Great place to get dental work done, Valerie J at the front desk welcomes you when you enter, and when you leave. She does an amazing job at explaining your bills, and what treatment was done. Yahira did and amazing job with X-rays and the cleaning she was so sweet and gentle with her care. Dr. Brownlee was efficient with her work and helped me understand ways I can take care of my teeth. Truly a great experience at this office. From the front end of the office with Zara to the dental hygienist Karen. I really appreciate how friendly and welcoming every single staff member was in the office. I will definitely will be coming back and recommend anyone to this office. I am A first time patient of Springtime Family Dental Care. I want to share my experience at Springtime Family Dental Care. When I walked through the door I was greeted by Mrs Zara. She is wonderful she made me feel like family. Dr Brown Lee and the medical Staff where awesome. The staff went through the process and explain to me in detail what dental treatment I was going to be receiving. What I thought was going to be hours took less time. I felt like I was around family so I never had any concerns about the place. I also have taken my daughters here and I am very happy with the work Dr Brown Lee and her staff have done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a dental facility this is the place to come.

My whole family loves this place! Ive had a lot of dental work over my lifetime but this place has made me feel the most comfortable!! I have also brought my children, one of which has autism and really struggles with anxiety. He did great and actually gave me no trouble on our next visit. I visited springtime family dental today and I was really nervous because of previous experiences with other dental offices. I REALLY REALLY recommend this place, from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out they make you feel good, best experience ever. I am not afraid of coming back because I know that they are going to take a really good care of me. Karen was amazing, I have very sensitive teeth, she was so gentle and always making sure I was comfortable with every procedure she was doing. This is the BEST dentist office you could ever go to. EVERYONE there is so friendly and always so sweet and welcoming. Karen is the absolute best dentist. She helped me with cleaning my gums, & even though I was having a mini panic attack, she made sure I was comfortable, she even brought out lavender essential oil to help me relax. She also gave great recommendations for affordable products I can use to help my teeth and gums stay healthy. I cannot thank this staff enough for everything they do. I also want to give Zara a shoutout, she is always so welcoming when I come in and she helps schedule my appointments and works with my busy schedule. They really treat you like family, I am so glad I found this office.

Excellent care and service for my husband, myself, and our baby. We really appreciate the accommodation of the staff as first time parents. I absolutely LOVE this place!!!! As a mother it hurts to know that i couldve prevented any cavities my child may get and to hear that she is going to have to have an extensive procedure is the worst. My Heart sank but I have to say Dr Reyes was the absolute BEST!!! She explained everything she was going to do to my daughter thoroughly. When the day came to getting everything done she was patient, caring and compassionate. I cannot express how grateful i am towards her assistants Gabbi & Carolina, those 2 were the best from the moment we walked in to walking out the door. Hello everyone! My name is David 37 and Im a new patient at springtime dental. I am truly, truly grateful for the staff and my coworker whos family of 5 are patients he too. I just want to thank from the bottom of my heart Karen and Zara for making me feel comfortable and really making me feel better about myself. I hadnt seen a dentist in a little over 10 years and a heavy coffee drinker and a tobacco dipper you can only imagine the problems I have. I told them I havent smiled or been happy since so when covid started I felt here is my opportunity, an excuse to cover up my smile or lack thereof. I called them last Friday with a huge infection in my mouth due to 10 years of lemme put it out there depression and just not caring about myself but man Ill tell you that from the first phone call I made to them I truly felt like they cared and this was over the phone. Ive been so embarrassed to smile to even attempt to have a normal conversation without being self conscious about my teeth. But not only did Karen and staff cured my infection but they got me to come back the following Friday to get a cleaning but to also come up with a plan to get my smile back without embarrassment AANNDDD boy did they. I have a new found confidence in myself I was hesitant cuz of payment situation but they found a way to break it up into payments and visits I can afford which too was an issue for me but how I see it happiness DOES NOT have a price limit so lets do it. I know so long but ladies, from the bottom of my heart I thank you and my kids thank you. I cant wait to start taking selfies with my kids again!-David

I have not been to a dentist in years due to never having coverage . I found this place right up the road and they are amazing. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly face. They had my favorite show playing “ Nailed it” and great music on too! The hygienist was super sweet and so was the Doctor. We had a great conversation prior to my exam about something that was not dental related which put me to ease. Everything was explained to me and I even got a break down of what I would owe for the work I needed done at the next visit . Highly recommend!

I’m going to start off by saying that this is the BEST dental office I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in for the first time I felt welcomed by Lulu and Yolanda. Such sweet ladies, very attentive and helped me out so much, even went extra mile to help out with my insurance. As for Dr.T he is an amazing doctor, very kind and I like how he explained everything to me. He did EXCELLENT work on my fills. I can definitely tell he cares a lot about his patients. Overall, you get treated like you are family at this dental office and recommend this place to everyone.

They really do a great job. SinceI hadnt visited a dentist office in a few years there was a few things to take care of. They explained everything clearly so as to help me understand what I needed done and why while also calming my nerves and just being great people over all.

Tried to make an appointment today. I am on my husbands insurance and the woman on the phone wanted his SS#. Not sure why they need that, I dont give out my own SS# when MD offices ask for it. I have the insurance card with the group# on it and they can easily verify the information needed that way. I was wanting a dentist office close to our new house but will just go to the one that my husband goes to in Terrell Hills by our old house.5/1/19: So just read the response. Again, no you don’t need my social security number.I am in the medical profession, and although I don’t do front office work, I NEVER give my social when I visit Other MD offices for personal appointments. And no office has required for me to give it to them when I skip that part on my patient information page.

First visit was a very long wait 2 in a half hours just to get my daughters images on her teeth. That probably took 15 mins.Very professional staffSecond visit was expected as they did inform me it would take a few hours before treatment for my daughter, do to medication needing time to process.... Treatment was 1hr 50 minutes and Dr. Norma Reyes and her staff were excellent with my daughter through the procedure. I have already recommended my sister and close friend and they both scheduled visits with their children.I have been to a few doctors and I was not to fond of and Now I feel comfortable and happy to know my daughter likes it here. I have had my share of dentist throughout my life both personal and as a parent. Springtime Dental is the best dental clinic I have been to. The staff is courteous and professional. My kids and I absolutely love Dr. I, she takes her time with her patients. She even took her time with my 10 year old and made sure he understood everything before beginning any dental work. My family and I have found a dental clinic that we are not afraid of or dread going to. Oh, and open every other Saturday is the cherry on top!

First visit and it was very pleasent! The staff handled the examination/xrays both fast, very competently, and with concern for my comfort during. They explained everything well (even the more scientific stuff i was curious about) and I felt they really did have my comfort as a priority. Beyond the excellent service, the staff was also friendly and having my cleaning done by the Hygienist, Karen, was way more enjoyable and informative than the past cleanings Ive had at other dentals in the past.Definitely will recommend this place first if I hear anyone I know ask about finding a dentistry.

After moving to San Antonio about two years ago for graduate school, I decided to finally establish dental care. I chose Springtime Family Dental Care because of their outstanding ratings and affordable cost (I used a Groupon for my appointment). Many things stood out to me during my appointment that motivated me to leave a review. Dr. Cheema was thorough and I didn’t feel like she was rushing through my exam. In the current medical environment, it’s a nice feeling when providers are able to take their time and make you feel welcome. She allowed time for questions and she was very approachable. Carolina, the medical assistant, and Irene, front desk, were both very professional during my interactions with them. The hygienist, Kammie, was especially helpful. I appreciate that she took the time to show me proper flossing technique and actually explain to me some of the things she noticed during her exam. Overall, my experience at Springtime Family Dental was enjoyable and I will certainly come back in the future.

Today I brought my 3-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son to Springtime Family Dental for their teeth cleaning. I will admit I was a bit nervous when I walked in because the overall atmosphere, although very clean and modern, was very ‘grown-up’ and nothing like the safari theme our kids were used to seeing at their previous dentist. I wondered if maybe I made a mistake by not bringing them to a place that ‘specialized’ in children. I was way wrong!Irene at the front desk was very friendly and did not make me feel guilty about being a little late. She also did a lot of research prior to that appointment due to some insurance issues I was having. I also enjoyed the fact that she handed me a remote so the kids could watch Netflix while we waited our turn (wait was less than 3 mins). I never felt rushed while Yoli explained what was going to happen during the appointment and she gladly answered all my questions. What impressed me most about Yoli was seeing the way she encouraged each of my children which is a huge reason they both calmly sat through the x-ray process. The most amazing part of this whole experience and the main reason for my review was witnessing the way Dr. Cheema and Yoli excitedly worked together to motivate and reassure each of my kids while they did what they needed to do in order to clean and protect my children’s teeth. The positive energy from Dr. Cheema and Yoli was contagious and from that moment I knew I was going to recommend Springtime Family Dental to all my friends!I realize now that all the bold colors and characters coving a dentist’s office only indicates that they hired someone who specialized in children’s artwork and says nothing about the capabilities of the staff nor the actual dentist.

I am always scared to see a new dentist but I am happy to recommend this place for anyone who is wondering where to go. Everybody was really helpful and the place did not stress me out at all. Carolina who sat at the reception was pleasant and welcoming. My treatment was done by Dr. Cheena, who btw is too good at her work. Carolina who is her assistant is excellent as well. They were really patient, did not take shortcuts and ensured that I was okay for that entire time. Highly recommended purely because of the Dr. Cheena, Carolina and other staff I came across- You guys are awesome. I have also spoken to Irene over the phone a few times and shes kind as well.

Dr. T and the assistant Yolanda were so sweet and explained everything. Very nice Office. Right behind where I live. Would recommend it.

If you need any dental work done, go here! It was the best dental experience I ever had. Everyone who works here is organized, kind, professional, and a good sense of humor.Irene was able to get me an appointment within 3 days of contacting the office to solve a persistent problem that I neglected to treat for several years.Dr. Cheema and Kammie are extremely competent, knowledgeable, compassionate and genuinely nice.Last but not least the wonderful assistants Yolanda and Carolina, are the icing on the cake. They go above and beyond every visit to ensure I am comfortable and up to date on the procedures and treatment plan Dr. Cheema laid out for me.

Everybody has different experiences with Dentistry for first visit. Ive got Insurance problem for a few days, Irene(front desk) was trying to help me to verify through my Insuarance for several times. Before my appointment, my husband figured out that we had a different member ID somehow. They accepted my excuses and my family had a cleaning and treatment with Dr.Cheema and Carolina. They were so kind and welcoming my family in here, tried to comfort us every moment.Even though my sons Hygienist,Kammie also did cleaning my sons teeth so gentlely and explained so kindly. They were like family. I highly recommend Springtime Family Dental Care.
