Ben was the pro who replaced my condenser motor , he was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He wore booties on his feet to keep the carpets clean and was fast. He also pointed out an issue with my hot water heater not venting properly . I was very pleased with the quick service and response time, suter was recommended by my neighbor cuz they too were very pleased with the service.

CW Suter and Corey (technician) were fantastic! They were fully booked for the day I called them, but Corey was able to squeeze me in.Corey was here very soon after I got the call back from CW. He worked very quickly, did not rush, and explained what he was doing/checking step by step. He was very knowledgable and double or triple checked against his charts. He also allowed the system to run a while after the repairs were made to ensure it was still operating as it should. He was also very friendly to my dog who was roaming around my house.The service was completed quickly, and it did not cost near as much as I anticipated.Great service, great communication, and a friendly technician - Ill definitely be going back here for my future HVAC issues!

Scheduled an appointment for the next day, called me and said they could make it today. Arrived, fixed my problem and no issues since. In full disclosure, they did the original repair which had to be adjusted. This was a warranty call, but they were prompt, professional and helpful.

I had them replace the heat pump in my home and it’s amazing. I had them come back a few months later and replace my air handler with new emergency electric heat strips as well, they put a bigger 2” filter in so I didn’t have to replace it as often. I got put on the maintenance program as well and they sent me a card telling me it was time for the 6 month check. They came out and the guy was absolutely awesome, he explained to me some of the things the heat pump did that I wasn’t sure before why it did it or would make the noise it would make, and he showed me and explained every noise I asked about and it’s function. The noises I would hear was it going into different cycles and functions, nothing was wrong with it. A heat pump if some don’t know provides the air conditioning in the summer but it also provides the heat in the winter as my house is all electric is way more efficient that using an electric furnace. I do have emergency electric heat backup in the air handler if something goes wrong with the heat pump though, but both have been some of the best investments into the house I’ve made. I can’t thank Drew and his dad, as well as the employees enough for everything they’ve done, their customer service is hands down some of the best I’ve ever seen.

Aaron did a excellent job. He completed the routine maintenance and checked a baseboard heater as well. Gave us some good ideas on updating our heating and cooling. Suter has always provided good service.

Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else, I selected them off of their reviews. I was desperate because I was in the military and live in California.They stated they would charge $90 for the visit and diagnostic. They end up charging me $102 for parts and labor on top of the diagnostic totaling $192 when they ran water to cool down the a/c and diagnose the problem. They estimated me nearly $1000 more than other companies and the other companies do free estimates!!I feel like they took advantage of the situation because I told them I live in California and have my residence as a rental property. They chuckled when I asked for a military discount, because of the unreasonable high price.Clarification is that to go out and diagnose is $90... Right? Then why charge me $102 for parts and labor? Im sure these are tough times for businesses but come on... I understand providing a triage is different from providing a diagnosis but in order to triage something you have to first diagnosis it. I was simply asking for a diagnosis and an estimate, in return the parts and labor was cooling it down to diagnose it, was that part of the triage? No, they said they needed to do that to diagnose it and charged me for it, calling me after all of it and informing me of the additional charges.I dont mind paying for an expensive service if the business is transparent and reliable. Ill pay for services that I can trust but after that deceitful move, I chose to take my business elsewhere. The only options arent expensive ones. Theres companies that offer free estimates, I CHOSE TO PAY because I thought I could trust your business.

My furnace went down suddenly. Called Suter to repair a 41 year old unit. On thier recomendation, I opted to replace it. They brought me space heaters to get through the night and before 8 the next morning were here to install the new furnace. The guys did an awesome job and had heat for me by 4 pm the same day. They hauled the old stuff away, cleaned averything up and were done by 430. TOP OF THE LINE from beginning to end. I Highly recomend this company.

They came out the same day I called them. It was a somewhat difficult diagnosis so the technician called his boss to come out and confirm his findings. Called to set up a appointment to get a bid on a new heat pump/air conditioner installed. They never called me back so 3 weeks later I had a different contractor replace my unit.

AC went out late in the afternoon this week. Called in to service and they had Jose out at my house by 6pm. Found out it was the blower motor. Called me back first thing the next morning and told me they had it in stock and Jose would be back out at my house by 9am which he was. Worked non stop until he left around 1pm. Excellent service, professional, and would not even think about using another company other than CW Suter. Also did the AC Maintenance while there per dispatchers approval. Thank you!

Our air conditioner was having issues and we called CW Suter. They were awesome from start to finish. From the original call, to the service tech, sales, and installation, every Suter representative went above and beyond. Their service is well above todays standards for customer service. They were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. There was no effort to sell products you didnt need but they were excellent and explaining the pros and cons of different equipment. They went way above and beyond on the installation as well. They ended up having a bunch of different team members pitch in to get the job done despite some unforeseen difficulties that were encountered. They also took the time to correct some preexisting issues to make the system run more efficiently. We couldnt be more satisfied.

My pilot light had gone out on my heater. My boyfriend couldnt remember how to light it.I called my son in Sgt. Bluff to come help mom out.Pilot light. We let it run 2 cycles before putting heater back together. We left for several hours too come home to no heat.I called you guys and were here within hours. Extremely impressed with Suter. Sales staff didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. In fact, quite the opposite: I inquired as to replacing some ducting, and he pointed out that it didnt need to be replaced, just a small repair job, which the technician ended up doing for free. Installation was quick and the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and when we asked questions, they went above and beyond in making sure we understood what they were doing and why. When they were finished, they left my home as clean as when they found it. Scheduling was a breeze, thanks to the people in the office (incredibly friendly, well-informed group). All of the warranty and rebate paperwork was taken care of by Suter - we didnt have to do a thing. Its refreshing to see a company who clearly values internal communication: each individual department works to support eachother, which is a major benefit to me, as a customer.

Had suter work on my furnace and they folded the rubber boot that connects the draft inducer to the PVC exhaust pipe. So for the last few months Ive had exhaust pouring into my home. Dont risk the safety of your family.

Found a small problem and fixed it at $150, before the summer came and I would have had to come up with $1000! Thankful for our spring system check up.
