They have been to my place twice now, can’t seem to find a problem & that it’s blowing cold air. It stops, doesn’t want to kick in & doesn’t go down past 77. It’s summer, if you want to have it 86 inside your place & not be able to get it down then CALL THESE GUYS.

I had a ductless heating and cooling system installed. Excel made sure that I was getting a product that would work best for my home and even allowed for some last minute changes. When deciding on who to go with on installing out HVAC system on a major remodel Ian with Excel was the only company who itemized cost and showed us how the costs broke down. We had over 8 different companies in the Sioux City area look at the home and quote us. he came in $5,000 less and with better warranties. He was also the one who was able to problem solve how to HVAC our 4.000+sqft home the best way possible.

I emailed through their website late at night that my air was not working and its HOT, and he contacted me first thing in the morning and responded that he would be out on Friday, July 3rd, the day many businesses are observing the holiday. He was here by 9:30, replaced the part, and was on his way. The air is working again and I didnt have to pay holiday pay! I believe him to be fair in his charges but I have nothing to compare him to. Nice guy, quick and efficient!

Exceptional service! They provide a great product. They installed a furnace and air conditioner in a new house I am building. Everything was top notch, they even came back out and moved the system and duct work when I made last minute changes to my floor plan. Could not ask for a better company and would recommend them to any and everyone.

They hand their hands full working on my system since last the guy who installed my ac unit new screwed me over more ways then one. They have fix what I saw was worse than a three ring circus. So these guys know what they are doing.
