt there. Very unacceptable and bad customer service.

I have been getting my nails done for over 20yrs and many different places. This is by far the best, I have had these nails for going on 2 months and no problems at all. Thanks Julie

Made an appointment for 3 people so we could enjoy this special treat together. We waited 45 minutes and 1:10 to even get started, held hostage by the foot soak. Then they breezed through our services, made my toes bleed, and never once apologized for making a 10 year old wait for over an hour. If a business accepts appointments, they ought to keep them.We won’t be back.

Arrived to our appointment for 3:00pm and were not taken back until 3:45. Nail tech was extremely push and very confusing. Asked for a menu to see the pedicure options, was given a list of oils and scrubs instead. My sisters and I chose the $45 dollar pedicure and confirmed with nail tech. At checkout we were all charged $60. Tried speaking with the nail tech and was told that is what I asked for. Reminded her that was incorrect, but paid the $63. With no tip as there was no arguing with her.... I am EXTREMELY disappointed and upset with the service I received today. I feel taken advantage of and very dissatisfied with my appointment. Will not be back.

They did a terrible job on my daughters nail design. I had to go elsewhere to get them fixed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would but that’s not an option! I came to this place only once and will never return! I had a walk in and I had a pleasant lady. She was doing fantastic up until another client walked in and she left me to go to her. That’s fine no problem maybe that lady had an appointment. I then was given another technician and she was TERRIBLE. As she approached me she was texting on her cellphone and then she stopped right in front of me and continued to be on her phone until she finally put it down. Also as she was working on my nails she continued to grab her cell phone and text! NOT CLEAN! And to make matters worse this one took off to and I was then given ANOTHER TECHNICIAN FOR THE THIRD TIME!! This place needs lots of improvement they can start by hiring better technicians.

I made an appointment for a mani/pedi. I was not greeted when I came in. I waited in the foot bath for 45 min in cold water, then my stylist rushed through the service and was very rough. The experience was painful and not relaxing. When finished with my pedicure, my stylist left to work with another customer without telling me anything or giving me any idea of how long I’d be waiting there. After about 15 min, I decided the manicure (which would most likely be a similar experience to the pedicure) was not worth it and left.

My nails are always on point when I come here. I always get what I envision or ask for! Love love love

Quotes time was 10-15 mins and it has already been close to an hour unless you want to stay here all day then I wouldn’t recommend going here. I wish my normal saloon was open today but it’s not and I’m stuck with this place and the nails aren’t even that good…

Loan did a great job on my nails! Every time I come in she always does a great job and always makes the cutest designs and takes her time which I love. She also makes sure it’s exactly what you want. So sweet too! Always ask for Loan! 💅🏼My mom had Tina and she did such an amazing job with her as well! She did such a cute rose design for my mom.

The place is clean and neat. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door and told to wash your hands right away. Although their English is on the edge of understanding what they are saying they are welcoming and they know what they are doing. I had the dipping powder done and Holly my nail specialist was really good. Every step of the process she asked me if that is what I wanted done (length, shape, etc.). A warm, wet towel us provided at the end of the procedure. And the price was very reasonable next time I will have the pedi too!

The nail tech i had was very rough, and did not take her time. also cut me multiple times and laughed about it. there is also a lot of acrylic build up under the nails.

HUGE CON: Waited 40+ mins for a pedicure after asking for the wait time and being immediately ushered to a chair. Was told repeatedly that it would be just a few minutes.HUGE PRO: The $35 pedicure was the best Ive ever had!!! The male technician was fantastic... so thorough and attentive to detail. I cannot recommend him highly enough.If you are prepared for a potentially VERY LONG wait, youll receive a great pedicure.

First time I was there friendly staff,efficient service, clean. 2nd time while in middle of finishing shellac they started getting busy and told me the next steps to dry 2 times each hand and wash hands. Then Im free to go. So I finished my own nail service. 3rd time was not pleased at all. She filed with the electric filer on my left thumb so much I started to bleed where she took some brush and some solution on the site to stop the bleeding which the brush wasnt sterile and looked dirty. My thumb was red and hurt for two days after service. Then she was so focused on talking to a coworker about cooking she spilled the whole jar of acetone and they had to open the door to air out nail shop it was freezing. Then kept leaving during dry process to do other things. When I was ready to pay for my shellac fill she charged me more then normal for a simple design that she couldnt even draw she had to have someone else make a spider web on one nail. Paid $40.46 for plain shellac with a simple spider web on one nail which normally its around $36/38 total. After all that I will not be returning to that salon.

Made me wait a long time for almost 2 hours. They told I would get my nails done at 12:30 I got them done at 2:10. I asked for acrylics and they turned out ugly and blocky. My daughters didn’t want to get theirs nails done because last time they went there they got judged. They lady kept yelling at my daughter for moving when she could have said it nicely. When it was my turn to get my nails the lady went to her favorite client and did her nails instead making me wait another 30 minutes.😡

Best place for pedicures! The ladies are always so kind, attentive, and do a fantastic job. The salon is very clean and the waits are minimal. Pricing is great for what you get. I would highly suggest!

This has been my go to nail salon for a long time. They do great work and prices are reasonable. They take care of you and they recently replaced all pedi chairs!

First time going to this place, it was recommended by a relatives friend. Friendly when I walked in but couldnt understand what was being said to me because they have a thick accent. I told them I needed a fill and to change nail color. Nail tech did a good job with filing nails, filling and applying color. Wasnt impressed nor disappointed, got what I needed, Also decent price.

Do not go here to get your nails done, if you need to be somewhere or have you nails actually looking nice DO NOT go here. i showed her the picture of what i wanted and she said okay and they did not turn out at all how i wanted them. at first she told us to sit down and she would be with us in just one minute, 20 minutes go by and i just got started, she did half of my nails then started on my friends and only did half of hers then did a different customer and again told us she would be with us in just one minute. the whole experience took about 2 hours. when they get busy they feel rushed and seem to not do a good job. both me and my friends are not happy with our nails. NEVER going there again!!!!!!!

Awful place, dont call and ask if they have time to do any service because they’ll say yes and you’ll show up and have to wait 30-1hr. they lie to get business. if you’re waiting too long they literally wont let you leave, and they pressure you to receive more services and dont give up. Theyve ruined my nails. I got acrylics and they broke horizontally and ripped my real nails completely off. they did dip for my friend and her nails all bent like paper and broke off so she went to posh to get them fixed. Im now dealing with an infection due to how unsanitary they’re shop is. Not to mention they’re very disrespectful and do a very sloppy job just to get you out so they can start working in they next customer. They might also be racist because I was getting a fill and a “regular” walked in and she told me to sit patiently while she works on the other woman because she was higher priority. My other friend cane with me to get a pedicure and they left her sitting in the lukewarm water for 20 minutes to barley give her a decent pedicure. didn’t scrub heels or calluses. left cuticles uncut and dead skin was everywhere! Please spare your nails. the prices reflect their work!

Paint job looks good but I got a full set and she cut me NUMEROUS times when applying the fake nail, I left with almost everyone of my fingers bleeding. Not only that but there is glue residue piled up under both my thumb nails. She was going so fast & was not paying attention to the work she was doing on my nails, she was too busy worrying about what client was next & yelling to her coworkers.

I had a great experience, despite what everyone else is saying. All the employees are quite friendly and are willing to help you figure out what you wish to do. They will try their hardest to make sure you have a good experience with them.

I went in there a few months ago for a pedicure I had slightly ingrown toe nails and asked the girl who was doing my nails to cut them out. At first everything seemed great thats until 2-3 weeks later I noticed my toes were starting to hurt and puss, well sure enough I got severely ingrown toe nails on both of my nails. Now I have to go get a surgery to get my toe nails removed, thank you Royal Nail and Spa!!

When I’m got the simple acrylic and to start with I got there and I sat there waiting for 15 min with 2 lady’s just standing there talking then when she did start she was unbelievably rough made me bleed 3 different times and was very rude the nails them self are the worst I have ever got the acrylic is all stuck up underneath the nail the the paint job is horrible they are not straight and none of them are the same size highly do NOT recommend

I was recommend to come here by a friend . My best friend and I went there , all of hers fell off within the first week . We made reservations & when we got there , they were very very busy . She was trying to rush me , rolling her eyes . She told me the style I wanted would still be ugly . I showed her I have 20 pics on my phone of this style , that I was certain I wanted them . She told me I wanted to shape , short nails and no designs . I wanted a shape , long and rhinestones and she got an attitude . She did not make us feel welcome or wanted . Their customer service was terrible . It made me feel bad . I usually go to nail time in the mall by the food court & now I know why I do not go anywhere else . I was excited to try somewhere new for once and was very un - satisfied .... I do not recommend Royal Nails.. She ended up doing the style I wanted and all my rhinestones fell off , I know I cant expect them to stay forever but they did not even make it the two weeks...

I asked to get a French manicure with regular nail polish. They asked me if I wanted shellac and I said no. They did a good job, however put shellac on. At the front counter, she charged me $35. I used my debit card and did not receive a receipt. Looking at my bank statement, they ended up over-charging me $47. A friend got a pedicure, and asked for jewels. They charger her an extra $7 just for that. The other girls and me will never be going back.

Absolutely amazing service. Have been going there every two weeks for the past year and a half, but have been going to them for the past 6years. Sandra, the owner is amazing. Absolutely recommend going in and getting something done.

Terrible experience. First of all I scheduled 10 of my coworkers to have a pedicure done together but 7 other people walked in so then we could not all have pedicures together like we scheduled. Also, once we all got our pedicures done we realized that one of my coworkers toes started to bleed on how rough they worked on her feet. I do understand that you need to cut things and stuff but you should not have it be painful enough to bleed.

They always do an amazing job and are very friendly. I highly recommend it☺️

Would strongly NOT recommend this place. I came in with a picture of how I wanted my nails shaped and it did not turn out anywhere close to how I wanted. I asked while she was shaping them to make them a little shorter and narrower but she said “no, they look good like this”. In the end, I was not pleased with how they turned out and wasted $30.

Rushed job. Didnt completely paint all of nails. Hunks of acrylic left and under nails too. Injured skin with tools. And paid $143.00 to have that done. Wouldnt recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!The entire time I was getting my nails done the nail tech and another employee were yelling back and forth at each other. At first I dismissed it cause I understand work can be stressful but as I reached the hour mark it was beginning to annoy me. And she must have taken it out on my hands because the pain was almost unbearable at times, leaving them sore for several days. Then, the lady doing my nails apologized to the other nail tech’s client and offered her a discount but when i went to pay, i was offered no discount and the only sense of an apology was her explaining why they argued. Clearly wanted her full compensation.And to make things worse, my nails are completely botched. Thick, uneven, and they barely look coffin shaped.There are soooo many better options in Sioux Falls. Dont give these people a chance to ruin your nails too.

There are three aspects that I am rating. The first is how treated me, how they did prepping the nails and the final result.I had a friend recommend this place and had her take me in. They were as friendly as they could be given the language barrier.Prep is where they lost a star. The nail technician used a very abrasive file on my natural nail and filed in a scrubbing motion. You are NEVER supposed to use such an abrasive file on natural nails nor that scrubbing motion. Nails should be filed in only one direction with at max a medium grit. Also, the abrasive file cut my skin. Youch! The dremal used against my skin hurt my cuticle but that wasnt too bad. It only stung slightly when cleaned with alcohol.Overall, it turned out beautiful. The design and shallac were done beautifully and properly.I am going to try some other places before I decide where to go consistently.

Very low quality. Nail tech Sandra was rude, and was very aggressive. She shoved my hands everywhere and my nails came out horrible. They were extremely crooked and the acrylics didn’t cover my entire nail. I didn’t have a good experience. Nail tech was also not very welcoming and offered very little dialogue.

Did amazing on my nails, love the place and I bring my 3 children with me and we all know how that is when they are little.

First off, my group and I were extremely rushed from the start. The paint job was sloppy and although I just got them today, it looks like they’ve grown out over a week. None of them are shaped the same way. I asked for stiletto and received all oval shaped acrylics. They were poorly done overall. Will NOT be going back.

Horrible experience here! Went in to get a manicure and pedicure with my mom. They sent us to a foot spa each and the water in mine was too cold and my moms was too hot. They were so busy that I stayed in the foot spa for 30 minutes and my mom stayed in it for 45 minutes. When the staff finally came over they had no idea that we wanted both a manicure and pedicure even though we wrote it down in the book up front. When one of the staff did my finger nails, she did a horrible job on on of my hands. Then she took we to dry my nails and left to start on someone else and forgot my purse and sandals at her station and did not even tell me how long I had to stay to dry my nails. When I finally got fed up and got up after 15 minutes on of my nails smeared and a new lady had to fix it. All the while I was getting my nails done, my mom had to get her nails done by at the foot spa. When she came to dry her nails, she took one look at my nails and went to the manager and told her they did to be redone on the one hand. So the manager herself redid them herself and redid the one smeared one again. All in all we spent 2 hours there. What they should of done was tell us that they were busy and there would be a wait. But no they did not and I will never go back to them again

Absolutely terrible... They did not listen to what we wanted... My sister and mother and I all went in for a girls day to get Manis and pedis and we picked different blues for our toes and we all got the same color we also wanted design on our toes swirls to be exact and we got just a line... When they where doing our nails my mom wanted color and she got french tip I wanted jelled and they just did regular and french tip! Which is not what I asked for!! And we called ahead of time to see if they had momosas and they straight up lied!!! Very very disappointing

The absolute most WORST place Ive ever gotten my nails done at! They use USED EMERY BOARDS there, I wouldnt go there just cuz of that ever again and on top of everything I wasnt happy with my set cuz you could see my real nails on the sides cuz they didnt use the correct size nails and you could see this on ALL my nails and then they didnt fill in my nails very good cuz it looked like my nails were grown out a week already and when I told her I wasnt happy with them they tried arguing with me and told me they were going to call the police and say I dont want to pay. Just a complete circus at this place. These people are corrupt and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE , TRUST ME!!

Literally worse experience getting my nails done the lady was rough and was hurrying. Told me my total I couldnt understand her so I gave what I thought she said $27 and she yelled at me $37!!! Extremely Rude and my nails are awful.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE, i went in Sunday 9/16/18 for a fill and new color . It has been 4 days and my paint is already coming off! i highly regret going there and will not be returning!

The lady that did my nails was very nice but her technique was very rough and I would express my nails hurt but she just kept going. I put a reference picture and what I got and I just hated it I tried to get her to change it and she said it was “too late” which I found very unprofessional because I paid almost 70 dollars for this. She couldn’t do the design I wanted she should have said so and I would have chosen a different one. Will not be coming back. Also I asked for medium/longer and she gave me short.
