City Towing came to my house after my car did not start in the morning. I was going to have it towed to my dealership. The driver had experience as a mechanic so I explained to him what my car was doing. I turned the key and of course, the car started. He heard the noise it was making prior to it starting and told me it was a weak battery. I left the car on and was able to go to Auto Zone to get a replacement. City Towing did not charge me for coming out to my house at all. I thought that was extremely professional of them. Especially now and days. This company has integrity. They are all good in my book.

I had a great experience at City Towing. I regularly purchase vehicles at their auction and consistently get a great deal! Every time I use them for their towing service I get the most polite drivers that get to me within 15 to 20 minutes, super fair pricing and the owner and management is a great team.

Rude as freakin person. Already with a snotty attitude. It was a male. Never got his name. He needs to be retrained on how to talk, because surely he doesnt know how to be polite. He hung up on me. Whatever problem he is having shouldnt be on customers. I couldnt even get any information from him with out him having an attitude for the question I was asking.. a letter I received for a car I can prove I no longer own... That person needs to switch his job and not work in the service industry.

Excellent customer service, and punctual. New owner assured me a truck was dispatched while on the phone and they showed up on time. I will be calling them again if I need help.

A respected company for over 45 years in sanbernardino. They work for Sanbernardino PD, CHP and several local dealerships and post offices. Staff is hardworking and fair.

Poor the lady who runs it is rude the move people cars around with a four clif and mess up cars and should not be a business that should even be allowed to be open to no one worst tow yard I have ever seen in my entire life

Friendly staff, answered my phone call after only a few rings. I had several questions before hiring them and they answered every single on patiently. My driver was excellent and car taken good care of.

Stole my tools. Owner states he dont have that problem there.. Hes fooled cause I no cops did not take my tools the girl driving my car didnt take them. Cause I no she could not take them to jail with her so were they go they stole Im brand new tool sets wasnt my car enough my cab was my bread maker but a mans tools u never steel but city towing are my tie how low pathetic scandles young heavy set dumb white boy I am white as well but not white trash like that😈

Wouldnt allow me to have access to my own vehicle until I called police. Also, they purposely drained the battery to my vehicle.

Not even worth one star but it wont let you post without a star. They get negative stars. Never ever use this company. One of their tow trucks was towing a white honda accord on a front loader on bloomington avenue june 26 at 11 pm when the bumper fell off and hit my car. I called the company and they basically called me a liar and believed the tow truck driver who wouldnt even stop when we flagged him down. They wont take responsability for the damages to my car and allow their drivers to run away from car accidents with no repercussions. Basically told me they wont do anything about it because the driver lied about the incident and even created damages to the front of the tow truck to cover his lie. I see ibsurance fraud in the future with this guy, and this company is not upstanding. I even have a police report to prove this happened. Disgusting to think companies do this to people. Im glad there were no serious injuries.
