First time here and ladies are seriously the best! so sweet and talkative, really makes you feel comfortable! they did a great job w my teeth cleaning she was super gentle, if you’re looking for a great dentist office this is it!

Years ago I was searching for a dentist and sent several emails out pertaining to dentures, being that I was young at that time I was very embarrassed. I went to several dental offices for advice on my teeth. I would walk out of every office feeling humiliated. Since the first appointment at Blanco Crossing Dental I have felt comfortable and welcomed by all the staff! They assist you in every way, from explaining your insurance and payment plans to Jabbour explaining everything in detail and asking if we have any questions..(Rare with dentist and drs!) to text/calls about upcoming appointments, and I’ve even received wellness calls at times! Recently my children have switched from their dentist to Blanco Dental Crossing and I am so pleased with it!! They personally care and its noticeable that this isn’t just a job for them. So pleased that I drive @ 1 1/2 for our dental appointment!(which they have scheduled us all together!) ❤️ Definitely would refer anyone!

I absolutely love My Dentist G. Jabbbour He is the most compassionate, effective, & patient Dentist Ever!. His office is very convenient. Staff are very cordial & attentive; financial arrangements are worked out so one can maintain optimum dental health. The dental hygienist has the most delicate of touch. No one likes going to the dentist but the staff here makes you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door and until you leave the dentist chair. Always on time in keeping with your appointment. Very knowledgeable and makes sure that you understand all your options for whatever needs to be done.

I found BCD on a emergency situation, I was able to book quickly and have my husband seen within the hour, then a few days later we needed to do a last minute procedure. Thats where ALEX comes in. She explained the options thoroughly over the phone, was patient, kind and professional which made me comfortable enough to send my husband back after the previous mishap. She helped me coordinate a time to accommodate his schedule due to him being an essential truck driver and I was told everything regarding payment beforehand which was a bonus for me! Alex is a true professional in her field and we appreciate her!

Dr. Jabbour and his friendly staff are amazing! I always receive reminders about my appointments and they are always helpful in accommodating my busy schedule. I’ve had to reschedule an appointment before and they were able to squeeze me in the following week. Other offices claim they don’t have anything for at least a couple months! I do understand it’s based on the needs of the patient and sometimes they differ but I’ve never felt anything less of FANTASTIC when I’m here! I would recommend Blanco Crossing to everyone! My girls and I were able to get all our cavities fixed in one day. The dentist was very quick and the quality of work was perfect. He made my 7 yr old feel comfortable and explained to her what he was going to do. She didnt feel scared at all! I had a bad experience at the dentist school and I was afraid this would take all day and be painful but everything was fast and he was very gentle with us all. I had not been to the dentist in 10 years and was extremely nervous about going see a dentist again. However; my experience was so great! The office was so beautiful!!! The staff in the front and back office were so nice and helpful in calming my nerves. The dentist was so patient and very nice with me. He explained in detail what I needed and took his time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a friendly and caring office. I have since referred family and friends to them.

Dr. Jabbour is absolutely incredible, he explained the whole procedure and made sure I understood. I did not have insurance at the time but was dealing with horrible pain. Ive been all over town getting dental work done, this place bar none has the most friendly and professional staff Ive ever encountered. Got a tooth removed and temp crown, follow up appointments, and payment plan set up all in a very timely manner. 10/10 recommend this place!

Went in for my a regular clean . The staff took excellent care of me from my insurance courage to the dentist taking care of work needing to be done to my teeth on top of my cleaning.Alex from the receptionist did a excellent job getting everything I needed to be covered!

This Dental Team is GREAT! It is the cleanest dental office I have ever been to and the staff is very family friendly. They make you feel more as ease, and you can tell they have a sense of urgency to help you. Dr. Jabbour took his time with me, always was asking if I had any questions and periodically asking if I was okay during treatment. He and his team created a treatment plan for my husband and I that I was very comfortable with. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to my family and friends.

Being new to San Antonio I hadn’t got a dentist here yet and giving them a call Alex was a huge help she was awesome! She got all my paper work done over the phone so I could be ready to be seen once I got there. She helped me get everything situation and all my teeth work came out great, so I left pain free!!! I went for. a deep cleaning and went in with no wait time in the lobby the reception staff was very polite and the dentist was very proffesional on his work the dental assistants were very good on their work walk out very satisfied.

Dr. Jabbour was great. I had an urgent request and he squeezed me in at the last minute and he stayed after hours to make sure I got the care I needed. I had fillings done and the procedure was completed in under 30 minutes. He was very attentive to making sure I experienced no pain. I also had a cleaning, and I am impressed that Dr. Jabbour does the cleaning himself. I prefer the Doctor to do the cleanings over having a hygienist do them. He made it a point to check frequently on my comfort and pain level. I liked that he did not hesitate to make sure I had the right amount of pain medicine. His staff was great, very helpful, and very understanding. All the paperwork is electronic and I really appreciate that.

Pain for months, I called and had an appointment set for two hours later. 30 minutes total to finish dental work and paperwork, no more pain!

Horrible experience!! The dentist wanted to charge my insurance for $1,500 of unnecessary services and refused to give me a regular cleanning because he suggested a deep cleaning which the insurance would of pay more for. It is dollars and cents with this dentist, I dont recommend him at all.

Dr. Jabbour is awesome. I could not have expected a better doctor to deal with my dental issues. He is honest and straight forward and takes care of most issues within one visit. Most doctors make you make a second, third and fourth appointment. I dont have time for that. If you are a working professional or not, no one likes to take time out of their day to go to the doctor. Dr. Jabbour and his staff have many years of success ahead of them if they keep up with the good work that they are doing.

Honestly i had given up. I had $10 and I was in extreme pain and all i can say is alex would give me an idea and say call me back, it wouldnt work and she would give me another and say call me back she wouldnt give up or let me give up and sure enough somehow I was able to borrow $120 and she got got me in the chair to have 7 teeth pulled some fillings and a root conal. And gosh.. I can keep going how amazing this women is but all ima say is if ur in extreme pain and ur out of options and u want to just give up CALL ALEX!!!! She wont let u and Im sure she will find a way to get u in that chair.

I have been a client of Dr. Jabbour for about 10 months, I do like him as a person and he is a very polite, understanding and knowledgeable dentist but that is what you expect from your neighborhood dentist but Dr. Jabbour and I came to a situation where he recommended that I need to replace an existing bridge since it broke. My insurance company fought the recommendation and Dr. Jabbour stood solid on his recommendation and won a 4 months battle with the insurance company. I have not seen other dentists that do that, he has gone beyond and above to help during the 4 moths battle of appeals.Thank you for everything :)

I recently made my first appointment with Blanco Crossing Dental because they were on our insurance provider list. I am so glad I chose them. All the staff is so friendly - the receptionist was great setting up the appointment. She was knowledgeable and courteous. Dr.Jabbour was great! He took great pains to explain every detail about each little problem shown on the x-ray and all the options and then which of those options he preferred and why. Ive never been so impressed with a dentist wanting to be sure I understood everything. His assistant was skillful and so friendly. One really nice thing was he did the cleaning and fillings all in the same visit. In the last few years my other dental checkups always had to be in at least two visits. I could never understand why in the world they couldnt take the x-rays AND clean your teeth in the same visit. My only guess is because they can charge for two visits instead of one. The office is very calm, clean and comfortable but not excessively showy so Im only paying for my dental work, not someones idea of interior design. I was so impressed with Dr. Jabbour and his staff I immediately recommended him to my husband a month later when he had a tooth flair up. He came home and also raved about him. I would highly recommend Blanco Crossing Dental to anyone looking for a new dental home.

Dr. Jabour is a SAVING GRACE! He brought me in as a NEW PATIENT on a Saturday to give me an Emergency Root Canal within an hour of leaving a message on his cell. I continue to use him as my Dentist, even though I live in Bandera County (1 hr. away), because Dr. Jabour is extremely meticulous and efficient, the staff here is friendly and extremely personable, and after many years of food aversions due to my aching mouth, Blanco Crossing Dental and Dr. Jabour gave me back my bite!!!! Dr. Jabbour has been my dentist since 2007. My family and I were among the first to follow him to his new practice at Blanco Crossing.He is unlike any dentist I have ever had. His care is beyond professional, it is personal. He is always aware of comfort. He does not get so involved in what he is doing that he forgets how I am feeling!!He is absolutely the best at describing things … whether it is treatment options, expected results, or just how things are going to feel. I am not comfortable if I do not know what to expect; I am always comfortable after Dr. Jabbour’s explanations. Since finding Dr. Jabbour, I truly do not dread going to the dentist.My teeth were not in the best shape when I first started going to Dr. Jabbour, which presented him with some unusual challenges. But, thanks to his expertise and sometimes his creativity, the result have been uniformly excellent, both in appearance and endurance. I absolutely could not be more pleased.
