My sisters and I went to this place. They were very welcoming but there were so many customers so my nail tech hurried on our nails. I have gotten my nails done before but they took their time. My was done not even in 5mins in here. They didn’t use the LED light in between too.Our nail hurt so badly because the they had the powder attached to my skin. The next day, I realized I my nail was about to come off so I went to get fixed, but the tech didn’t realize it was the powdered nail that was about to come off. She ignored my problem and continue to shred off the top code then paint my nail with a gel nail polish without adding the powder- which didn’t fix my problem because I could still see that my nail was about to come off. Sadly, after a day of the fix, my nails come off. My sister’s looked fine until the 4th day- her nail came off as well.

The worst not what I wanted on one nail and shaping is bad!!! Got pineapple tho

New favorite nail salon in town. Did exactly what I wanted and super friendly!

Cut me in 3 different places with the drill when they file down your nails. all of them popped off in less than 2 weeks. didn’t cover my nail in polish, still saw the tips. not a good experience.

Called and made appointment, showed up on time with my friend, they made us wait 45 MINUTES before they started on us. Two people working and there were 6 people in pedicure chairs. They were very rough on my nails. Left me bleeding in three places. My friends dip polish chipped off the next day. Ever coming back here.

Terrible service and rude, only got as far as looking at a color when I walked out before I spent my money. Thank goodness. I wouldnt even get this place one star

I have really bad experience with the older lady I dont know if she is the owner but she is rude and not doing good job on my hand the other thing is I like the younger girl with eyeglass on she is really good I love my foot I give her 9 out of 10

If you get ingrown toenails do not go here. They never get the corners, if you want a basic pedicure they give you one up and make you pay extra they dont listen to the people. Ive been coming here for 2 years and its just gone down hill I hate to say this about them but its the truth. Me and my little sister will be looking else where to get pedicures.

Nice staff, out dated decor, more staff on a Saturday would be ideal for nail clients when partys come in fur pedicures.Great prices, great results!

Dropped so many tools and continued to use them after dropping them and not cleaning them. Left my nails uneven and bleeding. I asked if she could do the design and she said she could. Changed nail colors on me without okaying it with me.

I had an appointment for 10:30. Walked in at 10:25, the place was empty with three technicians waiting. Within 5 minutes, 4 people walked in without appts. wanting mani/pedi, then 2 more for pedis, than 1 more walk-in for pedi. They told them all to come in and sit down, no wait. My pedicure ended up being a polish change. No scrubbing, no exfoliation, no massage, no cuticle work! At 10:40 she was done. I told her I was disappointed that she rushed me through in 15 minutes, rather than telling the other non-appointment people to come back later. She said she would only charge me $42 for my 15 minute pedicure and gave me a free pineapple...?!

Super sweet and kind staff..! However, I got my nails done last Wednesday and three tips have already fallen off...

I went here last week sometime and the lady was extremely disrespectful because I wouldnt get shellac on my nails. She persisted that I couldnt get my nails any shorter, paid $50 for nails that I dont like. She also cut me 2 times and kept going over my cuticles with the drill. Cant forget about the fly infestation. Killed the flies right in front of the guests. My nail technician also told me I had disgusting nails with zero empathy. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Made me pay $20 and all she did was had me soak my hands.

I went in to get a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails and was charged over $90 And my nail has a piece of hair in it and the lady cut my friends fingers multiple times!

I do not recommend. They hardly rubbed our feet and not worth $37 for a basic pedicure. Slapped on the warm towels. Will never go back again.

Its a great place to bring my girls. Loved it! The staff is very nice and great at what they do.

Called ahead to be sure they had time for a full set. Waited over an hour to start services, I ended up with a large/deep cut on one finger and two small superficial cut on another. Top coat is un even and lumpy. Tech never once spoke to me other than to choose a colo . No apology for the cuts. I paid full price even after the 3 bloody cuts and long wait. There were at least 3 others that walked out due to frustration of waiting while I was in. I rarely post negative reviews but I absolutely would not recommend.

I wouldnt recommend going here. I went on 04/23/17. Two staff were working on a busy Sunday. They were really rushing you through the assembly line. The other gal I went to the salon with didnt even get her fingernails done as they just moved on to the next person in line and passed her up. I got a pedicure and manicure. The gal cut my cuticles up very badly on my fingers. It also looks like I painted them myself. The paint isnt to the edge of my nails and my fingers around my nails look dry and crusted, worse than when I entered the salon. The pedicure I choose was an upgraded one. The treatments were nice but the painting looks like it was done by a teenager. I could have done painted them myself and they would have turned out better. Not worth the money in my mind. I spent $75 and walked away unhappy but they were too busy to do anything about it. I would not recommend going to this place.

I had booked this place well in advance for my bridal party. 2 months in advance with the promise of efficiency and enough hands to be available. I missed my wedding rehearsal because there were 2 people working!!!! Worst place ever!!! I will not be back!

Awful experience... most painful manicure I have ever had, he was very rough with my nails, I couldnt stand it. They ended up very uneven and look terrible. Very unprofessional and dirty. Will not be going back and I do not recommend.

Dont recommend this place at all, went in for a basic pedicure what a joke. Agreed to 35.00 pedicure deluxe for my daughter and myself. Asked us we wanted fast drying polish and never identified the cost of it and then asked if we wanted glitter decoration, again never disclosed a cost. Went to pay and he charged me 117.00 what a rip off. Feel majorly cheated.

Terrible! I had to repaint my nails after I left, they make you feel uncomfortable. You cant put your hands in the position that you like without getting your hand viciously pushed by them. You cant have an opinion about your nails, or the way they did it, or else you have to pay more to get it changed. My fingers hurt after words because he cut more than my cuticles off he cut some of my skin off, plus it started bleeding shortly after I left. I recommend to never go there ever its a waist of money.

Went in for a pedi and gel nails on my hands. Right when I got there I asked how long and they assured me just 5 minutes. It was over 25 min before someone came over to my chair. They tried to upsell me on my pedi which I declined. I did matte white on both. I did regular polish on my toes and it chipped not even 3 hours later. My nails weren’t solid and and have spots where you can see through them. I know white is a hard color, but as techs, they should know this and take extra time on it. There wasn’t people waiting when they were doing my nails so there was no reason they shouldn’t have taken their time. Don’t waste your time and money. Pay more and go somewhere more professional.

Love this place! The gal who did my pedi was awesome! The salon is clean. And while getting my pedi got wine!! How awesome!! I will definately come back.

I was the only person in here the day I got my nails done. I tried making conversation and no one seemed interested in talking with customers. So I enjoyed my soda while watching tv. The lady asked what I wanted done with my nails and I showed her and she was ok with doing what I requested but didnt seem to happy about extra work. My toe nails were done very well but my fingernails started chopping the next day. Also when I decided on a some mani pedi the price said like $35 When I went to pay she insisted my price was $56, so when I added the top it was almost double what the price showed on the board. I wont be back for that simple reason. I dont mind paying more but what I dont like is that the price listed said one thing and they just decided on another price.

Horrible job!! Went about a week ago and one of nails has already fallen off. Also, when I had asked for a glitter nail he had gotten glitter all over the rest of my nails, and my whole right hand nails were chipped and the polish was horrible and chunky. I will not be returning.

Had a 1:30 appt, they got to us after 2:00pm!! Only had one girl for 2 of us, my girlfriend was there for over 3 1/2 hours for Mani/pedí.......ruined her nails, cut them sssooo short. Unfortunately will not return.

Absolutely awful experience. When I got there the place wasnt busy at all, maybe about 5 customers, but strangely with only three workers. I sat in a chair they put me in and waited for about 45 minutes to an hour, which that in itself was way too long in my opinion and I almost got up and left. When it was finally my turn I asked for gel nails with the color grey on top. So what do they give me? Shellac with poop brown! I am furious! When I noticed that I wasnt getting what i asked for (which was after they applyed the first coat) I asked to change it, but instead of sure your the customer whatever you want the guy doing them said it was too late. If I am paying to get my nails done, I want them done right!Well lesson learned, never again go to Pro Nails 2...EVER!

Love this place - best mani pedi in town

Horrible experience. I had a pedicure on Sunday and the nail polish is wearing off already, two days later. My daughter had a full set and they are lifting so she had to have them redone. Dont go there. They dont do good work. They are very sloppy and careless

This place is never adequately staffed. Multiple times I’ve waited more than 30 minutes for a manicure. Making an appointment is pointless, they don’t do anything differently when you make an appointment.

I walked in on Saturday morning to get my nails done and they told me they could not help me. How did they know at 1030 in the morning they were going to be busy all day that they could not help me. I will never go back poor customer service.

Sign on door says walk ins welcome but when I asked for services all of sudden they didnt have time to do what I wanted today. The lady said they only had 1 person who does nails all rest do pedicures only!

Great place, staff is wonderful

My wife took my daughter and mother in-law there and ended up leaving as the staff member was exceptionally rude to them, even taking a negative and cranky tone to my young daughter who was just hoping for a girls day out with mom and grandma.
