I am not unhappy about the trim I received, but more so the price that I paid. My hairdresser did not have to wash my hair, because I came with it washed. She only needed to cut an inch off of it, and I wanted it all one length. She didn’t strainer or curl it (which is fine). I paid $40 to sit in a chair for 10 minutes and get a little trim. I don’t find $20-30 unreasonable, but she didn’t do anything special with my hair. She knew that I was a first time customer and that I’m young and new to the Sioux Falls area. I personally feel that she thought I was too naive to question the price. I would recommend going somewhere else for trims and haircuts, but I’m sure this place does well with color, styling, and spa treatment.

Do not go see Tanya Worthington!! I went to get a root touch up and have never had anyone do such a terrible job and never spent that much money. She said she told me it may take 2 sessions since she didnt schedule enough time to do it all at once, but when I left she dried some of my hair and said the color looks good and did not mention scheduling a 2nd appointment to finish. She was not interested in seeing what my hair looked like now. When I called the only thing she said I could do is come in for another root touch up which would cost me another $160!!! She was also very rude and unprofessional and wouldnt stop arguing with me. I strongly suggest you find someone else.

I enjoyed my visit to Signature, even recommended to my sister-in-law. The only thing was that they expected you to know where everything was as a first time customer.

Krista and Courtney are your girls when it comes to getting a *perfect* manicure! They work in a bright and clean dedicated nail space. Lots of polish colors and they are both beyond talented when it comes to nail art. Appointments are always on time and they are quick/efficient. Highly recommend!

Get my nails done here and I will literally not go anywhere else despite living 1.5 hours away. Ive used both Courtney and Krista and the final result is always well done and gorgeous. They are both really creative with nail art, Ive brought in pictures and end up liking what they do more than the original one I find on the internet. My nails last forever too (well about 3-4 weeks and need to be changed just because theyve grown out.) The salon is also taking the pandemic seriously and requires masks and everyone in the nail area is compliant with that. They also have you call ahead so you dont linger in the lobby increasing exposure. In addition to a quality experience i feel totally safe coming here.

Professional courteous service.They send you a text to remind you of your appointment and ask that you call them from your car when you get there. They will let you know if your stylist is ready for you to come in.I think the way they are practicing safe business practice is above and beyond, and is greatly appreciated by this client. Kudos 😃

Love Courtney and Krista both! They do great work and my gel manis always last at least three weeks. They are both are very detailed in their work. Pedicures are amazing too, especially the massage chairs!

Ive been getting my hair cut by Jenna for a few years (even though I only get a few haircuts a year) and I love it here! I used to go to different salons and stylists because I didnt really have a particularly great experience anywhere, but Jenna and everyone else here is super friendly. Their prices are extremely fair versus some salons Ive visited where just a cut/wash is close to $100. Im excited that I finally found a regular stylist

I decided to get eyelash extensions for my first romantic get away to Mexico with my husband. I really love the look of eyelash extensions. I followed all the directions, be gentle, dont rub them etc. I got them done on a Thursday, Friday a bunch fell off my left eye. I thought okay thats probably normal. My right eye only had about two fall off that I noticed. Saturday over half of my eyelash extensions fell off my left eye. I didnt do anything to make them fall off. The right side was perfectly fine. So I looked horrible, the only thing I could do was get tweezers and pluck off the remaining eyelash extensions. On my left eye, they came off very easy no problems. My right eye was another story, very painful to pluck them off. I also lost some eyelashes doing this. I called when I got back to speak with Donna and I was given a sorry about that response. She said if I wanted to try them again to come in...no refund, nothing. I spent 150.00 plus tax and gave her a 20.00 tip. I will not be going in to try it again. It was a costly, horrible experience. I have never left a bad review online before this, but I wanted to warn the next person to go elsewhere, unless you can afford to waste your money. I know this was a long review, but I am very upset and disappointed.

I cant say enough about Donna! She is an absolute expert with color. She knows what I want even when I cant describe it. She is always on time and so hospitable. I have a blast every time I go in to get my hair done. She is so friendly and fun to be around. The salon itself is very cozy and relaxing. Wonderful place!

I would recommend Christie & Signature to any guy looking to get a high quality cut at an extremely reasonable rate. I went in with very long hair, looking to shorten it up for a more professional look. Christie took it slow from beginning to end, gradually working to the length & style I was going for. It looks fantastic & I will definitely be going back again!

Lexi is amazing! I trust her 100% with giving me the best cut for my hair. She is an expert with color and I always leave loving what she has done. Horrible horrible mani and pedi.... by far the worst experience I have ever had and was charged $155 dollars!! Outrageous fee for a terrible job. DO NOT go to this salon. A group of 4 of us went and it took 6 hours to boot. Everyone of us is completely disappointed and feels ripped-off by off by super high fees and disgusting results. Save your money and time and go to true nail salon! I would never, never go back.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair. I got my hair colored and curled-seriously awesome job. The place was clean, modern, and I was very impressed my hairdresser. She talked me through different options after showing her pictures and we picked the colors together. 10/10 would recommend!

Tanya W. colored and cut my hair. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and she did took great care getting it to look like the picture. During the cut she told me what she was doing step for step, which I really liked! She educated me on the product she used, but didnt force a sell. I will go back!

Ive never trusted anyone with my hair, and I was admittedly terrified to make my first appointment (it had been almost 13 years since my last professional cut). I am so incredibly glad I made that call. Kaylee does an absolutely amazing job. Super friendly and so easy to talk to. Ive never loved my hair as much as I do now!

Lonnie is great, I love getting my hair cut and dyed from her. I go there every time for it and always see her. She holds great conversation and every time I show her a picture of what I want no matter how complicated she does it perfectly besides one time when I wanted to get an ombré done on my hair and she suggested that I saw someone else that was more experienced with it in the salon. Im happy they know that there are people that can do it better than themselves and will suggest you to others instead of trying to make it work. They have a good team and work in a very beautiful and calm salon. 5 stars! 💇🏼

Feel bad saying this but its the truth I was disappointed walking out of this salon. Because of the good ratings and being voted #1 in SF I was looking forward on having an amazing experience too but with the hair color results i got will not be returning.. the girl was nice. But went over hair color of what i wanted did not come close to what I had shown already. Will not recommend this place just because of its good ratings. I hope to find an actual good salon to fix this issue.

I have been going to my hair stylists Nancy for 19 years. She does my kids hair also. I love her personality, she is so professional and easy to talk to and always has a smile on her face. The staff here is so friendly.

I went to this salon as part of a bridal party. I will proactively say I was late to the appointment, because I am pregnant and had morning sickness. Im not sure if the following appointment was simply because I was late or its just how the business works, but it wasnt good. I was taken back to the chair. I had an entire page of pictures of the hair I wanted (a french braid to a side bun). I pull out the pictures and this is what a stylist says to me I cant do that. I didnt know how to respond. It wasnt a difficult hair style. A stylist near by tries to laugh it off and says its easy enough to do. My stylist continues to argue with her, I dont even know what kind of braid that is. I interject, Its a french braid figuring thats simple enough. She responds, No, its one of those fancy waterfall braids right? The nice stylist near by continues to try to lighten the mood and explains that it is a french braid and she will do that. So she does the french braid in a couple of seconds. The stylist takes over to curl and put the hair up. First of all, the side bun is on my ear. Actually on the ear...very Princess Leia-esc. Then, she continues to jab my hair with pins. At one point she actually pinches one over my ear. She sprays hair spray without covering my face and I have hairspray in my eyes. She does the style so fast, Im actually done before the other bridesmaids even though I was late. Of course, this up do cost me an outstanding $70.00 (more expensive than my own wedding hair) and I ended up getting it fixed twice before I left the building because it was falling out. It was a struggle to keep it in all day. Now, I should mention a different stylist else did my make-up that day, and that was a fantastic experience and the only reason why I didnt give this salon a 0.
