Gone to get my nails done here multiple times and every time my nails are rushed and come out different shapes and sizes…i get the same length, style, and color done every time but the price is always different. After only a week of having my nails done i had severe discomfort and had to rip all my nails off. my nails usually last me longer than a month but the set i just got was also severely grown out already. My skin was ripped off on multiple of my nails. Even when I was the only person in the whole salon my nails were being rushed to be done. Will not be returning.

I have tried a couple different places in the area and this is one of the best! Kim has done my last couple pedicures and she is lovely and respectful and does a great job. T has done my dip manicure both times and the quality is great. Both services lasted 4 weeks without chipping which is important to me!Absolutely worth the price.

Went for a pedicure & the tech removed an ingrown nail I had on my big toe (without checking before removal). Within two days, I was in the doctor due to an infection on my toe nail & I am on antibiotics. Would not recommend.

Misleading and painful. While my pedicure looks good, T clipped my toe while rushing. Also, I asked for a $35 pedicure, yet without my knowledge they applied a shellac and charged $50.

Worst experience I’ve had at a salon for many reasons.1. My friend and I wanted to do something fun together. Unfortunately it was a spontaneous decision, so all the salons we knew did not have availability for the day. That’s how we ended up here. It was not fun at all, but boring with the wait times and frustrating. The ladies do not do their best to be welcoming. THE ATMOSPHERE IS JUST SAD.2. They take more people than they can handle to provide good service. Even though my friend and I had an appointment, they left us waiting in the middle of the service in several occasions, sometimes for a long time. We were there for more than 1.5 hours for something that should have taken 30-40 minutes.PLEASE READ3. I wanted a regular manicure, and I showed one gal a picture where they used different colors on different nails. She replied “one color only” (which had never happened to me before) . Since I did not want that and I felt pressure to decide quickly. I asked how much was it to get a French manicure. She said $35 (regular manicure started at 20). I said, okay, let’s do that! However when I went to pay they charged me $40! I told them they told me he was $35 before we started. They replied “normal 35, shellac 40”. Basically, they don’t ask you what you want or offer you choices, they just do it and charge you at the end. It is only 5 more bucks, but I felt tricked. They also changed the price for my friend’s pedicure. At some point they said $40 and then $50. I do not like that they don’t have fixed prices. They discuss the rates among them in their own language, which I thought was rude. At the register, they agreed about the first price for the pedicure, but not my manicure, so I left no tip, also because the whole experience was bad, but guess what? They charged me tip as well! They gave me a 5 dollar coupon for a next visit that I will never use or give to someone. So, I paid almost 90 bucks when we wanted a regular manicure and pedicure. I would gladly pay that for good service and a good time.To be fair, the gal who did my nails did a good job, my nails look good.I never write reviews, but I hope this prevents other people to go through the same.

The woman who did my feet didnt even put callous softener on. I have terribly rough feet. I told her 3 times and she just smiled and ignored me. My feet had no callouses removed at all!

Expensive and not very good nail care

I asked for a DIP POWDER polish and the lady gave me acrylic. I don’t get my nails done often to know the difference so I thought it was a new technique until I got home and researched. It’s too late for me to remove my acrylics now because my nails are naturally thing and break easily. I’m VERY disappointed and frustrated. On top of that, they card machine was broken and they charged me WAY more than what I wanted to pay. I do not recommend, and I will never go back there.

Very inviting and very friendly

I’ve had my nails done at different salons across Sioux Falls for 15+ years. I found T in 2012 and have been going to her ever since. My nails always look stunning and the quality is unrivaled.

The nail guy is Good and friendly kinda Pricey but good. But the Pedicure lady was Not good. Did a half job. Even after I asked her to clean under my toenails and scrub dead skin she didn’t do well at all. Waste of my 35$ for a pedicure alone🙄

Loved everything about my visit today! Even though they were busy, they did an exceptional job at making sure all of their guests were accommodated with what they needed in a timely manner. Everyone is always so polite, professional, and friendly! Keep up the great work.

I paid 75 dollars for a manicure and pedicure I could have done better at home! I can’t believe the quality for their work! Stay far away from here!

Terrible place, do not recommend. Had a pedicure, the lady was rude, cut a nail to short, still had dry,dead skin on heels. Went with a friend, she experienced the same thing. Very unfortunate......

I asked for my daughter to get a pedicure. All they did was take off her old polish and paint them. The website says she would get the service as an adult so no exfoliating or lotion. She asked for a specific 4th of July design and it was very sloppy and did not look like anything she showed them a picture of. They took it off and gave me a refund. The gentleman kept making excuses that if she wanted what I would get it would of been $35 when clearly the website says $25. They really disappointed me today which is too bad because I liked going there.

The one gal was nice but the others were either rude or awkward they didnt let us stay till our nails were dry my friends and I were pretty much rushed to leave so they could go sit on their phones which is exactly what the one gal was doing. my gal cut deep into my cuticle and it is now infected so Im sure that they dont clean their utensils well enough. It was quite cheap which was nice but like usual low price means low quality job...

I have been going to this nail salon for years. It’s clean and a great place to get pedis. I never have to wait and they super good at helping you figure out what you want to get done.

Went in 2 days ago to get my full set filled. Id never been there but happened to be on that part of town with some time to spare so I tried it out. I was impressed with the speed at which she did my nails but walked out less than impressed. Here we are 2 days later & one nail has already lifted off. All the other edges are lifted & cracking because the polish was over my cuticle. Also there are grooves & air bubbles in nearly all of them. Love the color but not impressed with paying $35 for such poor quality.

Excellent customer service. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. It is very clean and brightly lit.

Well.. the people that work here are really nice, but I got a gel manicure and in the middle of it the gel formed lumps in it and the lady doing my nails just scraped some of the soft parts off and went over it again with gel. Without fully removing it and starting over, you can imagine what a sloppy mess this was. She wouldnt take it off and start over, so I just let it go. That night, some of the lumpy parts cracked and came off. I called them and they will not give me a refund, she wants to fix it. This is terrible service.

This place is great! Got a French tip shellac mani/pedi for $60/person. (A little pricey, but you get a better quality). When I made the appointment (for 5 people), I mentioned that it was for my wedding. They surprised us with wine and cake!! I thought it was so sweet that they went above and beyond for us. They were definitely prepared and ready for us and treated us so kindly. Us girls had a fun time and we really enjoyed the experience! The shop is very large, clean, and professional. The pedi massage chairs are AMAZING and they even have a small butterfly-shaped kids chair =] Thank you, T Nail Spa, for adding to my fun wedding memories!

When I went in for my friend to get my nails done work her wedding the gal doing my nails was super side. Also was very aggressive on my hands leaving cuts on a majority of my fingers. When I pointed out that the acrylic was too thick in parts the manacurist got irritated with me and said it was suposto be thick (No its not) than when I was going to pay noticed that 3 of my fingers had glitter in them. When I told the gal she told me to use a needle and puncture my nails to remove. (Thats not how you fix a nail.) Not to mention over priced for such low quality. My friend had the owner do her nails because the girl who started them kept messing up and making them worse strongly disrecamend. If you wanna save some money and get really good work and quality DONT go here!

Took granddaughters here to get nails done. Nail techs were very unfriendly and rude. One tech unnecessarily nicked my granddaughters finger and didnt even apologize and acted like it didnt even happen! Will NOT be using this salon again!

They will upsell you even if you dont ask for it.

The shape and color was good they got them done pretty quick, but because they got it done so fast they got messed up, the painting job is terrible, i would never go back again

This place is so over priced for the low quality work went home the first day and my nails cracked and broke came back the next day a different lady looked at the to see what she could do to fix them and asked why my acrylic nails were so thin
