They’ve completely changed my experience with dentist as I use to be a little scared but they’ll always be my #1 recommendation for anyone looking & I’ll be sure to use them again if I move back to San Antonio! I have been going to this office for years even before the bee family dentistry took over and when they came and took over, the transition was so smooth and comfortable it was almost unnoticeable that things were changing. This team truly cares about every one of their patients and take the time to get to know them. They have absolutely set the standards of care high and have showed me the importance of finding those small family operations that prioritize their clients first, over everything.

This dentist who they call doctor bee (Dr. Catherine Boenitz ) damaged my wife s teeth. We lived days like hell . She doesn’t know nothing about dentistry. We went to do tooth extraction, she said it will take just 15 minutes, it took her four hours and she didn’t even get the job done. She end up breaking the tooth she was working on and the one right next to it damaged a healthy tooth only because she didn’t know what she was doing , and cracked another one which caused my wife Physical pain and emotional suffering for months and end up having oral surgery which cost us a lot in medical bills as well as missing work. She is not just incapable of even locating and fix the right issue but causes even more.Please be careful don’t trust her and save yourself and your family this pain and money go to another more professional dentist knows what he / she doing not like her.

Dr. Boenitz and her team at Bee Family Dentistry are absolutely amazing! My 17yr old son left feeling happy and relieved that the experience was pleasant, as he’s never liked going to the dentist in the past. I went to Dr. Bee because of an emergency, having lost part of a tooth the day before. She worked had worked me in during lunch. I was greeted at the clinic as if it were a party. Everyone was happy to meet me and made me feel extremely at ease from the get-go to the end.... One of the best staff experiences ever for a dental office! My wait was short. Dr. Bee was prompt. Her nurse had done X-rays in the first few minutes, and Dr. Bee immediately told me what had happened, made sure I was not in any pain, proceeded to answer my questions succinctly, and kindly offered best solutions. Im willingly (!) going back for a crown next month. Excellent dentist, staff, and experience. I highly recommend Bee Family Dentistry for any age group, young to old.

My 5 year old son and I have come here for a couple of years now and we love it. I have had cleaning and a tooth pulled and my son has had his checkups and cleanings. It is homey and comfy and everyone is really nice and really care to get to know you. They are so kind to my son he loves coming and getting his new toothbrush😊

This is the best dentist I’ve ever gone to hands down. A lot of places are eager to push procedures on you, but not here. They focus on preventative measures, good oral hygiene, and regular cleanings to ensure good dental health. They really do care about you here. Other dental offices I’ve visited have straight up lied about pricing, leaving me walking about with hundreds of dollars owed to them and adding more worry than I walked in with. At Bee Dental, Kyle runs all the numbers, double checks your insurance, and makes sure there is communication with you so there’s no bill surprises. Dr. Bee was so kind to fit me in to have my tooth pulled. It was a rough tooth to get out, but she very patiently and carefully worked on it while i watched a program of my choice! Since it was a tough molar, i thought I was going to be super sore for days. By 2nd day, only took tylenol. This is day three and I dont even need any meds! Her assistants were very kind also and good attitudes!A very good experience! I loved the room I was in....whole wall ceiling to floor windows with a park-like view! Allowed a friend to sit in room with me 🥰

This place is amazing! Everyone is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I even had a bad reaction to a medication that didnt present itself until the weekend of course! The Dentist called me personally ON THE WEEKEND to make sure I was okay and to advise me what to do! Bee Family Dentistry is exceptional!!

I have a long engrained fear of the dentist from growing up as Im sure most others do as well. The staff at Dr. Bs office is amazing and helps me over come those fears. My hygienist, Laura, is awesome! She takes her time to make sure I am comfortable and talks me through what shes doing. The best part is that there is no judgement if I havent been doing my best at brushing or flossing, just suggestions and encouragement. After my 3rd or 4th visit, I can honestly say Im cured of 90% of my dentist fear. Thanks a bunch yall.

Had dentures made here, at first they were not right, but they did not dismiss my concerns, and after it was done, the fit, feel, and look were wonderful. They did lots of extra things to insure I was satisfied. I recommend Dr B without reservations, and it is really a true mom and dad shop, her husband is the manager. Very personal and superior service.

Very kind staff and well informed. Dr Bee is amazing and loves her profession. Laura is a great hygienist. Kyle and Jeanie working the front are very helpful. My teeth would periodontal treatments and Kyle was very clear on the cost and what my insurance will and would not cover. So I didnt have any surprises. If there is any downside it is that the office building it is located at has many uneven steps. There are many posted signs for good reason. Also Park in the back, plenty of parking and easier to turn back onto Wurzbach.

Oh my gosh! Cannot say enough nice things about the staff at Bee Family Dentistry. So friendly, genuinely interested in your life and family. Super gentle and just overall positive dental experience every time. Our whole family goes to Dr. B. Shes the best.

Majority of the patients are kids but I just took that to mean theyll be extra gentle. I like the location its very convenient for me since I work in the medical center. I had a cleaning and filling done recently and everything went well. I got to watch Netflix while they worked. Price wise seems reasonable. They didnt try to up sale me anything.

It sounds ironic but my family and I actually enjoy going to the dentist! Bee Family Dental has set the bar high. My familys perception of going to the dentist is a positive one all thanks to their professionalism, kindness, consideration of time (and money), and thorough dental work. I cant speak highly enough of Bee Family Dentistry. They are friendly and professional. They cover our dental needs, but they also treated a boy who was visiting us from another country. The young man did not receive adequate dental treatment in his country so Dr. B filled his cavities. She did it in a way where he felt comfortable and was unafraid of the process. I absolutely love this dentist. My daughter is intellectually disabled and i was worried about her first time at the dentist for cavaties but I was amazed on how Dr. Bee handled her, she was patient, instructive, interactive with her and understanding of her condition. By the end Dr Bee built a rapport with my daughter and my daughter trusted her(which shocked me because my daughter doesnt trust quickly) Im just amazed. I highly recommend.

Maybe the most honest and best dental experience Ive ever had. No bait and switch schemes, no cold and stern atmosphere. I got a wonderful cleaning for a little bit of money and from walking in the door to walking out took exactly 1 hour. This is how going to the dentist should be.
