Had a rough time getting this important vehicle back on time after my latest service. But ultimately Dorals came through, taking time on a Saturday to contact me and make sure I had the vehicle back for an important trip. Way to come through, Dorals!

Updated review since we no longer choose Dorals for our car care. With the ownership change many things also changed. We were quoted a price for services needed by one person but when we went to pay the price was $300 more without additional work. Luckily I had the quote in writing.They did graciously honor the quoted price. However, it left a bad taste toward new ownership.

I had seen this place a few times, and decided to give them a try after seeing the positive reviews. Those reviews are well earned.Before they took in my car, they explained how they operate, and informed me to keep an eye out for their e-mail, which was a link to their comprehensive check up. I called them and they went over everything, from the minor to the more serious. Their prices are reasonable, and they understood my need to have the vehicle back by the end of the day. They called me a few days afterwards to make sure my car was running well.I appreciate their attention to detail and their strive for amazing customer services. I will definitely return if/when needed.

We are from FL and our van was stuck in 2nd gear. Computer chip went bad and on back order for 6 weeks. They found one in TN and got van done 3 week sooner. They went the extra mile and very friendly. AAA told us about them and tow truck could leave vehicle and they had a night drop box.

I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Kyle and the team at Doral’s. They completed the work I requested on time, and even made sure to reset the warning on my dash! (A lot of shops can’t/don’t know how.)I’ll be returning to Doral’s for sure!

It was a pleasure bringing my car for repairs at Doral’s. The staff is very attentive and cordial.I had a bad experience with a nearby dealership trying to charge me for repairs not need it on my 2012 Toyota Prius C (beware of dealership scams and always look for a second opinion). They ended up saving me $1,200 on repairs not need it on my Prius C.Doral’s staff took care of doing the right diagnostics on the start, texted me as soon as they had the information pertinent for the repairs need it, and honestly answered my questions and concerns about the repairs need it on my car

Very Good Service. Good Prices. Just That Damn Good.

They replaced my car’s clutch slave cylinder and completed the repairs on time and with quality work. Employees really make an effort to get to know their customers and we always catch up each time I bring my car in.

So far so good Im having a diesel worked on and we will see once they get it running.

Kyle and David really went out of their way to make sure that my experience at their shop was above any expectations that I may have had. First time using their service, came from another shop looking for better pricing and to feel that my business was important. I highly recommend Dorals for auto repair. I was able to get an appointment the next day. They provide Lyft ride home after dropping car off and to pick it up. Work was done by next day. The $180 inspection was thorough with an emailed report detailing all findings and recommendations with photos of issues found. Sue, David & the staff are friendly and their attention to detail made me feel like both I and my car got the personalized attention that I wanted. After the work was completed they went for a test drive with me, taking the extra time to make sure my concerns about a knocking noise that they could not duplicate had nevertheless been solved by the repairs done and that we were on the same page. Everything was explained to my satisfaction & they kept me informed every step of the way. I will definately use Dorals in the future. They are dedicated to their work.

Great customer service. Love that they send you the results to your phone via text and I get to see what is wrong with the car right there and then. Color coding makes it easier to decide to you want done with your car. No pressure

Im very satisfied with the service performed on my vehicle and the customer service was excellent. If there is one thing I can suggest to make my experience perfect is to please make sure the vehicle is returned to the customer in the clean condition in which it was brought in. There were noticeable smudge marks on my glove box and inside the passenger door handle. Im guessing it came from the work that was done replacing my cabin filter. A simple wipe off would have returned it to the clean condition when I brought it in. When I returned home I wiped it down. I care about the cleanliness of my vehicle inside and out. My 2 cents. Thanks.

Had my car towed here after getting stranded at the OAK airport parking lot. They were upfront with the initial costs and when they found out a rodent had chewed the wire in my ignition box they only replaced the wires and not the whole box. That saved my $75. Integrity and honesty are what I look for in a auto service center. These guys have won a repeat customer.

My assistant was able to make an appt for me with ease. Quick drop off with friendly staff around 9am for a 60k checkpoint on a 2018 Ford Mustang EcoBoost. Very comprehensive diagnostic (best Ive ever seen) sent to me within 2hrs. There were a few mistakes on the review that they said couldnt be edited but were clarified in person. No scams, no up sales, no hassle. Great place, good work, professional staff. Car is running smoothly.

It is never easybto spend any kind of money for repairs. But when I spend money i want it to be on something worth. As a teacher I have a very tight budget. I found Dorals through AAA and discussed issues i was having. They found the problem and fixed it in about a week. Not only was i feeling comfortable about the price i was given a warranty in case something goes wrong with any part of the work they did. Not only does this tell me they are confident in their work, but i have comfort in onowing the money.I paid holds a lot of vaue. Everyone i spoke to inclusing the owner were so nice and i felt like they were really looking at getting me back on the road. You guys were awesome i know i will be returning for any others car needs as they arise.

I work just a few blocks from Dorals, after driving by it every day for years, I decided to start getting my Nissan serviced there at 25,000 miles. 75,000 miles later, the only work theyve recommended is the recommended maintenance from the manufacturer. Theyve never once tried to add any extra services on; Ive spent a fraction of what I used to spend taking my car to Jiffy Lube or the dealer.The staff are incredibly friendly and competent, and always carefully explain everything they are doing, and call you to check in and authorize any expensive services, such as a brake job. Dorals is by far the best auto repair shop Ive ever found and if youre tired of paying the dealer $1500 every year to change a bunch of parts and fluids that you dont need changed, go visit Dorals!!!

Even as busy as Dorals was, they fit me in for a regular maintenance service (oil change and tire rotation). I also had another possible issue which they checked out, easily found the cause of the problem and fixed it. Fast, professional, friendly service is what I expected and what I received. One of the two best shops in town!

Called late morning for an alignment. Dropped car, did same day. Under new ownership, actually as friendly, maybe even more so. Good computer system that tracks my 3 cars.

After an initial hiccup, David and co. did right by me and diagnosed a tough to figure out issue with my engine on an old car. Everyone there is really nice and the customer service has been outstanding.

They are sooo friendly ,courteous and had my car in and out in 30 min for bad battery without an appointment.I contrast this with the dealer and a diamond- certified place that replaced my fuel pump, spark plugs and ignition coils weeks earlier...each charged me $125 to diagnosis..never noticed a failing battery, totaled $900 in labor and kept my car for 8+10 days so I had to also rent one twice.Dorals is now my go-to mechanic..they even scouted for the best deal on the battery.Thanks so much for restoring my faith !

Took my car in for break and tune up check and they said i had a leak now its been two days and they are just now working on after two days.. I wounder if they will do a good job on my car. If anyone needa a quick fixs for their car i wouldnt recommend coming here , they may do a good job but they sure do take days to work on something small

Been having my van for 2 weeks and its still not fixed

This place is seriously legit. The service is excellent. They know what they are doing. They didnt over charge me ever. Ive gotten my timing belt replaced and my major tune up done there among other things. Multiple friends have gotten their cars serviced there from oil changes to ailgnments and smog repairs to pass smog, etc, etc... This auto repair shop is not like most. They are friendly and not intimidating at all. And the shop is super clean. Ask for Rafael when there.

I came in late in the day on a Friday, needing to have my tire pressure adjusted. They filled my tires, as requested, but double-checked that there wasnt something else causing the change in pressure other than the change in temperature. They found a small nail hiding in my tire (saving me from having to contend with that while driving on the freeway). Roy called to ask his colleagues at a tire shop down the way to wait for me so that I wouldnt be all weekend without a new tire! And of course charged me nothing!! I will definately be back!!

I have used them for several vehicles I own. Unfortunately I stopped using them after I brought a truck in for a problem they said was fixed by balancing the wheels. 1st, I could have gotten that service for free. That was not the problem. I think they must have a new mechanic that really doesnt care to identify the problem and the quick attempt to fix is what he does. My vehicle came back to me with the same problem I brought it in for. And it cost me money I did not want to pay, but did. 2nd, they did additional work without preauthorizing the extra cost. Not okay in anyones business. It is sad because I trusted these guys. The shop is top rated. It deserves it. But someone needs to take a closer look at the work the mechanics are not doing.
