Awesome experience Everytime. Ive been coming for years and have never had one problem or issue. Paul and his crew are amazing give great customer service and are always available to answer any questions. Oil changes are quick and easy and youre in and out usually within a half hour. I highly recommend.

I have used Midas San Leandro for all my personal vehicles and for my work trucks/vans. They are always extremely professional and thorough. Paul is fantastic and always polite. Its hard to find good, honest mechanics these days and I can confidently say the team at Midas are some of the few left.

I changed my review. Not sure if it is change in employees or they have always been this way, but, the level of communication and professionalism fell extremely short. Going on a two week visit this time. Dropped it off and did not hear for a few days. I had to call and see what was going on. I was told it was a lot of little things. Nothing specific. So i figure it would be a day or so. Well no call until i left a message and had to call in. A bit of info about what was going on. I was told it would be about two days and they would let me know on a Wednesday the plan. No call. It is Friday and called againI was told the same thing, a lot of little things but it should. Be ready Saturday. But why was i not told this Wednesday when i was told that was when i would get an update. I felt dismissed by the guy on the phone. He sounded irritated that i asked for more information. I am a teacher working in an area that public transportation is very limited. So in order to get to work i take bart and uber or lyft. It cost between 40 ans 50 dollars a day to go back and forth.i tried to budget myself to cover my commute expenses. But when you are not given any.info and promised a time frame, it is that much more difficult. So i was quotes a price and set that aside to pay for work done. Thats it. With the added cost of 2 or 3 more days, i am tapped out til i get paid next month. I have always been able to manage at the regular shop i have been to but this time i just cant find anymore extra money. All my resources are no more. Had i known i would have these extra expenses i could have held off a bill and maybe pay one or two late. I am stressed and tired. Lets see if the new quoted day is it. Unfortunately I am no longer interested in service here. If the price is what i was told it is reasonable. Communication and professionalism played the biggest part in my change of heart.

I called to get an oil change and tire rotation the person who answered was not concerned at all on my needs as a customer he was more acting as if they didnt need the business will not call or go there l dont recommend this Midas in San Leandro

They quite helpful and interactive with adjusting the E-brake. Plus they began with a quote of 2hrs but it only took a hour. So they only charged for work done, nice size saving. Baak baak Thanks!

Brought my truck in because my catalytic converter went out. Guys were very helpful by explaining what I needed to have done. Getting parts from a third party was a bit of a hassle but once they had them my truck was up & running the next day. I would reccomend Midas. Nice parking. Right off international.

I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation; but the tech said they dont accept any coupons. Price was only five dollars more than coupon. And he was up front. So I was fine.Got my oil changed and tires rotated. I thought it could have been quicker since it was 8:30 in the morning and business traffic was light. However when I got into my car it was cleaned! Vacuumed and trash thrown out. No wonder it took a little longer than expected. I am blown away by their above and beyond service. Definitely coming back. Definitely recommend five stars for sure.

The first thing I noticed is that the lobby and the entire property are not only clean and well kept, but there are things of interest all over the place from the landscaping to artwork, it is not something you would expect at a mechanic shop. The service was outstanding. When they worked on my car they were quick and when I got the car back it had been cleaned and vacuumed. I had a couple of tires changed, but all 4 tires looked shiny and new! The staff was courteous and the most friendly I have encountered at any service station. I was also impressed by the wide offering of services. It seemed that they did almost everything except body work. I was also impressed with the low price I was charged. I would have thought all of this extra service would come with a steep price tag but instead, the price was fine and all they wanted in return was my future business. And I guarantee that they will have it now! Thanks guys.

Took an old truck in for lube & oil change. Got fast, efficient, pleasant service in nice surroundings. Their rest room was a joy to behold, far and above the usual repair shop standards. I am taking the truck back for more repairs very soon, now that I know the level of service offered there.

I took my vehicle in because I needed a vehicle speed sensor replacement, because that is what another mechanic diagnostic reader concluded:I was charged for an additional diagnostic scan-$60. Was told I needed another vehicle speed sensor.I got the part, was told to return in 1 hour, I did and they did not touch the car.I left and came back and was told, why didnt you tell me you have different tires on your car? (How am I supposed to know to tell you that, I have new floor mats too. Why didnt you ask me)I was told, to get new tires, then come back and he will do the work.AND I WAS CHARGED $155 FOR NO WORK DONE

This place has helped me out quit a few times. Prices are inline for what I would expect. Always very nice, and have looked at my car to determine the issue at no charge. Very pleased.

I was charged $240 for a set of rotors that I later found out I could have gotten for $60. When I asked the manager about this he was rude and defensive and transferred me to the assistant manager. I put a call into corporate and never received a call back. I will never give another cent to Midas. Beware of price gouging on parts.

Light fault lights, and maintenance member hospitality, quickly identify is high brake light fault, rapid replace the bulb, solve the problem, but is free, thanks.

Quick and affordable oil changes

I went there for oil change, and it was fast because there were not many customers there. But they put the wrong radiator coolant in my car, the original coolant was blue, and they put yellow coolant in there. Now I have been told that the coolant is dirty and doesnt work well and it will cost 100 bucks to flush the coolant at a car shop. I will never come back to this place again.

Went in for an oil change and they found that a bushing was totally worn out on my tow arms... Went back a week later to get it repaired and the difference was amazing. The mechanic there was super awesome he had me under my lifted car and pointed out other issues that will need attention in the near future. It really pays to get your oil changed at midas because they use a lift system so they can do a proper assesment of the vehicle. Sorry oil changers... Im sticking w/ midas in San Leandro

I came in to replace my battery. The driver side wheel must be removed for this service. The wheel was put back on very loose, luckily I went to Midas a few days later for a brake check they discovered the loose wheel and tightened.

DO NOT go here if you’re a girl. Was laughed at like I didn’t know what I was talking about (which I do) and would have been over-charged for something I didn’t need done to my car.

Very rude management and the charge me $390 for replacing my break shoes and rotors after one months making noise.They are not professional.They are stealing money out of people’s pocket.
