The staff at All Star Glass are not only professional but very nice! The inside and outside is very clean and I didn’t have to wait very long for my windshield to be replaced. Miz installed my windshield and he was fast and did an Amazing job with the calibration and detail! I highly recommend!!!

While you wait 20+ minutes on hold for these shady people to answer your call, you will be bombarded with ads for this company telling you about their great service. I believe this is an attempt to convince you of what they actually are not even a shred of. In fact, this company is incompetent and below average, and when presented with evidence of their subpar service, will merely spout corporate platitudes that infuriate, none of which will include an apology for their lack of true service.When I made my appointment, not only did the agent get my contact information wrong, but she failed to give me any information about where my car should be parked for my mobile appointment. But apparently they never do that, because they are all sitting in some corporate park in San Diego and couldnt possible conceive of people living in environments different from their own.So the tech shows up where Ive parked my car for work (drove to work rather than take the train just for this appointment). My parking spot was a challenge to find. Regardless, he tells me he cant work on it there, and that I needed to have parked in a different area. That would have been great to know ahead of time! And then he tells me I have to follow him, whereby he drives me a couple miles into a really crappy part of town where there is parking. Guess why theres parking? Cuz its such a shady part of town! And as a woman, I now feel like this is super sketchy.Tech does the work while I stand in this crappy area wondering if Ill be mugged or if Ill find parking near work again.Back to that incompetent call center agent (one of many Ive since learned), could she not have told me Im advance the requirements for where I need to park??? Instead, Im sitting here in a gross neighborhood, have lost my parking space for work, and am pissed off.Find a better company. It isnt hard. This company doesnt deserve anyones business.
