Willie has been a great technician, he is the reason I would recommend terminix. We always talk through all the pest issues and he takes care of everything as well as things I hadnt noticed. He is very knowledgeable and answers any questions I have and gives recommendations for how to handle certain things on my own.

Technician displayed outstanding communication skills prior, during and at completion of my service. Outstanding appointment. Extremely satisfied customer.

The local service provider, Larry E., is fantastic. In addition to providing timely service he has taken the time to answer my random questions regarding mystery pests.The sales department on the local side is another story. I am sure this comes as a shock to no one. When I called to set up routine service, I was directed to put in my zip and get routed to an appropriate sales person. The sales guy explained that I would be making quarterly payments of $XX amount. I set up my credit card payments accordingly. Next thing I know I am being billed monthly. I have called the local and the main sales team several times. Each directs me to the other and I have received no resolution.The truly unnerving thing is that there is allegedly a contract. I have asked to see said contract and they have not provided it to me. So even if I misunderstood the phone conversation, I should be given a copy of a contract to which I am allegedly a party. Buyer beware.

After the initial inspection (which apparently costs an absurd $100), the employee scheduled a flush service to be conducted the following week as part of the initial $100 inspection. However, the employee failed to show up, let alone call and inform us that they would not be showing, and we had to call them. We discovered the employee had made no record of the flush for themselves or Terminjx proper. After calling them, another appointment was scheduled for the following week, and the employee failed to both show up again, nor did they provide notice they wouldnt be showing.We are incredibly dissatisfied with Terminix and will not be using their services again.

Dennis was so nice and very professional. He was on time and called before he arrived. Really focused on the job. Made me feel like my house was a important as his own. The best service person Ive had in a long time!! Highly recommend him.

Roman does a great job every time he comes to the house. He calls ahead and always checks if there are any specific things I need addressed. He is so nice and polite and has taken care of numerous specific requests over the years, from wasps to sugar ants to spiders! Roman really listens and is thoughtful of my pets as well - he also lets me know when it is ok for my dogs to be out and about. Always a job well done!

The local branch guys do a nice job, but Terminix the actual company and the ability to speak to a knowledgeable human and schedule service is near impossible. So many times they (the only call line you can get) will schedule the wrong service, not actually schedule it, not communicate that they’ve changed a service, or just plain not know what they’re talking about. If you can get ahold of the local guys you will be okay, but it’s so much work just to get your services you pay for monthly that it’s so not worth the hassle. Pest management at the prices they charge and on the scale of a company like this should be way more accessible and streamlined, and you shouldn’t have to wait weeks for pest service only for it to be cancelled.Go with someone local or literally anyone besides Terminix. After a year and a half, we won’t be renewing our service even if it were free.

I will never recommend them to anybody. I constantly told them no on the termite bait station. They’d till kept asking, I end up giving them a chance. The person who sold it to me. Had me sign the agreement and never discussed a cancelation fee. I’ve been trying to get questions answered for 2 months now. No one is helping me out and they are still billing me with none of my questions being answered!

The Technician arrived on time, and immediately went to work. I went out and talked with him briefly, and we discussed what areas were of concern. He was fast and precise with applying the chemicals and in removing wasp nests. As a satisfied customer, I would definitely recommend Terminix for pest control!

😑 the pest control guy that visits is a nice guy. Everything else sucks. Ive had an issue for almost a year now. They take messages when I call and never come back.

We were very happy from the sales rep. and the service, they both did a great job and explained everything. I liked it because they didnt try to over sell us and when Louis was finished, he told us what he did, plus he took pictures of some of the areas that could be problem areas.

This is going to sound like a rant, but its not. Terminix is GREAT. Our technician is SUPERB. However!!! Dont let this company take you for everything you have. They offer new customers more incentive and better prices than long-term existing customers. I called and spoke my mind about this horrible business practice and was able to get a discount applied for the next year of service. I imagine I will have to call every year from now on. Seriously, they do a GREAT job, but instead of incentivizing loyalty they incentive sign-ups. This results in unhappy customers later on (if they find out about their pricing versus new pricing) and only bandages profits from new sales.Our technician, Perla, is the greatest service professional weve had in years! Shes courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We feel very well taken care of since she is prompt to reply to inquiries and communicates effectively about our services. If she ever changes her routes we hope our new technician is as great as she is. She has set the bar VERY high for what one might expect from a pest-control service.Terminix, I will be calling to ensure my rates stay competitive to other companies and even YOUR OWN sign-up promotions. This was a follow up on our quarterly treatment and ant mounds were treated however ant have returned in other areas near by. Not sure I want to renew my service. I can buy my own ant killer spray and not have to pay so much. I scheduled another follow up. We will see....stay tuned.

I trust the reputation of Terminix and have been very pleased with their services since they began treating my yard in 2013. Everything is automated and I dont have to worry about scheduling or payment. The technician lets me know through multiple channels several days in advance when theyll be at my home, lets me know when theyre on their way, and then payment is handled automatically. Its an extremely easy process and I highly recommend their services.

Communication is key. The technicians contact me the day before the service to let me know what time they will be showing up, plus they take the time to find out if there are any issues. No other contract service company I have ever had has done this. They take pride in their work & it shows. I definitely recommend Terminix!

I actually havent had any of the above problems in years because of the regular treatment I get through Terminix. There was a roach problem when I first bought my house. I actually had tried to go with a local company first but they couldnt do the job right. After my first Terminix treatment the problem was eradicated. I also think my technician, Eric, is one of the best. He seems to take great pride in his work.

Roland Rodriguez has been our Pest Control Technician the majority of that time, We had to sell our home so that we can combine family members and are extremely sad. Roland has become a valued friend as well. We will most likely continue to use Terminix at our new home and will leave Rolands business card and a note for the new owners of this home. Hopefully, they will continue to use Terminix and Roland. If we could take Roland with us, we would but San Antonio would be without a valued human being. Good communication about quarterly service and responsive to any problem areas.

Terminix ripped of a 88 year old USAF Veteran. They were just supposed to come and do an assessment to get a quote on what the service would run. The Tech Ray Clay Jr ID# 99155 relay2terminix.com came on a rainy day and was only suppose to evaluate and give an estimate. He stood around talking for a few minutes then left. A few weeks later Ruben Longoria ID# 560615 who was the actual y inspector who should have came first showed up. I explained to him about the previous visit and that we were still wanting an estimate for the home owner. They charged $204.59 and when we called the local office we found out they were closed down with no local office. So we called to every office and regional office to let them the charge was placed with no service being done, but no one wanted to help. We never agreed on a continued plan due to the bad service, but they tried to request a second payment even after informing them that we did not want to use them. And now they filed a claim and a credit company is seeking payment . STAY AWAY if they will do this to a 88 year old woman, who else??

I was very pleased with Terminix services. The technician-Eric Alvarado was very professional, prompt & also informative.

Technician arrived at scheduled time. Polite. Performed service Sent me an email with photos attached for reference.

I called them and scheduled service for an inspection and for a service. I called back 30 minutes later to cancel the service after realizing that my wife had already set that up, but we still needed the inspection. The WDIR inspection we needed was $250 and consisted of someone walking through and around my house for 5 minutes then 20 minutes in their car doing paperwork. The price of this service is way to high for the amount of work and effort involved.Not done yet. While they were here I got an alert that my card had been charged over $290. They apparently decided to charge me for the service I canceled, so now I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get that back.The actual inspector was great, but the overall service and experience was not good at all.

The technicians were courteous and on time. The explained into detail what the service entailed and answered any and every question I had. They thoroughly and efficiently treatment my home inside and out. Was respectful of our property and super poilite. I havent seen a return of any pest yet compared to the other company we used prior to calling Terminix.

Terminix handles all my pest control. They always do an excellent job. They are friendly, on time, flexible - I couldnt ask for more.

I ordered attic insulation. Was given a timeframe for crew to come and install. Received a text message at the end of time frame stating service was complete however they never arrived. Turns out they installed the insulation on the WRONG house, they put it in my neighbors house across the street! After many back and forth phone calls the crew finally admitted they did the WRONG house. They came by Later the same day and installed mine however the initial square footage of what I paid for was off because 600 sq. Feet was not able to be insulated due to no pitching in room on back end of house. Still awaiting a call for adjustment of initial pricing. This whole experience was a mess!!!

I have had a great experience with Terminix. I was especially pleased with the technician, Mr. Gallo. He was very nice and polite and very professional. I really appreciated how he would keep me up to date with when he would be arriving to my home. i also really liked how he would explain me what it was he was doing to my yard. Great experience!!!

I had the worst experience with the technician you hire them to come exterminate and he has the nerve to come and say its not necessary to do anything around your house so he didnt exterminate then I called corporate , and corporate says the managers will get back with me within 24 hours I waited almost a week no one ever call me back oh my God just so done with them cancel my services with them never again.

This is an extra no charge service between my quarterly inspections but I did not have the inside inspected on the late qtrly schedule due to COVID concerns. When I ask for this additional service, it was scheduled within 2 days of my request. Loved the fast turn around service. Ignacio always does a wonderful job and is very professional and helpful answering any questions I may have during his time at my home.
