My car was stolen and the Sheriffs department sent it here after it was found.At times it was difficult to understand them over the phone and through their office window, but they were pleasant to interact with.In spite of my frustration and despair they were professional all throughout the experience. Very well done in a profession where they may deal with very emotional customers.

Oversight on checking for important documentation (did not check dashboard for valid documents, resulting in impounding of a vehicle over July 4th weekend)

On time..driver LUIS went above and beyond with his duties making sure I was happy with my service..I would call them again and again for any tow services..

It was amazing they came asap and very considerate with us very kind person, definetly recomend A&G towing.

They tow and take advantage of young kids driving. Shouldn’t laugh at people when they need help.

We had a great tow driver who transported our classic car home all the way down our narrow driveway. He provided great service! Glad I chose them. Reasonable price compared to others in the area.

The owner was awesome and his wife I even met his daughter and granddaughter very nice place and the yard techs were cool also and very helpful

Unfortunately there are haters on line and usually people write complaints more than kudos... so this is my kudo for Mike of A&G.. He has always treated me fair and taken very good care of my vehicles when towing. I have been using them to retrieve cars for our family for over 10 years.. .always great service. Thank you Mike

Very professional that took a little time to get there

Very friendly and helpful arrived quickly even at night.

They charged me $500 for a 40 mile tow. My wife had just been told that her son was killed and I broke down trying to get home. I had no choice but to pay this stupid amount. The driver said he wouldnt charge anything if it was up to him, but he would lose his job. A high desert tow company told me they would have driven 40 miles to me and 40 miles back for $304. When told about this, A&G said well that must be a fly by night company. Stay clear of this company they will screw you in a heartbeat. They have no compassion, and I only hope someone can pass that on to them.

If i can give it a ZERO i definetly would.. I was only at a location 20 minutes and these people towed my car... I calle right away and they said it would be $420 dollars to get it nor even 10 minutes after it was towed. This company scavenges for work. I have heard from people that they park 1 block away from locations and wait for someone to tip them off...

I recently was in San Bernardino on business and needed a tow..I have not had much experience with tow services, but many do not have good reputations. But I have to admit that A & D Towing of San Bernardino CA was fast, courteous and very helpful. Thank you. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. DGS
