Dropped the car off Tuesday to get a check engine light diagnostic and replacement back up camera. Told they have to order the parts. All fine and should pick it up Friday. I call Friday to ask if it’s ready and get transferred to an answering machine twice and no call backs. Come Saturday morning because apparently the only way to get any answers is to come in to the store. Get told the parts are not installed yet and to come back Monday by 3pm.You’re joking right? It doesn’t take a solid week to install an o2 sensor and replace an OEM backup camera.This place has always been an absolute waste of time for even simple oil changes. If you’re coming to get warranty work done save yourself and go somewhere else. This place is managed horrendously. Pretty shop, looks nice, but operates like all the gears are turning in molasses’s. There’s far smaller, busier shops that run more efficiently than this waste of real estate.

I went in for chk eng. Light. Charged me 230.00 to diag. Dissent go towards repair if they do it. Crazy, part is 268.00 job is costing 900.00. Oh, I get 10% off. 850.00. 7 other shops called same job under 500.00. Whats wrong with this picture? Ford is a Rip Off.

Been contacting them about having someone looking at my car, have a check engine light on my car. How long will it take I ask themGirl at the reception- 2-3 daysThere is no way a diagnostic test can take 2-3 days. What kind of place is this?? Spend your money were they hired educated ppl. Called another Ford store and was informed that it will take about an hour to an hour and a half.Spending my money at a more professional ford store

First time going here and got a way better experience than the Fremont location. I made an phone appointment for a recall service on my Escape and was booked for the next day. Shout out to Oscar - he was really great in communicating the status of my car and was able to pick it up the next day. They even washed my car when I picked it up.

Pretty easy to get my service completed,with friendly staff. They werent clear on whether or not they had the staff for my scheduled service. Worked out as they did and they were really attentive to the mix up in scheduling airbag replacement on the weekend.Their COVID customer awareness was ok: staff came well within 6 feet of me and others often, they covered seats and surfaces with plastic, and there was hand sanitizer readily available.

Just happened to bring my vehicle to get serviced, and had a look behind the service desk, the place needs a power wash down and their garbage is starting to accumulate everywhere. Especially where the two 40ft containers are.

Have been trying to reach a manager about service I received. Have contacted and emailed and have not received a response. The service is not good. Will charge you and not even do anything. I recommend going elsewhere.

Do not fall for IM help. I spent 2 weeks calling (no answer) and IM twice, since I Could not get someone on the phone. Twice they took my information to scheduled an oil change (The works). They promised to follow up to confirm the appointment and they did not (twice ) finally got someone on the phone and they did not even apologize for wasting my time. I finally scheduled the appointment for their “The works “ service that I have been doing for the last 10 years at other ford dealerships (once here, I just moved to this area), no problem, they confirm. When I go for my appointment then they mentioned that they do not do The Works service package, instead oil change and tire rotation is $101.00. Horrible customer service. This is the last time I come here. They should get trained at Galpin Ford or Simi Valley Ford in a the LA area.
