Allstate is pretty proactive, although you may run into an issue or two in the coverage department they are considerably prompt in addressing the issue at hand.

I am writing this review due to the fact that they can’t even do a simple thing right. My husband call them just yesterday about getting an ID card for one of my cars by email, but spoke to the sales manager Vanessa. Everything went well, up into the point that I received the email. I received someone else’s personal information, so that scared me because if they can’t even send a simple email right who knows where mine, or peoples information goes. I shouldn’t be receiving somebody else’s information when I called I gave them my information to begin the conversation. Amateurs.

Horrible Experience. An Dang or no one else bothered ro return calls after weeks of attempts. No answer after many attempts to reach them. They pass the buck to coorporate office, when indeed after speaking to coorporate, they informed me it was in the power of local office to approve my request. Will find a better insurance company that actually care about Excellent customer service!
