Called over, spoke with Art who was very helpful. Called back to verify, a women answered the phone, suddenly received short answers, she seemed to be in a hurry, it happens. Went to the yard, whoever the women is in the office is should not be dealing with customers, she very unpleasant, unprofessional (she was watching TV and on her cell when I walked up to the window, didnt answer and to my knock on the service window, had to open the door and guess who was there, wonderful Art to save the day!) Bottom line, ask for Art to help you. Hes so nice and helpful. Beware of the women in the front office, shes just rude...

I went to help one of my employees get property out of their car and the lady at the window have very poor customer service. The car was towed the previous day because of the registration had expired. She lied and said the lienholder was coming to pick up the car the same day even though they were about to close. Having previously worked at Manheim I asked her about it and she decided to walk off and it ignores us and watch her Telemundo. We still got his property but you shouldnt get treated like dirt because youre in a bad spot in your life.

Even tho tho the situation that brought me here was that of a not very pleasant one Art was very,very kind understanding and concerned not something peopñe can be these days and that was very touching for me due to the situation with my vechile and why it ended up there. Thank You Art and I will most deffinatly be greatful for you and the help you offerd me in obtaining a decent vechicle thank you so much.

The staff is really helpful and respectful

The lady at the customer service window has a very nasty attitude. When I went to pick my car up my tire was damaged. They denied damaging it. When I was hooking up the battery the guy that took me to my car helped himself to opening my pressurized coolaning system.... NOT COOL. If its not yours dont touch! Most unprofessional place around.

Police impound are never a joy.However, the staff and hard-working office people are people of good character.Thank you to the staff for keeping your word.

The lady at the front window wasnt the nicest but Im sure she deals with a lot on the daily anyway they were helpful the lady at the front let me get stuff out of my car and angel helped me get my car out I had to jump start it and he was very helpful. My car was stolen and to get a car that was stolen is expensive but I guess thats just the way it is anywhere. Overall I didnt go in with a bad attitude which Im sure helped how they acted with me

Horrible service. They charge way too much and do an absolutely horrible job. I recommend going else where I had them tow me after a car accident and they just made my situation worse with all the issues they gave me.

Considering youre the police in town theyre doing a great job of taking care of people as people and not as money making opportunities so I was really glad to see that those people there who keep their word.the unfortunate situation which I had to be a patron of this tow yard I was glad that they handled me this way.

They charge way too much for having your car in their yard for just a couple of hours!!

The people are rude no sign of frendly service they act as if you are bothering them dude just let me get the car dont hate cuz you cant keep my car and they threatened to close early just to keep my car an extra day
