Worst people ever, full of promises but never of their word.. i recently just got approved to receive payment on my dog’s surgeries who got hit by one of there client, next thing you know they don’t take responsibility.

This Company is the absolute worst . STAY AWAY . Not professional at all .My car got hit and the other person told there insurance that I hit them and Fred Loya insurance did absolutely nothing to defend me .They call literally 5 days in a row to remind you to pay the monthly bill but When i need them they can’t help me .

The last couple times I have been to this establishment, the doors have been closed during business hours. Fast service when asked but Id like to arrive, be helped, and be out, not waiting on a, will be back in 15-30mins sign.

A very good customer service with adequate distance and very good prices on insurance, adapted to the needs of customers.

The assistant of this place, is truly unpleasant !! the attention offered by the staff of the place called Priscila does not even have tact with the client does not have patience, he bothers himself with every question that one consults or questions and I imagine that he is there to serve the client and give good attention .. unfortunately with this Kind of staff are going to lose quite a few clients .. I have referred one person and the same was the complaint .. Please if you can take action on it or talk to this girl and change the deal with people! I do not want to harm this person, but take into account the complaints and to have good dealings with clients in these times especially.
