I had my 2010 Chevy Silverados Maintenance performed at James Auto and I can not say enough good things about them. I brought my vehicle in for service and Emiliano came out to my vehicle checked me in. With in minutes my vehicle was in the air and a technician was doing a comprehensive inspection. They were able to locate a leak that I didnt know was there and show it to me. They were able to provide me with a quote and complete all me service and the repair ahead of schedule. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend James auto for any of your service or repair needs.

I cant say enough good things about this shop!!! The entire staff does above average, quality work. Qualified professionals here!!! Prices a very reasonable and competitive with other shops. They make sure the job is done right. They recently got and installed a new motor in my truck. Now she runs like new again!! Thanks again!

My husband brought his truck in to have his driver side mirror replaced.He had purchased the part himself. They were very nice to have done this for us and made space for his appointment at the very first spot of the day. We appreciate the courtesy they afforded us, especially since we supplied the part. We have found us a New auto repair shop. Jody was very helpful and Walley was extremely fast knowing my husband waited for the repair.Very reasonable and honest, a trait that is hard to find these days in auto repair.

I really wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars. This place is under new management as of 3 weeks ago and the new owners not only misdiagnosed my car but also over charged me by over $600 and when I confronted the owner about it because I went and got three 2nd opinions and it was nowhere near what james auto told me and the owner said mechanics misdiagnose cars all the time. He said this after he charged me $140 for a diagnostic that would have cost me $860 in repairs all over what he calls a misdiagnose.Stay the hell away from these people!

I had a clutch repair here. It cost more than I expected, but that is the price of labor now. The new clutch works well. My only gripe is that the shifter boot was torn out of the frame. I had to staple it back in place.

They got me in as quickly as possible, diagnosed my issue, said it was outside of their expertise and recommended a place. Refused payment for their time spent on my problem.

Family business with a legacy if excellent service and expertice. I dont trust my 2002 GMC 2500HD with anyone else, period.
