Tried this place in 2018, the teeth cleaning took 2.5 hours, I wasn’t allowed to leave to go back to work, and was subsequently fired from my job because of it. I never leave negative reviews, but just got a text to schedule a teeth cleaning for the first time in 3 years since going here, so it reminded me to leave a review. I replied and explained to the person why I wouldn’t be returning (after the confusion passed of being contacted for the first time in 3 years), and they did not even seem to care. Told me to schedule another appointment and give them another chance. Go to Blvd Dental near UTSA instead. Good, quick service every time, and the people are actually nice.

Went for an initial cleaning and was told I needed a fill. The tech mentioned 4 cavities that needed to be filled and said the Dr would further explain. Dr basically said I needed to reschedule for for my fill so in my assumption i was coming back for only 4 cavities.I walk in and am immediately told the price of my visit. Not even a hello or temp check for covid precautions like every other medical site I’ve visited. I didn’t get any proper info about my teeth with my prior visit so the 4 cavities I THOUGHT I had turned into 15 cavities and was rushed into Deciding on the spot on filling them or not. I’d already taken the time off and I figured I’d trust the experts.I had NO sensitivity or pain in ANY of my teeth but I figured that’s what was best recommended for me. I now have severe tooth aches in areas I never had issues with.Though I’m grateful for the extra numbing there was not an interest in the world for the way I stumbled my way to the restroom and to the front desk after my visit. My nurse coworker was upset at the state I was in when I returned to work and was shocked to have know that they even let me drive in the condition she saw me in.I hate to be this person but I genuinely feel like they uncharged me to get more out of my visit.They did gift me a free toothpaste though. Yay

I’ve been going to Dr. Garanzuay’s Dental Office for several years now. Dr. Garanzuay, Enrique, and the entire team are always very welcoming and professional. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable at her offices. I am provided a pre-procedural rinse, temperature check, and COVID 19 screening. In addition, she provides a clear and thorough explanation of any treatment needed and I never have to wait long to be seen. Her staff are very efficient and provide appointment reminders. As a fellow dentist, I appreciate her thoroughness and the high-quality care that she provides. I highly recommend Dr. Garanzuay and her team to anyone in need of dental services!

Hands down the best dentist office Ive ever been to. Enrique always remembers your name, even if you havent stopped by in a long time. All the staff is so laid back and ensures youre comfortable. Dr. Garanzuay is very thorough and kind. You will not leave unsatisfied or disappointed.I had some cosmetic dentistry here and Dr. G did such an amazing job. Dr. Garanzuay Is such a kind and wonderful dentist. My two children and I are patients here and the entire office staff is so warm and inviting. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome here. They always check with your insurance coverage to maximize your care so you won’t have any surprise costs. Truly a great doctor with an amazing staff and would recommend to anyone without reservations.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Dr. Garanzuay is very good. I’m able to “read” her lips well enough to understand her. Which is good👍🏽Her husband also works there and he is super nice too.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. G!!! In the past, I have been afraid of having dental work done because the Novocain shot was almost worse than the procedure. She is the most gentle, patient dentist, and I can say that her shots are literally painless. I love the staff, and love that they know each member of my family by name. My two oldest sons (3 and 5) are patients of hers as well, and she is wonderful with them. I highly recommend their office to anyone needing a routine cleaning, dental work, crown, fillings, and any other dental need!

Dr G has the best Bedside manner and professional attention. She treated our son for a temp cap. Our son maintained a sense of comfort that is not easy. Thank You for a great job done!! Well recommended!! Will continue to see you for current and future dentistry for our family..
