If you want medical info, skip to 1st star...They earned the fifth star when I called with my situation and they immediately found a way that worked for me. They earned the fourth star when they helped me stay organized during the quick intake process. They earned the third star when they opened up and talked to me about who they are as people. The second star was definitely when they specifically remembered what we talked about during my follow up.1st star is reserved for first class service because they talked me through the procedure as they went. They are very aware of your needs and are upfront and explain costs.They know whats up, its good practice all around thus far - in my humble opinion.

Covid19 protocols in place, went in for a cleaning, hygienist was very patient, friendly and extremely thorough. 5 Star service all the time.

With the Covid-19 pandemic still affecting us, it was extremely reassuring that Culebra North Dental Care instituted and were effectively utilizing numerous protocols to ensure patient safety. The staff were very professional and amiable and the service provided was outstanding as always.

Before going here I hadn’t found a dentist in Texas yet and it had been awhile because I was one of those people who couldn’t find a dentist where I liked the bedside manner. The staff here made me feel comfortable since day one. The only thing that would make it better is if they had a lab in-house, but the quality of care and detail of work makes up for it.

Culebra North Dental is THE PREMIER dental office to go to in San Antonio. I have been to quite a few dental offices in San Antonio but when I found this facilities, I knew I had found my new dental home. The ENTIRE staff makes sure you are well informed with everything that is being done and the Doctors make sure you know every procedure that is being performed. My visits have been pain free. I dont know what technique the Doctors use but I need them to keep doing what they are doing because I have been very pleased with the results.

I just want to thank you all for paying extreme attention to detail. I was ashamed of my smile for the longest, I spent a good amount of my childhood going to the dentist and honestly it scared me when having thoughts of going back as I grew older. I remember having a terrifying experience from anesthesia to removal of teeth I wasnt aware of approving to have removed. This is not that type of company. They inform you every step of the way and here I am nervous about anesthesia when I had no reason to be, it was painless due to the great amount of experience the dentist and staff have. I still have a lot of work to get done but It makes the process easier knowing ive chosen the right place! They work really fast as far as scheduling your appointment, I got my crown in less then a week. Got my exam and cleaning the same day and 2 days later I received my crown, my wife had a crown put on at another dentist office but it DID NOT compare to the amount of work this company spent on perfecting mines, you cant even tell which tooth was chipped. The staff is excellent, great customer service and even though my mouth was jacked up, I never got the feeling of being judged. I love that about them. Ive recommended my wife and shes changing over to them and we will be switching our kids over as well. Ive recommended my mother and father in law and parents of my own. I hope this company becomes VERY successful. They all deserve a round of applause. I have never really enjoyed going to the dentist but Dr. Quillian and his staff always welcome me when I arrive for my appointments and know my first name. If you are big baby and afraid of the dentist then this is the place for you! I recently was told I needed my first ever root canal awhile back and had been putting it off due to the obvious reasons and my mother, being a patient herself, recommended me seeing Dr. Quillian and the staff at Culebra North for the procedure. The staff in the front are first class professionals and are extremely helpful in setting up your appointment. They also are very easy to talk to over the phone and courteous as well. Once in the back, the dental assistants and hygienists are very professional in establishing your maximum comfort and prepping you for your procedure. Dr. Quillian then enters and explains everything he is going to do, complete with illustrations and takes the time to get to know you as a patient. I explained to him he was dealing with the worlds biggest wimp in that chair and he laughed and assured me I wouldnt feel a thing. With over 30 years experience of dealing with wimps, DR Q explained I would not feel a thing and we started talking about sports and baseball....During this time, DR Q actually administered the sedative shots to my tooth area before I even knew he was doing it and their was no pain involved with the shots.... Right away I knew this guy was real good!!..This initially gave me so much confidence in Dr Q and what he was doing in my mind, which settled big time now, that the rest of the procedure would now be a breeze..The best part about this entire procedure ( I still have one more) is that Dr Q explained everything I was going to feel throughout the entire process , step-by step, always ending with , you should NOT feel any discomfort ..and if you do raise your hand and we will stop. This helped in calming my nerves almost to the point of almost falling asleep several times in the chair during the procedure...At no time did I FEEL ANY PAIN during my first root canal and this clinic certainly dispelled many of the myths I had foolishly read online the night before about root canal procedures and the pain involved. If you are a big baby like I am am and need a filling or root canal or any other dental work done in the future , I strongly recommend DR Q and the staff at Culebra North Dental....they are awesome and have sold me on being a lifelong patient!

I started my quest to get my teeth fixed only after all my children moved out. Over the years I have had lots of fears and difficulties in going to the dentist. Dr. Quillian and his staff have completely banished all my dental fears. I wish I had reached out earlier to them. I like that everything is explained. I like that each step is outlined as we go thru a procedure. I know I am half way thru or he is going to polish next or another adjustment needs to be made. Now when something feels not right with my teeth, I just go right ahead and ask for help. It is my mouth and the health of my teeth and I know where to go.

I decided to get invisalign and thought any office would be okay. I decided to check a few of them out anyways. I found that they werent all the same. It was just based on what I saw and felt at the consultations: caring, staffs work ethic and the Doctors approach to his work. Dr Quillians office was by far the best and I didnt hesitate making my appointment to start the invisalign before I left the office. Its been 5 months now and all the reviews you are reading here are true. His staff is caring, knowledgeable, professional and they make you feel comfortable. And you can tell Dr Quillian loves what he does. HIs advice, his gentleness, his skills in dentistry /orthodontics are matched by his kindness, sincerity and professionalism. I called at 4:45 p.m. n got a recording saying our offices are currently closed... their hours are listed as closing at 5:00 p.m. So much for good customer service.

Ive gone here since I was a child. I got my first and second sets of braces here, traditional and Invisalign. They have always not only cared about my teeth, but me as a person. Dr. Quallian is a stand up guy and Dentist/ orthdonist! This office stays up on the latest and greatest technology and procedures. Highly recommend!
