Always feel good after a visit to Simpsonville Dental Associates, and today was no exception!  This morning I had a cleaning, and checkup with Dr. Godwin. To be honest I was ambivalent about the visit, even though Ive been fully vaccinated. Needless to say, all my fears were put to rest upon entering the parking lot. Dr. Godwin and his team have taken all the necessary precautions to comply with CDC requirements. I waited in my car until my scheduled appointment time. I received a text at the appropriate time. The office is spotless with no unnecessary foot traffic. They made me feel comfortable. Ashley, the Dental Hygienist, was thorough, kind, gentle, and professional. Dr. Godwin, as always, spent plenty of time on my checkup, explaining anomalies in simple terms, and a treatment plan to correct.  Annie, at the reception desk was sweet and charming, she went over billing in detail with me, and set up my next appt. I can honestly say I left with a bright white smile on my face. Proud to walk out sans mask, knowing I got the best care.Very pleased with the entire group, they couldnt have been more gracious, thorough, or professional. The dentists and staff do a great job. Cant afford since losing insurance. I asked for some kind of non insurance discount. I was allowed to split into 3 payments and that helped. I understand that this cant be offered at all doctors offices. Been a patient there for over 30 years. Will have to skip cleaning for now.

I felt very afraid at the thought of going to the dentist because I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time and I never liked going because it was always uncomfortable for me but when I got there and I walked in they were very soft spoken and friendly and from the very beginning I felt so comfortable, warm and welcome while I was there I wasn’t nervous and I felt like I knew them forever I felt like family I had been going there for years , I would absolutely refer them to anyone especially my family. I also want to say what’s also great about them is they take payments if you don’t have insurance and that’s a big deal for me because I don’t have insurance and some people just can’t get credit, so that’s definitely a plus!

I needed to stop in for a consultation in coordination with my sons orthodontist. The staff was warm and friendly and did a great job working around our very busy schedule. We were seen exactly when our appointment time was scheduled (no waiting) and Dr. Godwin saw my son within 5 minutes of sitting in the chair. Dr. Godwin communicated clearly about what needs to be done and is talking directly to our ortho to create the best plan forward. Super helpful and kind!

I probably haven’t been to a dentist in 14 years, I need to get a tooth removed and called this dentist office cause it was closest to my house, not only that I got an appointment the very next day and other dentists where telling me to wait two weeks or longer for an appointment with the extreme pain I was having I couldn’t wait so lucky I got an next day appointment, the receptionist Tracey was so very nice and respectful and helpful, she went above and beyond for me and I appreciate that so next Monday I have an appointment to get the tooth removed and hopefully everything goes well and in order and I will update again, highly recommend this office the entire staff was nice and smiling dressed nice and took the right steps and preventing COVID making sure everyone was separated and 6 feet! Ive been going to Simpsonville Dental Associates for several years now and have never had a bad experience. They are always friendly and professional and the results have always been top-notch.

I was referred to this practice by my cousin, Kelly. She told me about Dr. Alexander. I was skeptical about a good experience at a dental office but I was desperate for some extensive dental work that I was sure would equal pain. Kim is a calming influence. She explained each procedure and confidently let me know it would be a good experience. I was wrong (thankfully) and Kim was right! I have continued to be a satisfied patient years later. One side of the practice is surgical/cosmetic and the other side is for regular dental visits. I haven’t missed a cleaning in years because I have the best, gentlest hygienist: Ashley. The front desk is awesome, too. Excellent customer service! I’m greeted each time. I literally leave with a beautiful smile each visit!

Unlike many dental offices, this office is able to make their own crowns and other prosthetics in their in house lab, saving valuable time. Often takes minutes instead of days.
