We had the worst tax filing experience here this year. The wait times are just crazy, we ended up waiting 3 hrs one day and 1.5 hrs another day. Appointments don’t have any meaning for them. They just let anyone who walks in front of you while we say and waited! Khushwinder also talks too much and tells irrelevant details and kills time. Never going back here again.

They charged $180 for single tax filing for single tax.(1)I expect high quality work for that price. But Instead of last years data, they entered some earlier years W2 income into their system and worked out the tax. I intervened and corrected it. This is not just bad, but could have become a legal problem for me.(2) The lady I met Kamudi was not able to answer any of my tax questions.(3) The CPA Mr. Singh gave misleading advices promising more returns than practical amounts for 401K and IRA accounts.* if someone tells me that the $180 fee is normal, I can increase rating for their service to 3 star.

They charge more, service is very bad. Singh missed one of tax section while filling, I strongly suggest not to go for farmers insurance especially with this guy
