Our daughter is getting braces here. There staff is really helpful. One of the managers Vanessa has been so helpful for us. She has gone out of her way to help us get the appointments we needed. With Covid my husband has always wanted our daughter to be the first one in the office. Vanessa had been patient and extremely accommodating.The office is extremely clean and the staff is really nice. I highly recommend this office if you need braces.

If i could give a negative review i would. i had two sons who received braces the same day and had the same appointments. smiley dental only filed one claim and they are basically holding my sons mouth hostage because they didnt submit a claim for insurance i provided over a year ago. a billing person here in SA and Damaris in their Dallas office was no help. they are still mailing paper claims even though they can easily file an electronic claim with my insurance. so many offices and locations but their processes and billing is just subpar and terrible.

This place is a joke. I received Invisalign’s over two years ago. Not only do you not ever see the same doctor but although my teeth were not completely straight, they said that they quit working with Invisalign and had no more liners for me. The biggest problem with this is I had already completely paid for my treatment in full and now they won’t even call me back. When I call they make excuses and tell me that they will call me back and never do. Find someplace else to take care of your teeth.

The only thing good about this location is they are inexpensive. Correspondence is awful. We have showed up twice for an appointment that was supposedly rescheduled. If u call the ph rings for 15-20 min and no answer. Good luck

Keep calling to make a appointment and phone just rings no one answers the one time that someone did answer they put ne on hold and hung up

Just no, it’s horrible here. They never answer the phone and when they do they always give different prices. I was supposed to get extractions over a month ago and they have made a mess over it. My brackets have been put on first and they weren’t supposed to since my extractions never happened and they won’t give my money back. Do not recommend this place at all.

The staff (Kaylee) and Dr.Dolbik are wonderful. Am getting a new set of dentures and the process from extractions to fittings to final results has been painless and really above board. Would recommend them without hesitation. Superior!!

Well I thought it was fine until I went in today and had a 1 minute cleaning and had to pay $150 I’m going to speak to someone about this as I had a lot on my plate today 🥴

Fantastic experience. I generally do not like the dentist, and the condition of my teeth show it. Over the years, the general consensus, was that they all had to go...Had a bad infection (for second time) and finally, reluctantly gave in to having the culprit pulled.The first time, I went to a nearby clinic setting practice. Was not impressed at all with the setting, staff, dentist nor pressure to get all pulled and get full dentures. But I took the rx for antibiotics and got out of there.This time (same tooth and infection), no one could see me, nor pull with an active infection. I was on my way to the practice that I didnt like, when I came upon this practice...I was apprehensive, due to previous experience. But..Glad I did. They took me right away. The staff was professional, personal and fun.The dentist, Dr Williams was absolutely great! An older man, he was very personable, professional and extremely thorough. He handled this terrible patient extremely well, fixed me up (pulled just the one, per my request) with instant relief. Happy mouth, happy patient.The only disappointment is that he will, most likely not be there when I will return for further treatment, as he was a temporary (fill in).I will definitely return to this practice when the time comes, and will definitely recommend this practice to anyone.Note to practice, try to keep Dr Williams.

Worst customer service ever. I went to the wonderland location. The center manager needs customer service skills. I left a message for their Corp office to call me, never heard from them. I guess they don’t care about how there customers are being treated. Check out their reviews. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I went to the location in the Wonderland of Americas mall and I will not be returning. My insurance benefits are maxed out for the year and they had a $39 cleaning, exam, and xray deal so I went to them. They had me in the dental chair for a while just sitting there facing a wall, and no one introduced themselves. I dont know if she was a hygienist or dental assistant, but she just came over and started examining my mouth and telling the note taker to write down all the cavities I have. They concluded from the exam and xrays that I had several cavities, bone loss, and needed a deep cleaning.. I was completely shocked because I went to my regular dentist in June and everything was perfect with my teeth. And since June I have been flossing more regularly than before! I said that I dont want to do a deep cleaning I just want a regular cleaning and they said since I was diagnosed with needing a deep cleaning that the hygienist will not do a regular cleaning. I didnt feel comfortable trusting their opinion and I was not about to let them numb me up for something that I probably didnt need. So Im writing this today because I had my cleaning at my regular dentist today and my hygienist said (like I knew she would) that everything was still great! So I think at Smiley Dental theyre really just trying to get more money out of you because that deep cleaning was going to be a few hundred dollars. Im glad I didnt trust their opinion and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.

This dental office is AMAZING. They have an excellent staff that truly cares. Frankie was the absolute best and gave me and my daughter excellent service. They made the experience of getting braces easy and affordable. We switched our dental provider we were loyal to for the past decade because Smiley Dental is wayyy better.

Staff was excellent very helpful and nice.. Dr. Williams was very explanatory with my treatment. Walking thou the door i was nervous. But after being in office staff and Doctor made me calm. I would recommend to my friends and family. Or anyone passing by.

Yesterday was my new patient appointment at their Cross Roads Mall location in San Antonio and of course, my insurance was not correctly listing my coverage. I was treated with respect and not made to feel like an inconvenience when I returned a few minutes later with that insurance company on the line!That mess was patiently and polightly sorted through plus they still saw me late in the afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving. To me, one sign of good management is a happy, relaxed staff.The young women were professional, friendly and helpful. They joked amoung themselfs and because their office only had a few patients already in treatment areas, they began putting up Christmas decorations.The xrayes and exam were carefully done and thorough and still no rushing although it was almost closing time.I was MOST impressed with the dentist who evaluated my complex case. He didnt flinch at my nasty medical history and was also respectful and listened, even accepting my information with no attitude.Unlike so many set ups in malls, their dentist was conservative. He was not trying to make as much money off my insurance as possible. His goal was to save as many ofy teeth as possible. Twice he was confident enough to state, I could be wrong and you are certainly welcome to seek a second opinion about whether to go with a partial or implants. He was suggesting the partial.A second thorough exam of my gums then the dentist review a suggested treatment plan.It was almost 5pm before time to leave. THEY had taken such excellent care of me and calmed my concerns about the condition of my gums and teeth. I had not been able to see a dentist for 3 years and not a word was said about that either.A father sat over in a treatment area with his two children . They were gently talking his son through having to get the numbing injection and that too was very impressive.That Smiley Dental Office has full service capabilities and accepts both insurance and Medicaid.

Smiley dental has always taken care of my needs!! I love my monthly visits for ortho because of my main man Franky. He’s always taking care of me and caters to my special needs lol. Even if it hurts or makes me sore he always does what’s best for my treatment.

Long story short, they “lost my daughters impressions” taken on Dec 7, I had to come back for impressions again, upon checking her in, they “magically” found her impressions, bottom one didn’t fit, was told it would take 20 minutes, Ive been here over an hour and a half now. Customer service and communication from the staff IS HORRIBLE, I’m already inconvenienced, but then to be lie to about the wait time adds to my frustration!! My time is just as valuable as theirs.

Smiley dental is a rip off!!! They dont provide the services they advertise! They r luring and scamming the patients in with fake advertisement!! I will never be a patient there nor will i refer smiley dental to anyone!! They lost out on a good paying patient!! I noticed there were no patients present and now i know why!! I give them a zero!!!
