Although the police did a number on my vehicle the employees at the tow yard had excellent service the lady in the office and the man that escorted me to my vehicle Were very professional and considerate and I really appreciated their courtesy

Imma be dead honest here. I got a terrible customer service representative on the phone but thankfully that wasn’t all. The driver called Drew was super cool and helpful with handling our situation and I really appreciate what he did (imagine yourself having to negotiate with 5 mad girls trying to get their cars back in the middle of the night lol 🤣) I know he did the best he could and if I’m to review the company based on his service I would put 5 stars but unfortunately both call and charge experience weren’t the best for me.Thank you,

Woke up sat morning and my car was gone I thought it was stolen no note or nothing called police department and they said it was towed I called pepes and they said my car was past the red lines at my house. I ask to see the pictures they wouldnt show me they have to show me Its the law.and my manager said if one of the tires was past the line it was ok..so I wanna see if both of my tires were past th line..Im not working my wife is the only one right now were low income and I had to pick up my 5 year old twins later that day..they charged me 525 just for 1 day this is unbelievable.....and my uncle Benjamin barazza worked for pepes towing for 20years and knows the ower and his brother and still screwed me over

I am definitely disappointed with them not being able to help in anyway possible and so greedy to their money. I understand its a job, but I got my car towed from my houses parking lots because i was blocking in a parking lot.They just took my car no message, no warning; not anything. I just got a letter January 31,2020 in the mail saying I owe around $900. Why couldnt they tell me right then and there when they towed it, by calling me or something. This really is poor service. Im disappointed with them not even trying to do more. Your customers are what makes your service resourceful. By making your customers feel happy in a terrible situation is what counts, and this is not it.

How can the city of Highland can collect money from me such a police release fees of $215 if the car was impounded in the city of San Bernardino?. This is a scam from the city of Highland and the Sheriffs police station in highland ca... They are collecting money that belongs to the city of San Bernardino... My car was not impounded on the city of Highland?

Predatory tow company. They intentionally tow cars in low income areas during times when they know the tow yard is closed so that they can charge extra fees. Unprofessional and rude

We arrived to a strip mall to shop. Pepes Tow Truck driver was standing outside one of the businesses helping one of the employees threaten customers. He had his truck on and ready to tow anyone that exited their vehicle. So unprofessional. Laughing at people . He was doing anything the young lady told him to do. DONT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.I was parking legally. Ive reported them to BBB.

A very rude dude answered the phone last night and I couldn’t believe these people are actually in business. Are they?? I wouldn’t trust these people to take out my trash. Thankfully at that hour I was able to locate a more reputable business to give my money to.I would never suggest anyone ever do business with them.

This place is completely unprofessional. Drew on the phone was rude called me an “idiot” was and condescending. Was lied to about the price 2x, and they were uncooperative when told about the discrepancy in policy. I never write reviews and I am a reasonably and calm person, but DO NOT COME HERE!!!. Horrible service and poor professionalism.

My daughter was in a minor accident but her car was not drivable. I called this place because it was closest to where we were and they told me it would be 40 min to an hour wait time. They did not show up until 2 1/2 hours later. We called them and all they said was sorry they were busy. Not only are they over priced but service is terrible.

Complete and utter scam artists. Robbed me of $1200 today by impounding a tractor and trailer for no reason and my guess is it is sanctioned by the city to do so. Pure and outright theft of peoples money. They need to have their CA number yanked for scams they pull

The san bernardino location is horrible..had car impounded and they went through all my belongings and stole an obd2 scanner i had and i phone charger cable...i dont know what else they took but they went through entire car and left it a mess...one star because i could not put zero stars

Dont call these people driver told me he was charging 250 then after hooking the car up he said it was 250 a hour I ended up having to pay this crook 443.00 I only lived about 25 minutes from where he towed me there was no traffic either. Do not let them get over on you!!!
