Great salon, neat and clean. I normally request a Master stylist when I go...Stylists are professional, and professionally book customers as soon as possible. Walk ins are sometimes available, but it is recommended to set up an appointment by calling or walk up, so you can lock in a time.Heidi is one of the Masters there. Our family and friends have trusted her for years👍👍 She is absolutely on point with color, cut and style.

We love Heather! She cuts our whole familys hair! When she has not been available we have gotten excellent cuts for our older son from others too! My youngest son has special needs and hates haircuts! Heather handles him well and cuts his hair quickly even with him squirming all over the place!I have thick curly hair, so it is hard to find someone that I trust! Heather knows how to handle my hair!

How hard is it to cut someones hair the way they want it? Seriously, we come in to a place and give complete details on how you want something done. Bangs are not that hard to do. I mean, if it is hard to do what the customer wants...heres an idea...dont start cutting. Because you suck at life and your company has certain incentives in place does not mean you can completely not do what is asked of you. Thanks to you my wife has to go somewhere else and I have to cancel my reservation for dinner. Oh yeah did I mention that today is our 21st marriage anniversary. So, thank you for you great customer service. No wait...you had none. Next time tell the customer your name and that you barely graduated insert high school and cosmetology school so they have a chance to leave without any damage done.

You have progressively gotten worse. Poor hours, stylists have starting rushing, never answer your phone, and you can’t keep stylists around. My wife and I have gone to JCP salon for almost 10 years and just recently starting heading somewhere else because of the poor service, poor hours, and poor stylists. JCP salon needs some fixing. Not what they used to be.
