I initially ordered the at home impression kit, however, kept procrastinating in getting it done. Decided to go into Smile Directs location instead, and am really glad I did. Vanessa was great! I have been doing impression kits by mail since I started back in February. Ive done two sets of aligners so far. I need a third set to fix two more teeth. Instead of doing the impression kit I decided to go in person to have a scan done. The scan was much better. Monica was very informative and and explained every step. She made it quick and easy. She was the only reason I gave five stars. Now I have to wait a long period of time for the aligners. Hopefully third times a charm.

Please, please, save yourself from this company. You go in for a scan of your teeth that does not take into account your bite or the structure of your mouth. I got aligners that did not fit. They gave me replacements after three weeks (which later impacted my ability to utilize the 30 day guarantee to get my money back). I also suffered a chipped tooth in the front of mouth due to wearing these aligners. AGAIN, please save yourself the hassle. I am out of $600 and have a chipped tooth.

I came in for a Re-Scan of my teeth to make a small adjustment before my treatment plan ends this month. I appreciate how Smile Direct was prompt in addressing my concerns that i felt a small gap still and scheduled me in right away! Monica was a pleasure to work with and really helped make the process go quickly.ONLY concern is the fact the address provided isn’t anywhere near where the store is.Instead your best bet is to put in the address for Panda Express or Palm Beach Tan (store sits right between them).

So I am still currently waiting on my receipt now so will update when I run into more issues.

Absolutely terrible experience. Was supposed to be a 4 month process. I am going on 10 months now, will be at least a year by the time I am done. If the initial plan doesnt work, they will keep extending it but it takes months each time to send new impressions and get new aligners. You also have to pay again for the impression kit. I never got my rebate for the first one and I havent gotten it for this one. On top of that, they asked for MORE impressions after i sent the initial ones for my extended plan, and I wasnt reimbursed for that either. Service and speed is terrible. Had I known what a nightmare this would be, it would have been well worth it to spend 3x the cost for invisalign. My teeth look almost the same as when I started, and Im miserable still wearing aligners every day waiting for new ones to come.

They triple check their work and excited to get my aligners within next few weeks. Onto a brighter straighter smile!

I was a little hesitant to join the Smile Direct Club, but after todays consultation with Danielle I am glad I finally did. Part of what kept me away initially was the idea of doing my own impressions (teeth molding) for the aligners. Good news is- coming here means I get a 3D scan instead (picture of mine attached)! This is much more accurate, doesnt make a mess, and significantly reduces the risk of operator error. In addition to that, Danielle answered all of my questions and explained what would happen every step of the way. At this point, I am waiting on aligners and to get this thing started. I will definitely come back and revise/add to this review as time goes on. But from an initial standpoint? Things look great and I am excited. This particular office was clean, thorough, and met all of my expectations.

Smile Direct Club at this location has some serious billing issues, the consultant should be more knowledgeable about what they are selling and what they are asking customers to pay; not explaining the bill or doing it in such a way that hides your total amount being authorized on the day of the visit is deceiving. Now I am stuck figuring out if my insurance actually covers what smile direct said and filing the paper work or reimbursement. They are more worried about making the sale!
