Everyone at this dental practice is helpful, happy, and prompt. They respect my time and have never delayed me. What I love about this practice is that they are thorough and complete. I get a detailed cleaning twice a year and the dentist always comes in to fully examine every nook and cranny of my mouth. My dental hygienist, Laurie is friendly and always pleasant. Barb at the front desk is always friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way to help. I highly recommend this practice without reservation.

As a New Patient, I was first very impressed with the efficiency of the girls at the front desk. They were very upbeat and aware of my needs. Next was my initial assessment with Dr. Robbins and his attentive assistant Andrew. They definitely ensured there was an understanding of my issues, and then they formed a plan and guided me through the steps. I believe they have managed my expectations perfectly! Top notch practice. Everybody at every position knows their stuff and are most efficient and pleasant and they run on time. I like their policy of paying the total cost up front as my insurance company reimburses quickly, and I am able to earn airline points on the total cost, not just on the co-pay.

As an anxious patient to dentistry I am wound tighter than a drum from the second I even think about getting in the dental chair.Shortly after arriving to the Stone Oak Aesthetic office Dr. Hauser greeted, me as I was waiting.Once in the chair Dr. Hauser and staff used such an empathy and care for me that they literally calmed my nerves!This is not just subjective opinion people, because when they took my blood pressure it was 123/79! Now that is objective data to tell you they calmed me down!!!Not only did they put me at ease, they did multiple procedures in one session and throughout the session would ask me how I was feeling. The dental work was impeccable and I actually would willingly go back to do ANY procedure needed in the future! Please consider this office and amazing staff if your a nervous patient or want a caring staff and professional work!

Ive had horrible experiences with over a dozen dentists. I was terrified beyond belief. Dr Beckel gave me back some faith. My pain was unimaginable. I thought the worst and figured Id lose my tooth. He did a root canal through a bridge. For the first time in what feels like forever, I can take a deep breath without pain. I dont hurt at random times completely ruining my day. He knew my bridge was too high for my bite when the dentist who performed the work said Only I know how my bite should be.. Dr Beckel knew, and my teeth fit together better than they have in years. The root canal procedure barely hurt and Ive got the pain tolerance of a toddler. I highly recommend him. Coming from me who has had the worst work done, hes like a miracle worker.
