I was getting my permanent crown put on my tooth. Everything was clean and sanitized. I felt very comfortable with the surroundings. The dentist and staff members were all very professional. They explained everything they were doing. Everyone was nice and friendly.

I have been to premier dental for two visits and the staff is very friendly and customer service focus. The hygienist are very thorough and caring. Always asking if anything bothers you while taking the time to do an excellent job. I recommend Premier hands down. They are the best among many i’ve had at least in the last 10 years.

After having a bad experience with another dentist, I tried premier. They were so nice all the way through, determined that the other dentist was trying to have me get expensive and unnecessary work. I was so happy with the service, friendliness and price. They are awesome!

Neat.clean waiting room. Check in was very smooth and professional. I was there for X-rays and routine cleaning. The tech retrieved me from the waiting room and led me to the examining room. She was very polite and immediately explained the various changes in their procedures due to CV-19 paideia. Very informative and relaxing. Tech exhibited professionalism, expertise in her skills, friendly personality and great sense of humor. Well done! I won’t hesitate to return.

The hygenist was phenomenal. The dentist checked my x-rays and said I needed three fillings and explained why. Two of the cavities had not yetpenetrated the enamel so I didnt feel comfortable that these two fillings, but am getting them based on his recommendation of preventative care. Overall a very good visit.

Great overall experience under this pandemic, though I wish all of them practiced masking per their requirement to wear a mask at check in.. but one of the hygienist was walking back and forth in and out the waiting room without a mask. When I brought up it up at the front desk she said the hygienist was on her lunch break. Say what!!!??

I just had 2 crowns done by Dr. Nguyen. I am still very impressed by his kindness and dental work. He is a dental genius! Also, his staff are the nicest group of people too. They pay very close attention when working with you making sure you are comfortable. You all should be very proud of yourselves!

This is my third visit to Premier. Each time my appt was right on time. The hygienist was very professional and worked quickly but throughly to accommodate my TMJ problem. Dr. Dotson did a through check and was very gentle. I will continue to use this location of Premier Dental Center.

We are new to San Antonio and this is my third dentist in 8 months. First one was horrible, second one was too expensive (great but couldnt afford it), and then I discovered Dr. Douglass. I called and got in within couple of days, front office is very nice, lady that works in the front is super polite and understanding. I had my full x-rays done in less than 10 minutes, it was not uncomfortable at all, the assistant that did them was very professional and efficient. And the whole area makes you feel like you are in your home. Treatment room I was in had a big screen TV where I could see as my pictures were being taken and later where doctor went over each and every one of my teeth and discussed them. The assistant asked me what kind of music I would like to listen to and she played it for me during my entire visit ! There is a nice chair with a blanket, and old shelf that makes it look so cozy. Also, I have huge anxiety about taking my blood pressure in a medical environment (I take it at myself at home) and she did not pressure me into doing it.Dr. Douglass was very sweet, he has 42 years of experience and I trusted him from the moment he spoke. I trust my gut and it was telling me this was a great guy. He is funny, experienced, professional and honest. You cant beat that. I found my dentist, I guess third times a charm :)

Very pleased with my visit to Premier Dental. The staff was very knowledgeable, caring, and explained everything to me. They answered any questions I had, and were very professional and compassionate. Ive only ever had one dentist in my adult life that I felt cared and was honest, and didnt want to give me unnecessary procedures. As a military family, with each move it takes me time to decide on who to see because of the negative experiences Ive had. It took me a year to choose Premier, and I am so glad I did!

Dr. Douglass and his staff are wonderful! They take the time to get to know you personally, and remember you when you come back. I had been to another dentist after an old filling had fallen out who recommended I get a crown. I came to see Dr. Douglass for a second opinion, and he recommended I refill my tooth. There was no reason for a crown. He saved me time and money and just got a patient for life. My husband and I love it here. Dr. Douglass is very conservative and thorough with his care, and I appreciate that. Now a days the truth is hard to come by with some dentists. I completely trust Dr. Douglass to tell me if and when I need any work done, and his hygienists are the most thorough I’ve ever had. They take their time, which is refreshing. I highly recommend Dr. Douglass.

This is the dental practice Ive been searching for for many years. Love Dr. Douglass and the crew here! Finally, a dentist who seems to actually care and is an honest, ethical person (and bonus-great personality!). The entire staff is just a wonderful bunch of people. We actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Ive had a string of dentists who only seemed to be in it for the money. I finally feel confident that if Im ever told I need some dental work, it is legitimate and necessary. Also, dental cleanings here are the best Ive had in years!
