It has been such a terrible experience dealing with the agents at the office (Mainly Nancy Lorenz and John Lorenz). My requests are not complicated, in fact, my only request was auto insurance. However, the agents sent me a temporary card without activating my plan ! Luckily this was caught before getting pulled over or getting into an accident however, theyve charge me for the past year without actually providing me coverage. The agents here are slow and often non-responsive. Id highly recommend consulting with a different office or dropping StateFarm all together!

I’ve been insured with this office for 20 years. Yes, StateFarm has its glitches, however the folks here at Aborn have always assisted me well. Great customer service, guidance and annual discounts.

My parents and I have been with this branch for over ten years. The first couple years, the staff were organized and answered questions without any hassle. Now, the current staff are absolutely horrendous. Insurance prices hiked up without any notifications as to why it was raised. Nancy, the woman who we spoke to was rude and completely unprofessional, and she could not answer any of our questions that we needed answers to. She was was raising her voice at my family just because of us asking about more information on our account. Increases in insurance prices from their normal rates as to no indication why was very disappointing, especially after over ten years, we have caused no accidents and are safe drivers. Currently, this place needs work, especially their terrible employees.

I have had this office handle all my insurance account my entire 16 years of driving, my parents have also first 20 plus years. The lady that worked there was flawless, never had any troubles, she handled it. Well unfortunately she retired and now there is new staff that cant get it together. Every payment I have made since has had a problem, I got cancelled once without any notice and they couldnt tell me why. Im searching around now to find a new reliable office as this one is no longer.
