Dr. Jones is an excellent dentist. I went to him today with an abscess above a dental implant. The dentist that originally did the implant left a piece of my tooth in the area and decided he did not need to take it out. It took a while but it finally decided it was going to cause trouble. Dr. Jones had to open my gum to get it out. He has also done an implant on me before and did an excellent job. I have eleven implants so I have experience with this type of work and believe me Dr. Andre Jones knows what he is doing. The staff, as well as Dr. Jones continue to have the same friendly environment that Dr. Núñez had when he was in the office.

Dr. Jones is such a great doctor! He’s so calming for my children and takes such good care of them. He also helps my wife with her severe dental anxiety. He is very thorough and informative and truly makes you feel like you’re in the best hands. It’s a great feeling when you know you can fully trust your dentist. Also, his staff is the sweetest! You can really tell everyone enjoys what they do and that they have a family like connection. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Jones is a great dentist! Both my wife and I have gone to Inspire Dental in the last year. He has an eye for excellence, especially for implant work. He doesnt take shortcuts and he takes pride in his work. He has a sincere heart and genuinely seeks the best care for his patients. He is the only person in San Antonio that I would trust to take care of our familys dental needs.

Love this please! I’ve never enjoyed the dentist until going here. The staff are all so sweet and do a great job making you feel welcomed. Dr. Jones is great at administering anesthetic, I felt almost no pain during the process.

Dr. Nunez was great. He explained everything that needed to be done. I am usually super anxious and nervous going to a dentist but he is so sweet and easygoing. He was honest on his opinions of what I needed to do but also gave me the option to decide of what I wanted to do. I would recommend him to everyone. His staff was really nice too.

Disappointed: I have been a patient of Dr.Nunez for many years and very pleased with him and his staffs professionalism. However, something has happened. This past Friday, I had a scheduled routine 6 months cleaning and x-rays. I had a different dental hygienist that was exceptional and then a different doctor...first time in several years that someone else was standing in for Dr.Nunez. I did not recognize the person at the front desk. No one explained anything to me. Then after the services were performed, I was told that DR. Nunez was an out of network provider for my insurance. This was very surprising to me and I am dismayed that I paid more than expected and probably will be getting billed for a larger portion of the bill. If they had told me in advance, I would have probably kept the appointment because I really like Dr. Nunez, but this was too unprofessional for me. If you have an appointment coming up please make sure Dr. Nunez is still an in network provider for your insurance so you will know what to expect because they will not tell you. This is not a way to treat a long-time patient. So DISAPPOINTED.

HONEST, ETHICAL, CONGENIAL!! Dr. Nuñez, his office staff and the dental hygenist, Adrian, were WONDERFUL! Very professional, explained EVERYTHING in laymans terms AND didnt suggest ANY unnecessary dental procedures. Dr. Nuñez advised me to wait until my next appt in Sept to decide whether I wanted to move forward with his suggestions regarding my concerns!! Christian man!!

The staff is wonderful. They took the time to go over treatment plans and explain everything very carefully. One thing that stood out was the fact that both staff and doctor took the time to listen to patient concerns and needs. My sister and I have been going to Dr. Nunez since we were in middle school--were in our 30s now! We always request Donna as our hygienist. Shes very friendly and tries to make having your teeth cleaned as comfortable as possible.

I have never been to a dentist where the entire staff is so friendly and truly make you feel welcome and they are glad you are there. Dr Nunez is the first dentist that takes as much time as needed to explain everything and really listen to you. I had a cleaning with Donna who is so thorough, not only with cleaning but looking at every aspect of your mouth. Edward can easily explain and help you understand your insurance and what to expect for your part. Claribel is so sweet and really goes out of her way to help find you an appointment that works with your schedule and gives you those gentle reminders. So helpful when we live in a world of so many distractions, making it easy to forget said appointment. Yesterday was my first time having some fillings replaced. Maria and Dr Nunez were hesitant they said after because I have such anxiety about dental procedures. Thanks to a childhood of having fillings and teeth pulled without numbing medication. The sound of the drill, the smell when they grind, ugh! Needless to say, the fillings were done in the most gentle way. Dr Nunez and Maria explained everything as they were doing it and why. Dr Nunez was in no rush to drill, fill and get me out of the chair for the next patient. If you have to work done or just need a thorough but gentle cleaning, this is the place, staff and dentist to have it done at.
