Love love love this place!!!! They are amazing and so nice. They are gentle with your nails and hands. I absolutely love the design. The best part is they are reasonably priced.

First off I had a fill and they still charged me 65$ I was so disappointed in this. I have no idea how they have 4.4 stars it should be no stars the staff are rude. Thus was not what I asked for they put the grey on for no reason. I would save your money.

Wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews before letting this man do my nails. I would have requested someone else to do them. As previous reviews have already stated, he was extremely rude to me. He had an attitude and smart mouth from the beginning, was very aggressive and rough with my hands as well. Once he finished my nails I told him that I had also needed a polish change on my toes and he told me “no one is available to do your toes.” There was nobody after me and he could have done them. it would have taken maybe 15mins. He just wanted to leave! Then when he told me my total, it was more then the original amount and when I asked him about it and he says: “you pay taxes in South Dakota!” I just had to walk out before I lost my cool. Do NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Extremely rude!

I love Lovely Nail Salon. They do a better job than any salon I have ever been to. Your nails always look beautiful. They dont fall off or chip. They look better longer from this salon.

First of all if I could I would rate this place as a zero star, but I cant because you have to rate from a 1 star to a 5 star. This facility is the most worse nail service I have ever been to. They destroyed my nails, when they put the acrylics it was so painful and unbearable. I called to see if they could remove it and give me a refund, the owner was such an immature child. He didnt even want to hear my problem or solve it, and then immediately hung up on me. There is nothing lovely about this place; especially when their customer service is disrespectful. It is so sad that this was my first time going there, and the experience was heartbreaking, and also this is my first time writing a review. Word of advice if you love your nails, and want to keep them, I HIGHLY! recommend not to go here.And they are too overate priced, especially when they do a poor job.

Went here when I couldn’t get into my regular place. Wanted a manicure with dip powder. They didn’t massage my hands or clean under my nails. Didn’t bother cleaning up my cuticles either. Was way over price for very little color options and poor service.

I tried other places before finding this salon and I won’t go anywhere else. I drive two hours from my town every three weeks and it’s absolutely worth it!

I havent found a nail salon that I feel more at home in. Clearly they are amazing because they are always taking appointments and phone is always ringing. They know everyone by first name and know how to treat you like family. Best prices around town!!! Definitely worth every dollar spent and more.

I had read in the reviews that it was a great place, so I was excited to check it out. I also read in the reviews that appointments are good to have but theyre good about walk-ins as well. When I pulled up there was also a sign that said walk-ins are always welcome. Granted I did come in an hour before closing but I figured that was a decent amount of time. When I walked in I wasnt even greeted and had to be the one to address someone first. They told me they couldnt fit me in because they had an appointment in a half hour. So much for walk-ins ALWAYS being welcome.

Love it! Went there for the first time today and was VERY pleasantly surprised- they had the exact color I was looking for, and did an incredible job of removing my old polish and putting a perfect coat of shellac on. My technician, Long, was amazing and I had no trouble carrying on a pleasant conversation the entire time. Definitely my new go-to nail salon, well worth the extra drive from 41st st.

I do not live in Sioux Falls but was there for business for the week. Lovely nails was recommended to me by one of my friends who lives in Sioux Falls. I was told there a family owned business and do a wonderful job. When I arrived on August 15 at 5:30 I wrote my name down on the sheet as instructed and said that I wanted a manicure with shellac. What I got was not a manicure at all. In fact, she soaked my shellac and then picked it off with her fingernails. Never soaked my cuticles, pushed my cuticles back or trimmed my cuticles. She filed my nails down and then asked me if thats the lengths I wanted after she was already done. She put shellac on and said I was done. She painted so far away from my cuticles it appear that I already had at least a week of growth. I was nice enough to still get her tip. Shouldve said something while I was there, but they did not speak very good English they were very busy and really rushed me through. I thought about it and I ended up calling the next business day and talking to the owner. He had asked me to come in so he could look at my nails. When I got the the lady said I didnt just get my nails on there cause their all chipped and old looking. I guy came out and said he forgot to tell the lady I wanted a manicure. So that was his fault. If I want my cuticles done it will be $5.00 more and the space will be even bigger, but he will not redo them for me. He tried to tell me that my nails grew that much in less than 48 hours. Really horrible ruin down and outdated with bad customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Second time in my 63 years that Ive had a manicure at a salon. First time was last year when I got acrylic nails put on at a salon. This time I had my actual nails done at a salon. Had a young guy work on me who seemed to know his way around. He did a fine job in less than 45 minutes. I was a walk-in, so that was a plus. The type of manicure and polish that I chose was $25 plus tax. I think I will be going back to here when I get paid again.

Been going here for a couple of months. Started out great. Last time I was in the price was raised dramatically. The shellac was terrible. It hasnt even lasted 2 weeks. I am now going to have to find a new nail salon.

Every time i try and go here or try make an appt they NEVER have time! Guess its not worth there time for my every two week acrylic fills and gel nail polish with a design... if they really dont have time why arent they hiring people for the demand?... I will not even try to go here again or make another appointment.... there is plenty of other places in town that will take my appointments or walk-ins every two weeks.

Absolute best nail salon in Sioux Falls. Shellac lasts longer than any place Ive been in or out of Sioux Falls. They do excellent work and the price is right. I got a shellac mani and pedi for under $80 WITH a 20% tip. You should make an appointment. I have been disappointed when I havent made one and they had to turn me away. Also a comment to the reviewer who didnt like the kitchen grater.... you obviously dont get pedicures very often. This is a common tool for removing callouses. Know what you are talking about before leaving a review.
