The staff is very friendly and thorough. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment, and on several occasions, they have accommodated me or one of my family members in the event of an emergency. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a dentist.

Most people dread going to the dentist and I used to be one of those people, but, believe it or not.... and I know this sounds weird, but I actually look forward to going to my appointments because of Drs. Ledford, Roberts and their marvelous staff. Everyone is soooo very friendly and welcoming and everyone, even if I havent seen them before, seems to know your name and the office always seem like a family affair.I can definitely say they take the time to explain all procedures and what theyre doing to you that day. And when youre in the chair, whether youre seeing the hygienist or the doctor, they are ALWAYS very engaging to the point you forget youre in the dentist chair which definitely helps to make me feel calm. If I have to have a procedure done, the doctors always makes sure Im completely numb and prepared before doing anything, and you want that!!. One of the many things I like about Hillcrest Dentistry is after any procedure, the Drs. or staff ALWAYS call the next day to make sure youre OK and Drs. Ledford and Roberts are always available if you have any questions or concerns. As I said earlier, I have been going to Hillcrest Dentistry for a long time and I would never consider going anywhere else. The hygienists, assistants, doctors and front office staff are all personable and gentle. When I call or come in I never have to tell Meredith who I am, she’s the best. Kristyn is absolutely kind and gentle, she always takes care of me! Before Dr. Roberts I had Dr. Constantine (the hot dancing dentist) well he was a gem and I didn’t know what could top the super hot dentist. Well in walks Dr. Roberts, the sweetest most gentle empathetic dentist you could ask for! The best dental office period.

I have gone to many dentists as an adult trying to find the perfect fit for me. THIS IS IT! The team here makes you feel comfortable, and part of their family! They take their time to get to know you and be personable which is hard to find these days. Dr Roberts is an awesome dentist who has done it all for me with a smile on her face and always a funny story to tell. Cosmetic and just teeth maintenance with no issues whatsoever! I go to Dr. Ledford, but have met Dr. Roberts. Both ooze professionalism, concern and warmth. I wonder if those are requirements to work there since the entire staff display those qualities. Anita, well all I can say is that she is special in every way! We live 45 miles away, but I will not leave these kind, caring folks!
